“Never received my replacement. I was told I would receive my replacement since my blendjet had a recall but it has been months over 4 months and I still haven't received anything. I emailed them several times and they just tell me that they are backed up with sending replacements.”

“I submitted my request for 2 new bases for my Toy Story Blendjet and my Gold Blendjet due to the recall. This request was submitted on January 5, 2024. I received a glimmer base for the Toy Story Blendjet 2 in May. My son hates it because it doesn’t match and he says it’s girly. Six months later and I still haven’t received a replacement for my Gold Blendjet 2. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Blendjet has refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I asked for a refund for both Blendjet 2 limited addition blenders or a new ones. I paid a total of $128 for what is nothing more than a toy mixer that requires pre chopped ice, doesnt charge well, doesn’t blend ingredients completely and blades that come off. This company is terrible and so is their product!!”
“My Blendjet 2 stopped charging after 4 months. After chasing customer service for days.they finally told me it is a problem with the motor but they cannot replace it, I have to buy a new one with a 'discount'. Absolutely rubbish product, don't ever buy it!”
“I had a blend jet that they recalled and blend jet sent a replacement. The new blend jet 2 has half the power of the original and the fully charged battery will barely make one smoothie. I contacted blend jet. They responded confusing me with another customer asking for pictures of my damaged packaging? Then they asked for a picture of the bottom of the blender which I sent twice. The pictures even showed up in the email chain when they were asking for it again. They responded a third time…this time asking for a video and another picture of the bottom. Frustrated by the run-around, I told them to forget it. Bottom line, the new improved version has much less power and no battery life. Plus their customer service is incompetent.”

“At the moment, a year later, I am still waiting for the replacement motor/blades. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Money doesn’t grow in trees and it wasn’t cheap.
Frankly it wasn’t even good when it was working. The adds show it crushed ice and frozen fruit: not a chance. Very disappointed.”
“I had a blendjet 2 that worked fine but they recalled it and sent a replacement. It sucks. It isn’t nearly as powerful. Barely mixes a smoothie and the battery is dead after one use.
I’ve emailed blend jet five times. Some guy named Eli responds with messages like “I’m sorry it was damaged in shipping. Please send me pictures of the damaged packaging. I respond that he has me confused with another customer. He responds asking for a picture which I send him. He responds a few days later asking for a picture while the one I sent shows in the email thread. So I send him another. Now he writes again asking for a video of the blender and ANOTHER PICTURE OF the BOTTOM.
I told him to FORGET IT! I’ve had it with their incompetent customer support and their crappy blender.”

“Was told part of the unit was recalled and to take that piece apart, send them a photo of it removed and they would send a replacement part. That was 6 months ago. They keep saying they are having supply issues, yet the continue to crank out new units. Wouldn't buy another one one a bet and recommend you look elsewhere as well.”
“My experience with belndjet has been nothing short of atrocious. I purchased my item well over 1 year. I received an email well over 4 months ago that my product was faulty, to destroy it and a new product would be sent out. Never ever heard anything again. I followed up more than 4 months after and was told they are having stock problems and offered the "blendjet 2" which I accepted. But then several weeks later after hearing nothing and following up they then tell me they can't send my item to a PO Box. I then tell them I have moved countries and due to large import taxes and having to wait over 4 months with no customer service, I want my money back as I already purchased another blender. They then tell me a refund has been processed without checking my card details. They have apparently refund the funds to a card I don't have anymore and don't even know which bank it's with as they will only tell me the last 4 digits of the card. Apparently they "can't" refund my money to my current bank card. What a load of rubbish.
This company is the biggest scam. There customer service is disgustingly poor. Do not waste your money here. Go with another company for your blending needs. If this company was located in Australia they would be investigated by government and consumer affairs.”
“I ordered 3 blenders as gifts. One arrived broken. I contacted customer service about a refund or replacement. I was told due to " high volume " it would be a day or two. It's been over a month. No one responds to my inquiries at all. Buy another brand, this customer service stinks. Once they have the money you don't exist. I have filed a review and complaint with BBB, will do the same with Consumer Protection.”

“Bought a blendjet for my daughter for her birthday last year. Her blender was rebelled months ago and they made her remove a moving part in order to get a new blendjet replacement. Still no replacement blendjet. So much for her birthday present. Shame on you blendjet!! By a ninja, they stand behind their products!”
“It worked fine for about six months and then it had issues not working. The company gave me some solutions Which I tried and they did not work. I have written to them three times and had no response. I would not recommend getting this product!”
