I recently had fitted wardrobes in my teenage sons box room. Amazed at the hanging space without taking away a lot of space . Fantastic design, will use them again. Thank you

Bob and Brett arrived on time at 7.30am, they were considerate to us putting dust sheets from the front door up the stairs to the bedrooms. They worked steadily and did an excellent job. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves putting all rubbish in the skip we had provided. We are very pleased with the wardrobes and cupboards.

Rdelvery service poor, did I not deliver all items into my apartment despite being told iit was on 1st floor numerous times and there Bing a 3 man team. I am a single lady who had two brain operations and I had to get som of the white items upstairs or leave them in the communal area. The high gloss work tops and breakfast bar did have to stay in communal areas causing me unnecessary anxiety all weekend. The wrong side sink was delivered which hindered fitting by 2 days and the Caple extractor fan contained the wrong shape second vented chiminey. It was promised for delivery withe the sink however it did not arrive and I was told it would come 3 days later but fitter would be on another job by then. I will be looking for compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused.

Kitchen ordered in January. Survey done and 9 weeks later we were given a date. It came with wrong hob damaged hood and two other items that weren't even ours. Installed to a poor standard. Fitters due back next week to finish installation, hob would have taken 2 weeks to be corrected. Installation over all taken about 12 days which is was unusable. I'm told it will be made good and to the standard matching the installation and product in th nantwich show room

Happy overall with my kitchen order. The quality of the units and the fitting is excellent. The fitter arrived on time each day. He kept me fully informed and consulted me appropriately. A few aspects were not so good. The designer missed some items off the specification sheet. Fortunately, these were spotted by the excellent surveyor and were rectified. If a date is given for commencement, this should be adhered to. The delay of two days in starting was most inconvenient.This was outside the fitter's control. Lastly, more information should be given about disposal of the old kitchen I did not know that a Hippo bag had to be within 3 metres of the entrance to my drive. This would have prevented access for myself & the fitter. As a consequence I had to make alternative arrangements.

I have already left a review a few days ago. However, we were extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Betta Living, from the original contact in your showroom in Farnborough, to the designer, surveyor and especially the fitter. Everyone was most professional and at no time did we feel pressurized to commit to the purchase. Your fitter Walle was exceptional, working extremely hard to complete the installation in the two days. His work is very professional and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. Thank you for showing us that your company values the customer and provides the kind of service we expect (but sadly do not receive in many cases today). Thank you for a job very well done

We have had a new kitchen fitted and the quality is excellent. When we had a query the office was quick to put us in touch with someone knowledgeable to resolve the problem. As we were so pleased we then ordered furniture for two bedrooms. Again excellent service, deliveries were well organised and the fitter very capable. We were told 3 days to install and this estimate was met. All round an excellent company.

Excellent service - two minor points 1) I was told I would get a phone call before delivery of the furniture the day before fitting. This call would give me an hours notice to save me staying in all day.This did not happen and I was just about to go out when the van arrived. This was fortunate as I am not sure what would have happened if I had not been in. 2) Fitting was scheduled for a 10 am start according to the info given to me over the phone. Again fortunately the fitter rang the day before to inform me he was starting at 8am. Neither of the above was critical but........ Other than that I am very happy with the build and the finish. I am also very happy with the fitter and the way they left everything very clean and tidy.

The person who I spoke to was very helpful in guiding me around the Betta Living website and even offered me some discount for being a repeat customer. Unfortunately that person did not call back as promised and due to time pressure I ordered my items straight from the website at full price. The items arrived promptly and were of very good quality and matched my existing items.

I am in the process of having a kitchen fitted by Betta Living and, at this moment, I would rather have the whole kitchen ripped out and take my business elsewhere. I was promised a fantastic service and opted to pay for the top of the range product. So far, I have handed over almost £25,000 in good faith but have received an abysmal service from everyone involved. I am frankly disgusted by this Company and seriously regret the decision I made in entrusting them with this project.

Initial sales person was lovely 50% off is a nonsense and should be scrapped - who in their right mind would pay the full price anyway Explanation of fees was over complicated and prescribed by the company - figures shown that were not relevant at all simply to make the actual version look better. Constant phone calls to agree the delivery date Lengthy visit by the guy who did the measurements (nice person though) Order was not correct when delivered - fitter sorted Damage to door frames by logistics - no response to resolve Damaged wardrobe door no date for a refit. B59322 I asked and was assured that it was just a design survey at the ideal home show 2015 I said I would not sign nothing but the the salesman came and I informed him I had had a quote of £7500 fitted he said I had waisted he's time in hindsight I should have said I would rather waist your time NOT MY MONEY I had been advised that b&q and alike are cheap but you always have to wait for missing parts " you won't with us" I was told I said I'm not ready for it yet as I need to get walls plastered and the electrics and gas moved " no problem you place your order and we will wait for you that's a laugh they after you all the time for your money I've had a kitchen in my lounge for nearly 3 months no problem we carry everything for 10 years I was told we got the kitchen fitted and found a door for the boiler housing missing , hinge screw holes drilled on the wrong side not on both, we had to lower the microwave shelf as the microwave was too high and hensehad to re drill holes to fix, the fillet was missing when I rang they were going to arrive with me 18/11/15 it didn't arrive I waited until 20/11 to ring to find out what was going on I spoke with "Lenny" who advised that I owe him a big favour to get it by ups next day I OWE HIM A FAVOUR it arrived sat afternoon when we opened the other door we found it had been wrapped damaged looks like a knife cut 3/4 way down the door the wrapping was Not damaged but it's my word against there's so asked to buy another door I rang them on 23/11 and was told someone from the extras dept would ring me I'm still waiting I rang again and was told to ring he's direct No I said don't bother I will go to b&q probably cheaper and more likely to get it this kitchen cost nearly £10,000 what a waist All I can say Is OVERPRICED, ORDINARY AND VERY POOR AFTERSALES it looks from previous reviews kitchens are the top of the complaints and mainly poor AFTERSALES I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I recently purchased a kitchen from Betta Living, and it has been the most awful experience I have ever had to deal with. There was not one single thing that went right on this job. Not only did nothing go right, but then when I tried to complain, no one got back to me although I was assured twice after chasing my own complaint that someone would come back to me. Their kitchen division is unprofessional, unhelpful and flat out rude. I could write an essay on everything that went wrong however I will outline a “short” list. - Very unhelpful pre-deliver service. None of my questions were answered by the “project manager” which basically doesn’t exist - Surveyors visit got cancelled twice after having booked in the appointment weeks in advance - Job got delayed (which was not the problem) but it was how they communicated it to me which was appalling, rude and condescending - Fitter refused to take the kitchen to the hippo bag so we had to do this ourselves - Although a surveyor had come to our property before the fitting and confirmed that all aspects of the kitchen design would work, the ventilation shaft didn’t fit. Instead of being helpful and taking an initiative to help I received multiple responses of “this is your problem” from the “projects team” - The job was “finished” with holes in the walls, plaster ripped off, extractor shaft exposed. The Betta Living sales team sell you this new shiny vision of a kitchen: DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! The job is left in a huge mess and you will have to contract other people to come and finish it for you! - And then to top it off, when you complain, no one comes back to you, no one acknowledges the poor customer service and you have to chase up your own complaint multiple times Anyone who is looking for a kitchen, do not buy from here! Although the products are high quality and look very nice, the hassle and the cost is not worth it! For the price you pay you expect top service, and the kitchen department at Betta Living are NOT able to deliver this.

Unfortunately parts were missing and the job is still not complete over a week later. The order for rectification parts is due to arrive 23rd November. We now have to wait for another date for a fitter to complete the works. We at least hope it will be the fitter that came before as his work was excellent and time keeping good to. These things do happen but we haven't been kept in the picture. I asked for a call by 16.00 last Friday as to when the fitter might come. I am still waiting for that call. Keeping customers in the picture makes things more acceptable.

We went to Betta Living g through next, as a loyal Next customer i thought this would guarantee the quality i associated with Next how wrong could i be !!, we had a new kitchen fitted July 14 we have gone to the company with a few problems but their customer service us so appauling that the last time we had a problem it took them nearly a year to sort it with countless phonecalls promising to call back , we always had to ring back it went on for months I'm still not happy but lost the will to go on but now only 18 months most of the white gloss cover is coming away from the cupboards so he we go again trying to get this sorted !!! I would not recommend
