It is the worst online shopping experience. I placed an order on 16th, March and booke the delivery on 22nd, March. Nobody contacted me and nothing happened till 22nd, March as the order was shown being processed. I waited till 24th, March my order still was shown being processed. I checked one item I ordered is out of stock. So I made a call to 0333 777 4777 to cancel it and held more than 1 hour ,nobody answered my call. Then I sent a email on 24th, March, no response so far. My order status is still being processed

Better Bathrooms is probably the worst company I have dealt with for online ordering and delivery. Placed an online order (over £700 of goods) paid for a delivery slot, didn't arrive, arrived a week later damaged then had to wait another week for a replacement meanwhile I must have spent more than one hours on hold several times trying to speak to a customer service advisor. No compensation no apology. Honestly steer well clear, I had other bathroom orders out with other suppliers which arrived on time as stated with no issues. Never again.

I just have to start in saying dealing with this company Better bathrooms has been a truly a awful experience for our family. We purchase a shower cabin from better bathrooms over the phone, our old one was falling a part so we saved up to buy the new one so we could have it for Easter as we have family staying and the old one leaks bad. The sales assistant was friendly and told us that the shower would be delivered on Friday, that was great I booked the day off work and we booked our plummer to fit it on Saturday, which worked out well as it was the only time before Easter he could do it. I then got a Tex on Thursday morning telling me the shower will be deviled on MONDAY. so I called up customer service to find out what was going on, this is where is all stated to go wrong. First I had wait on hold for 55 mins to get through to customer service. I told by the lady on the phone that there was nothing she could do and that it had been booked in wrong and should have been on a guaranteed delivery and that it had been booked in on with in 10 days delivery, When I pointed out that was not our fault she us just told us story nothing I can do in a aggressive and rude tone. I ask to speak to a shop manager, (no manager there) so one will call me today around 5pm, I asked for there name she could not give me an answer. (seems strange that she does not know the names of the managers) Then She blamed the sales assistant in they Edinburgh office and told me to call him. I did he was not help at all and his tone just got more annoyed with me with me through the call and told me to call customer service again. I ask to speed to a manager, guess what no one there. This is all so upsetting as now because with given the plummer less than 48 notice will still have to pay (£350) I have now a day off work that I dont , We will now have to save up again to pay for the installation this is hard for a small family. Better Bathrooms attitude has been non sympathetic and unwilling to try and do any thing to help our family out.

Everything went wrong, starting from a breach of contract - was promised delivery on Tuesday 20th March- today is 21st, and still NO delivery. Company staff have NO idea of when goods will be delivered. Spent approx. 4 hours on phone only to listen to music! that too awful taste. When I spoke to anyone in dispatch they were insolent, rude and absolutely unknowledgeable. No communication between personnel, great management. Even e mailed the MD Colin however to no avail, no response meaning he does not care. With staff and service like I saw I wonder how the Company does business and is in existence, shocking. Asked several peosonnel for refund but they only offer a credit note; with a Company with attitude how can one shop again using the credit note. Will go public to expose this Company and try to stop them doing business. In short con artists for want of a better description.

Dreadful after sales service. Wrong items delivered. Extremely difficult to get through to the central phoneline. Showroom staff say they cannot contact Better Bathrooms on our behalf. Once we've paid there is no customer support from showroom. I have twice given up after 45 minutes on hold to central phoneline. That is not counting 4 other abortive calls . Emails were not replied to. Delivery dates are indicated on an automated phone line. No human contact. Delivery dates twice not met. No-one contacted us to explain why. Waited in for those 2 days. No result. No way of contacting a human being on central phoneline. Still awaiting delivery of correct size bath panel. Have had to accept a bath smaller than the one ordered because wrong size delivered. . Have had to re-book and cancel our excellent plumbers several times. I'll probably have to buy the missing bath panel myself just to get the bathroom finished. How this company ever got any awards is a mystery to me. The whole experience has been a nightmare.

Brill sales service....appalling quality of goods. Bath waste didnt fit..toilet cystern leaked....wall panel damaged. Couldnt wait for aftersales to sort it....we were without a bathroom for a month....we just bought british fittings and made things work.

Pathetic, i am strongley advicing every one dont buy any things from this store , bcz i am still crying ,last 1 month i am struggling to shortout my issue but till date i am still there . I agreed it is little cheep but if you have any quries about the goods then your doubble money will go in the bin . Its batter to buy somewere else. If little expensive but its pease of mind, . Even they dont bother to reply you back , myself i spoke to customer service several times but they dont have answer for anything only they say sorry , but sorry is not a solution , they mashup every thing from myside , i bought £700 stuffs one month ago , but till date i received only £200 stuff, still i am struggling £500 ,, What is the fact:::: when you go to buy something then no problem but if you have some problem regarding stuff what you bought from them , then they never come back to you straigh away, lots of hassle, struggle you have to face. Even if you put your bad review , Manager never answer your review, i am again and again recommended ,Dooooont buy anything from them

This company's customer service for aftersales is appauling due to the fact that their lines are so busy you can't get through to talk to anyone. You will be hold for hours and i mean hours and not get through to talk to anyone. You can get through on the line to their sales no problem and I'm sure they are very helpful but this department can't help you with aftersales such as changing and cancelling orders or if items are faulty. Once this company has your money you will struggle to sort things out should you have a problem, especially if you ordered online.

Unfortunately, I can't give a lower rating. Absolutely abysmal service and delivery. Only half the order has arrived (and then all of that late). Transport not organised, failed deliveries, ignorant delivery people. Written to Colin Stevens, MD, Ben Barker, Peter Stevens and Lee Ellis - all Directors - all have failed to respond or even acknowledge. ABSOLUTE DISCRACEFUL AND ABHORRENT SERVICE - avoid avoid avoid. Still no delivery and still no promise - latest excuse - they couldn't ring as my phone didn't connect ! It's a work phone with me 24.7. Pathetic company.

The only disappointment I have is this review hasn't got zero stars, when we went into the Cardiff store they where extremely helpful but when we went into the store after receiving the bathroom they couldn't help us but happy to take our money initially mind you, when we received our bathroom they sent a bath without legs a mismatched vanity unit so we requested part of the suite that was a brilliant white compared to the rest that was a gone off white so they sent us 3 days later believe it or not a walnut colour this was just to be fair not to send the whole thing back, they have been no help and continue to mess up the order we sent things back and they reimbursed by credit note even though we should have had money back on the card. ADVICE!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SHOWROOM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING

Came on here to leave a bad review didn't realise so many others would have done the same. Customer service is absolutely shocking. No reply to emails, in a queue of at least 11 or more when you try to contact them by phone and then don't offer a refund for bath panels that don't fit only a credit note and that's after deducting a £35 collection fee. The credit note would be of no use anyway as I would never ever use this company again!

Dear Better Bathrooms. So now it's more than a full month since you failed to delivery my goods twice, arranged a subsequent delivery date for March 2022 (yes - in 4 years time) and I ultimately cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Please let me know if there anything more I can do to help you be any less incompetent? I can't comment on the quality of the goods as we never got that far. Assuring you of my best attention at all times

Disgusting customer service we ordered a bathroom toilet sink towel rail and shower base on the Friday to be delivered the following Wednesday had to pay £50 for it to be delivered on that day received a text the day before to say it was being delivered didn’t receive it by the 6pm time they quoted called them to ask why to be told they hadn’t had the order drop down into their box??? Whatever that means to then be told oh no it’s out of stock but we can deliver it Friday??? Doesn’t make sense. There was no mention of delivery refund compensation never mind the plumber I had to pay for for 3 days while waiting for the goods to be delivered in fact I had to call on several casinos for them to eventually agree to refund £19.99 towards the delivery charge. Totally and utterly unacceptable. THIS COMPANY HAVE NO CUSTOMER COURTESY AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING OTHER THAN TAKING MONEY FROM YOU!!!

So I bought a Sorento wall hung wc which clearly stated on their website as having a soft closing seat. However it's a major lie as it comes with a normal seat. They have mugged me off and I intend to let everyone know what a bunch of misleading lying people they are. Trouble is I've tiled all around the wc so it's not as easy as removing it for a different wall hung unit and they won't send me a similar shaped soft close seat to replace this one. Apparently it's a printing mistake so please beware of being fobbed off. Give better bathrooms a wide swerve

Really wish we had read the reviews before purchasing from pathetic excuse of a company! BB is in serious need of customer service training as they absolutely do not provide a good standard. We purchased a shower and installed it only about 3 weeks ago, however the thermostat is not working properly. My husband has renovated our house from top to bottom by himself and is pretty switched on when it comes to DIY, he knows the fault lies with the thermostat. We reported this on 27th Feb. Customer Service (CS) takes 2-3 days to respond to emails. We explained in detail what was wrong but still had to reply to a lot of template questions. Angry isn't the word when on 5th march we received an email reply with only all our replies from previous email copied and not even a comment from them. We then demanded for them to phone us to resolve the issue on phone guess what, no phonecall. We then phoned today (8th mar) only to be rudely told, they will not send us a replacement. We will have to buy a new thermostat and send the old one in. They will then test it and if deemed faulty, we would get a full refund. Bulls...!!! I have never experienced such bad service and I work in CS myself, this is absolutely the worst and I cannot recommend this company. I do not trust that I will be reimburst after reading more negative reviews on here or if we do it will probably take weeks on end. Like it has been said on here, they will try everything in their power to NOT help you. I understand sending faulty item back but at least send me a replacement!! I should not have to pay upfront for this. We will be reporting you to Trading Standards and I will definitely never buy from you again. Very very upset and dissappointed by this non existing service. If I could give 0 Stars I would!! The product is under warranty so you should be doing everything in your power to rectify this problem. Wouldn't surprise me if they don't actually read their feedback!! Also need to add that they couldn't even find our order when we first contacted which already sent alarm bells ringing.

Do not get anything from this company. Bathroom fixtures have warped, fallen apart or disintegrated. No communication from them. Washed their hands of me - which is more than I can do with their useless components.
