attempted to rectify situation where finishing was done poorly - quickly and efficiently.

Betta Living did not make me happy at all from the wrong measurements when surveyed to the re ordering of units to the waiting time to finish the job off and not forgetting the plaster work which we are still waiting to be rectified 3 months later. NOT IMPRESSED with your customer service at all when trying to claim money back for the taps that were not right and ended up buying and fitting my own. No one has even bothered to contact me to see if everything was satisfactory after completion. (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Betta Living)

The units are good quality. The kitchen fitter was super-human amazing! However, he wasn't able to finish because Betta Living do not provide tiles and a tiler. I contacted 7 tilers but only one called back - he came looked and never returned! I wasn't able to get the tiles off the wall before the fitter came - me and my partner had a go and after he hurt himself we gave up. Thankfully the fitter took them off for me. I have now managed to find a tiler and if I'm lucky he can fit me in in November. So my kitchen is only 70% finished and I wish I had used a company that included tiling.

Dear Betta Living You installed our new kitchen in Feb/March 2016. We were pleased with the products supplied, and with the skill and consideration of the men who fitted them. The design your designer drew up for us has proved to be practical, and it looks good too. So why only 3 stars? 1. After 3 months, we are still waiting for your electrician to inspect and approve the new wiring, even though we were told that he would be coming 'within a few days'. 2. We noticed that the top panel of a tall narrow pull-out unit was not the same as the top of all the other panels. We pointed this out to one of your fitters, and he arranged for a replacement to be sent, and said he would be back in touch with us to arrange a date for him to fit the replacement. The replacement panel was delivered promptly, but we are still waiting for someone to come and install it. 3. We found it confusing to have so many phone numbers for the different offices of your company, with the result that phoning one office often meant being referred to a different office on a different number. We would appreciate a speedy response to points 1 and 2 above. Please note that we have changed our ISP. This is disappointing to read, I will ask you Installation Manager to look into this and arrange a fitter to attend. I trust that he will call you very shortly to discuss this with you. I chose the buy now pay later scheme. I found it inconvenient that I had monies sent to me to pay the surveyor and fitter separately. I understand that these are all third parties, but it would make world of a difference if you atleast acted as a single company by paying your suppliers directly. I do believe your product is excellent. The time taken by the sales person to sell me the product was great. I felt special and there was no rush to close the deal. Well done there. Great finish - and the fitting was done well within timeframe.

Felt presured by my the designer to sign on the night even though it was supposed to be a no obligation visit. Was promised a fitting date by the surveyor which turned out to be completely incorrect. The only good thing was the fitter who worked extremely hard & did a great job, however on the first use of the oven there was a fault with the seal & 2 months on we are still waiting for this sorting out after numerous phone calls & since then have been waiting a month for a door replacing & now a LED plinth light has gone so no idea how long we will be waiting for that sorting!

I have just purchased a kitchen from betta living. The salesman came and all was fine. Four hours later the deal was done. A few days later we had the surveyor around. All was going well until he mentioned a couple of things the salesman had left out. The kitchen is now costing me an extra £6/700. I guess I could have cancelled but I did not want to go through it all again,especially as I had travelled from south London to wiltshire to deal with it. I just wondered if I should complain or is my situation typical?

Although very pleased with the quality of the kitchen, I was disappointed with the service received. The initial designer gave us incorrect information, which was picked up by the surveyor. The surveyor failed to notice pipework for the boiler would prevent a particular set of drawers being fitted, resulting in delivery of a unit which we could not use. This was picked up by the fitters. We had to order another door instead, which I was informed would take up to 10 days. We also experienced delays to getting a date for the kitchen to be fitted, as they could not get the Bosch hob I had ordered. Which was strange as I could have bought one in Currys over the counter. I had been expecting the kitchen to be fitted prior to Christmas, but obviously this did not happen. They did suggest fitting it without the hob, but this would have meant I would be leaving a disabled tenant with no means of cooking, except for the oven. When the kitchen was delivered, there was a pallet missing - fortunately this arrived the next day, whilst the kitchen fitters were there. The fitters were excellent, and worked quickly and efficiently in difficult circumstances. Still waiting for the door - once it arrives, the fitters will come back. In the meantime, we have a gaping hole.

the fitters were quite good but we had difficulty understanding them. It only took 2 days but we felt they rushed towards the end & didn't give us any time to ask questions about how the cooker worked,or the microwave. In fact we had no cooker for a week & had to get somebody in to set it up & explain how it worked as it was very different from our original cooker. One cupboard doesn't line up it's a little bit out. Overall its not too bad but for the cost my husband would have done better himself.

Unfortunately parts were missing and the job is still not complete over a week later. The order for rectification parts is due to arrive 23rd November. We now have to wait for another date for a fitter to complete the works. We at least hope it will be the fitter that came before as his work was excellent and time keeping good to. These things do happen but we haven't been kept in the picture. I asked for a call by 16.00 last Friday as to when the fitter might come. I am still waiting for that call. Keeping customers in the picture makes things more acceptable.

In the beginning the salesman, fitter and customer service went really well and exceeded our expectations but a few things have change our view, from unclear payments to now delays in a work top supplier, to indifferent installers even though our order has had four mouths to organise and unreturned calls on progress which has spoiled our experience.

Had our kitchen fitted in September 2015 which is good quality and we love it. Our kitchen fitter was excellent took him 5 days to fit it. We are now having problems with both ovens need a new door on top oven and bottom oven the light doesn't work which will take 2 weeks to replace! Now going to have to ring them as the dishwasher has to be put on twice to clean the dishes!!! Spent a lot of money on the kitchen and were very quick to ring for payments but know one of yet has rang from Betta living to say if we are happy!

Good quality of work and material. Would have given 5 stars but one thing was missed by them... i was told chimney hood above hob will have an exhaust pipe going out but later designer said it cant be done... all extractor is doing now cleaning the smoke and throwing it back in the kitchen.. which doesn't really help.

Kitchen - we love the product but bit so happy about the fitting. Although the lads did work long hours it took them a long time to complete the job and they had to come back to polish off things they messed up. Still waiting for the fitters to come back for a second time to sort out the washing machine!!
