“Initially enjoyable, lost more than won, but I play for the enjoyment, so the loss isnt an issue, Betway though, even so often, money would dissappear randomly, when I checked, bets were being lost when I was out of games”

“Absolutely shocking can't withdraw after depositing , noone to contact tried email . Live chat doesn't respond just says don't understand and all in all bad experience. Unless I'm contacted I will be taking it to gambling commission it's mot alot of money but its the principle. Rockin68”

“I've been trying to get my withdrawal since 18th of January it saying I need to deposit first but I have deposit with my card its the card I used to win my funds trying to get hold of any from your team is a nightmare I was in the queue for 5 hours to be cut off help van you help me get my withdrawal”

“Absolute shambles of a company, please everyone write to the gambling commission and gambling commissioner to get this so called licensed betting company investigated. They won't pay withdrawals, requested to card deposited on can't do it, sent in details for swift bank referral won't do it, have managed to delay withdrawal now removed my pending withdrawals and money not re credited to my account. Please do not use Betway or give them any money they will take what they can and not honour winnings joke of a company”

“Do NOT use this app. A complete scam and absolute scumbags. Used their welcome bonus, did exactly what they asked, never gave the bonus and I literally tried for 3 weeks to get in contact and couldn’t. The phone is useless, it’s always “busy” and to call back. Chat goes nowhere and it says if you send in an email they will get back within 24-48 hours. Sent two in over 2 weeks and nothing. A complete joke”

“They are a scam. Have no problem taking your money and have even less of a problem closing your account. I would not recommend anyone to sign up for Betway. Even there sign up bonus has a bunch of strings attached.”

“Betway is a scam. Made 811.32 last week and they immediately locked my account only to show”0” the next day. Efforts to get through help line are futile but I did manage to get through a wek later and basically they are saying that my account is at 0. Crooks! Don’t use this betting site you will regret it”

“It would be lower if I could It would be lower if I could. They are a scam, they take me money straight away when I lose but I won once and they close the account and refuse to pay. You get no emails you have to chase them all the way. I had to send verification multiple times to different emails I had to chase them for. The fact they demand verification without notifying me and waiting for me to contact them is stupid. They are a shambles, I won just over £2k and they shut my account, locked me out, and sent me an email accusing me of being a terrorist. I spent all of yesterday afternoon on their live chat. 7 hours of my life, I spent 2 hours at number 8 in the queue. Today was also wasted the live chat was ignored and pointless, and 15 hours in total were wasted. I just had to give up eventually. I won't drop it and I am receiving legal advice on how to proceed. They can ban me for a lucky win but it's pointless as I would never be so stupid as to go near them again. I just want the money I am legally entitled to then I can get on with trying to enjoy Christmas. Avoid them at all costs, they are a scam that only want to take money. No honesty or integrity in site. It's been weeks of this, I won the bet on my birthday, and weeks later nothing. They have ruined the whole month and no doubt this will carry on into the new year, unfortunately. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.”

“Betway aviator was glitching on the 16 December 2023 I spoke to an agent on the betting App he even vouched it was glitching then the day after after I logged in then found out that they're blaming my network 🤬 like if my network had a problem how was I able to talk to an agent when it was glitching”

“Horrible horrible experience. Signed up 10 days ago and deposited £30. A couple hours later I went to login to place a bet and was told I needed to contact support. Joined the live chat queue and waited 9 HOURS before I got through to support. I was advised my account was locked, no explanation, no email. I was told to email ID documents, this was 10 days ago. No email since, no confirmation documents have been received or they're being reviewed. Tried contacting the live chat numerous times but give up or get disconnected after 3 to 4 hours. At this point I want to close my account and get my money back which Betway have held hostage of over the last 10 days. Honestly didn't think a company could get things so wrong and still be allowed to run. Stealing people's money, making you queue for 9 hours on a live chat and communicating whatsoever. Does not suprise me one bit that they're reviewed so poorly here.”

“These guys are thieves, depositing money with them, withdrawing any winnings is a nightmare. They give excuse after excuse why they can't pay your withdrawals. Ask for proof of ID and bank statements. Even after providing those documents they still have some silly excuse not to pay you. In the last 3 weeks I have tried contacting their customer services to no avail. That's almost 2 days of my life wasted. After leaving negative reviews on trust pilot they send me an email saying they are excluding me and closing my account. Really for trying to get what you owe me? They need to be shut down and prosecuted for fraud and scamming people. They also had the audacity to refer me to gambling anonymous!!”
