“I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with BIZAY. As a Neurodivergent-led not-for-profit organisation, our needs are very specific and timely. I placed an order for rush production on 19 July 2024, with a guaranteed delivery date of 23 July 2024, paying a significant amount extra to ensure timely delivery for an important event.
Unfortunately, the entire process was a nightmare. Despite the urgency and the extra cost, my order has still not been delivered or even produced. I received no communication or updates from BIZAY regarding any potential delays or issues with my order. I was left in the dark, constantly checking for updates that never came. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable and particularly distressing for me as an autistic individual.
When I reached out to customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and a complete lack of accountability. They failed to provide any answers or solutions. Instead of offering a proper refund, they only issued a customer credit for the delivery and processing fees, which is utterly useless since I have no intention of using their services again. A refund to my payment method was not even offered.
Due to the complete lack of service and communication, we are now looking to take matters further as we still have no order or any information about it. I had to scramble to find another supplier at the last minute, incurring significantly higher costs and stress.
The poor customer service, lack of answers, and failure to communicate critical information have left me deeply dissatisfied. BIZAY's inability to meet their own deadlines and their disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially those who rely on timely and reliable service.
Avoid BIZAY at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.”
“I didn’t order from them, but I’m frustrated with their website. In the footer section, they show that you can pay with PayPal, but when you proceed to the payment section, PayPal is not an option.
Additionally, they are full of 5-star reviews on Trustpilot, but it seems they are buying these reviews. Most of the reviewers have only 1 or 2 posts, which suggests that they might be creating new email accounts just to give 5-star ratings to scam companies.”

They claim it was not possible to deliver - the delivery site which they offered ot use on their own web - its 24/7 accessible self-service post box...Going to raise Paypal case and will never ever use that shop again...”
“I placed an order for 5000 A6 flyers. The company accepted my order and I paid extra to have the delivery arrive about a week to two weeks after I had ordered it. When the delivery due date came and went, I emailed the company to find out where the delivery was and 5 days after the delivery was due the company cancelled the order saying that they didn't have any stock. However, you could still and still can order A6 flyers through their site. So I'm not sure what the real story is here but the company didn't even contact me when there was this delay or no stock, I had to contact them and it was after the delivery should have arrived.
Their customer service also just ignored all my questions and refused to answer lots of things.

They take multiple days for one short e-mail, which is not understandable. I was mailing back and forth 3 weeks long, and in the end, what I wanted wasn't even possible (placing an order in a different country on the same account)

“They tell you the order has been shipped. The delivery date passes, order still hasn't arrived, so you contact them. They say they are awaiting feedback on tracking your order. You contact them again. They say they have had to put the delivery date forward but do not provide a reason. The second delivery date passes. You still hear nothing. Tracking is nonsense as it shows my order going in circles.”

“Most miserable company I have ever worked with. Ordered bags for an event which were supposed to arrive by December 4th. I sent them about ten emails asking about the delivery date, as they were never delivered by then and received no or typical standard emails that they would look into this. I received the bags more than 3 weeks later with no apology. By then I had already needed to buy other bags for a lot of money. When I sent them an email explaining my issue their statement was that they could not do anything about this. No apology nothing. Super unsatisfied, will never order from them again.”
“My experience with Bizay and their custom notebooks was an absolute nightmare. The quality of the notebooks I received was beyond terrible. The pages were so thin that I feared they would tear with the slightest bit of pressure. It's clear that Bizay cuts corners in their manufacturing process, resulting in subpar products that are unfit for professional use. Additionally, to my disbelief, there were numerous spelling errors on both the covers and the pages inside the notebooks. This is unforgivable and reflects a complete lack of attention to detail.
What made matters worse was the incredibly frustrating delay in receiving my order. Bizay promised a speedy delivery, but my notebooks arrived a whole month late. This delay disrupted my plans and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It is unacceptable for a company to be so disorganized and fail to meet their own delivery commitments.
To add insult to injury, Bizay's customer service was utterly negligent. When I contacted them to address the quality issues and inquire about the delay, they displayed a shocking lack of concern. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed no initiative to rectify the situation. Their disregard for their customers' satisfaction is deplorable.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Bizay for any custom notebook needs. The quality is abysmal, the delays are infuriating, and their customer service is extremely lacking. Look elsewhere for a company that values their customers and provides products of superior quality.”
“Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich beziehe mich auf unseren bisherigen Schriftverkehr bezüglich der Bestellung mit der Auftragsnummer 2570161 und Ihre letzte Mitteilung, in der Sie eine Rückerstattung von 44 % des Bestellwerts auf mein Kundenkonto bei Bizay vorschlagen.
Hiermit möchte ich klarstellen, dass diese Lösung für mich inakzeptabel ist. Ich bestehe auf einer vollständigen Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises in Höhe von 48.17 CHF und darauf, dass diese Rückerstattung auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode, d.h. auf meine Kreditkarte, erfolgt. Eine Gutschrift auf mein Kundenkonto bei Bizay kommt nicht in Frage, da ich nicht beabsichtige, in Zukunft weitere Einkäufe bei Ihrem Unternehmen zu tätigen.
Gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zum Verbraucherschutz ist ein Unternehmen verpflichtet, bei einer Stornierung die Rückerstattung über die ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmethode vorzunehmen. Da meine Stornierung rechtzeitig und gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erfolgte, gibt es keinen rechtlichen Grund, der eine Rückerstattung auf meine Kreditkarte verhindern würde.
Ich möchte Sie nochmals darauf hinweisen, dass ich bereit bin, weitere rechtliche Schritte zu unternehmen, falls meine Forderungen nicht erfüllt werden. Dies schließt die Einschaltung eines Anwalts und die Geltendmachung von Schadenersatzansprüchen ein.
Ich erwarte eine umgehende Korrektur Ihrerseits und eine Bestätigung, dass die vollständige Rückerstattung auf die ursprünglich verwendete Kreditkarte erfolgen wird. Eine weitere Verzögerung oder Nichtbeachtung meiner legitimen Forderungen wird mich dazu veranlassen, die nächsten Schritte einzuleiten.

“I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. I order business brochures and paid extra for the professional services. I received my order which was very poor quality I contacted customer Service they informed me it was a printing error, an they will make correction and mailed out another order free of charged, However I was grateful and amaze with the quick response to correcting the order. Once I receive it I realize the error was still there along with another error the email address was incorrect, I reach out for the second time informing them of the problem, With quick response they assured me all corrections would be corrected and replaced. After receiving the 3rd order, Once again the errors were still there with a new error the website was incorrect. I realize some error may have been on my behalf with how I enter the website information, but this should have been caught and question by simply contacting me. Especially if I paid for professional services. I didn't make contact with them again because it seems useless, So now I have 750 brochures that I can't do anything with. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN WITH BIZAY!!!”
“Ordered printed beer glasses in August - never delivered. They tried again in October - also never delivered…. End of November they tell me they can’t reprint but only refund part of the money from the original order…
Don’t order with them ! They don’t deliver and give horrible customer support”
