Infuriating to say the least. My boyfriend is currently out of state & I was feeling a little lonely therefore he made an order from Bloomex on Thursday so it could get here for either Friday/Saturday. He payed the quick delivery as it was advertised that it would take a day. Anyways Saturday comes & still no flowers, I try calling customer service and nobody answers so I head to the live chat. I was assured it would be there before 8PM and not to worry. It never came. I waited a full week and it finally came, I was beyond upset. I actually got in touch with someone on Tuesday and they were saying the same but nothing came. Delivery wasn't even the worst issue. He had gotten a huge bouquet of red, white and pink roses with a card & a teddy bear, it was 70$ before everything. I can't even make this up but there was about 7 flowers in the bouquet, 3 red roses and 4 pink carnations. They were so small and barely even bloomed. Absolutely nothing like the picture they advertised online. And the card, they glued an uneven piece of white paper inside with a printed messaged, looks like a 4 year old made it. The teddy is about the size of my toe. I had never seen such horrible advertising, it was all false. I called about 4 times with no answer, so I emailed. I sent in pictures I took to compare whats shown online. I was responded to a day later saying it was sent to the manager, he only contacted me 2 days later. A long paragraph was sent saying how my bouquet was beautifully done, nothing was wrong with it, the delivery was correct & theres nothing they can do about it. I was in shock considering its not rocket science to know how obviously false their advertising is. I give them another call, finally someone picks up, I had to leave work to do this. After my loud complaining and frustration taking over, I was told it still looked beautiful but then I realized he was re reading the email trying to get rid of me. Long story short with my yelling & hard head he offered to send me cookies? I told him no, I expect a brand new bouquet of flowers shown exactly how its advertised online. It took me 30 minutes to do so, refused to let me speak to a manager, but he agreed on sending me a new one and would be here in 4 days. I will follow up on this when I receive the order. All this to say, coming from a marketing director, the advertising is beyond false and needs to be reported immidietly and customer service needs to be taken care of. I had never dealt with such a horrible company. i really hope they make up for it.

Flowers delivered did not resemble bouquet ordered. Bloomex customer service argued that they did not have available bouquet available and replaced with similar arrangement. Delivered arrangement was substandard and completely unimpressive. I had also upgraded to deluxe arrangement and was further shortchanged with the standard size. Buy with caution. Their services are misleading and customer service poor. Do not recommend.

DISGUSTING Customer Service!! I ordered flowers through a Bloomex agent on the phone and they confirmed all the details.The day of my grandmother’s funeral, I received a TEXT saying Bloomex would not be delivering the flowers for the funeral. No phone call, no explanation. I tried calling for 2 days with Bloomex’s phones going to voicemail.I asked several times for a manager to call me. No-one called me back.I received several copy & paste responses, even after I emailed them to STOP sending me copy & paste responses.Apparently, Bloomex will send my grandmother’s funeral flowers for another time in the future. My grandmother only had one funeral and we missed it and there were no flowers from us!!!! This is the most disgusting & insensitive response,I have ever heard.We will NEVER use Bloomex again and I will SHARE with everyone I know ( and don’t know) about this absolutely APPALLING customer service! *** they have apparently given me a refund and I should be happy with that. Also, no response from their CEO.

Ordered flowers for my mom, from my dad in long term care, for their anniversary. I picked the purply pink bouquet described as " full and hearty handcrafted and hand-tied "Bunch" of fresh cut, lavender seasonal flowers heavily accented with delicate fillers. Featuring a combination of fresh cut flowers carefully contrasted with exotic fillers to produce a trendy mix of textures and colours . A hand-tied stream of rustic raffia completes the arrangement. The result... a breath-taking contemporary bouquet. " What I got was a mishmash of white, green, orange and red with a sprinkle of pink carnations. Basically a cheaply made $20 grocery store bouquet at best. Their $39.99 regular price 79.99 bouquet that I supersized for an additional $15. The red gerbera was already wilting, the orange random flowers were in terrible shape and there were several broken flowers. The discount code I used from their website was accepted in the order but then I was charged full price at the end of the transaction. I also added a balloon to the order that never arrived. I called and left a message with their customer service line. I have still not been called back. I did receive an email in which they offered to refund me for the balloon and offered me a credit for my next order. They claim they have a policy on substitution. This is non existent on the website! If they think I'm ever doing business with them again they're out of their mind! Companies like this should be shut down and face serious fines and a lawsuit for their fradulent practices! Never order from them! Call a local flower shop who actually cares about their customers. Bloomex does not. Their positive reviews are lies! I still want my refund Bloomex! Every holiday season I'll be here to make sure everyone knows what you're really about!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever gotten. Misleading, deceitful, late, arrogant ... everything that a business dealing with human emotions should never be. When you order one thing to be delivered on a certain day, because it matters (!) and it gets delivered, without any notification the day after... and you get, instead of white and lavender breath of fresh air bouquet that I've ordered, a lovely Thanksgiving bouquet delivered to your daughter, the day AFTER her birthday - I am sure you too would get upset, feel deceived and misled by the company's commitment AND the hefty price you paid. I got an email at 12:32 am the day after (Aug. 26) that my order was "in packaging", than another one at 8:19 am that it is "in transit" and when I called them to inquire about my order not being delivered when it should have been, there's no "available representatives". "Please leave your name and order number and the first available representative will call you back!" Ah hour later ... no call. I call back, but time I press #1 "to place an order". Wham!!!! Someone picked up right away! And then the agony that lasted more than an hour began... lying about the text message sent... lying about the email sent the day prior, when the delivery was ordered for (Aug. 25)... and a cherry on a cake was when the "manager" said: "We will make it bigger." Oh darn, I've already paid for the "super-sized" bouquet 💐, so I think he meant the Purolator delivery dude, already en-route to Pemberton was going to pick few daisies our of his ---(garden) along the way and stick them in... Everything about this company is deceiving, unprofessional and unreliable. As when I was placing an order, over the phone, the representative NEVER mentioned they didn't have a "partner" in Pemberton, although he took the time to check the address and charge me EXTRA for the delivery, which I found out about the day AFTER the delivery was requested for. Had I known I would have ordered from the local florist and be sure my girl gets her gift on time and fresh! And in the end these are three dead balloons and the flowers she got... Beware of such business practices. I've learned my lesson. Bloomex happens to be THE WORST experience I've ever had as a consumer of various services. And I am about to become a member of "Bloomex Sucks" group of almost 3K members. I wish I had found them sooner..

Will never use again. Received a text my order will not be sent until another day, so I said please change the message then to (xxx) - I even went online to the "chat" feature and had a 'conversation' with an agent who confirmed the message would be changed and it wasn't. Poor customer service - will NOT recommend them to anyone. Should have done my homework - several websites warned of the terrible service. Do your homework.

Bloomex = disappointment. The flowers didn’t arrive, and they refused to refund. Nice. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. I thought I’d be smart and have them sent two days before Mother’s Day, just to make sure my mom received them and wasn’t waiting until 5pm on Mother’s Day. They did not arrive. On Saturday night I used the online chat with Bloomex, and was told they were sent via courier (Purolator), but no more information was available. I asked to speak with a manager, and was refused. As it was a chat, I saved the exact response, “Me: Can I speak with your manager? account_boxSam: Our managers reply during 24h. Our managers reply a.s.a.p, but they're quite busy right now due to Mother's Day occasion. Unfortunately, as I'm an operator of live chat, I have no responsibilities to attach or investigate your order and make a decision. Sorry for such inconveniences.” I then terminated the chat, and called the phone line. I spoke with an operator, and received the same line, that their managers only respond via email within 24 hours. Customers are never allowed to speak directly with a manger. Also, they didn’t know if/when the flowers would be delivered and refused to give me a refund. I received an email on Mother’s Day, Sunday, from Bloomex telling me that the shipment had been delayed, and offered for it to either be resent at a later date or store credit. They again refused a refund. I followed up daily with Bloomex daily for a week via email. Each time I asked for a refund, and refused their offer of store credit or a resend (as Mother’s Day was over). I also told them that the flowers never did arrive. They were good at responding by email in about 24 hours each time, but they always refused to refund, and they never read old responses on the order. Finally I performed a credit card charge-back. My suggestions for other customers are: #1: Do not order from Bloomex! They have TERRIBLE customer service with no escalation process. They send flowers (mine were fresh cut with no vase) by courier and they will be without water for at least 24 hours, maybe many days. Couriers also may decide not to deliver, unlike normal flower delivery vans. #2: If you have already ordered from Bloomex, and are in a similar situation to me, just do a credit card chargeback. It will likely be successful, and apart from you getting your money back from Bloomex, Bloomex will be charged a merchant fee in the range of $20-$50. With enough of these, they will either be forced to fix their customer service policies and shipping issues, or will go out of business.

When they mess up, you still have to pay! Ordered “super sized” Mother’s Day bouquet. Paid extra for Mother’s Day delivery. Term of contract was specific delivery date. Breached contract by failing to deliver on Mother’s Day. Total let down. No communication from Bloomex. I had to follow up next day and find out why my order wasn’t delivered. Refused to refund. Mother ended up with small bouquet that looked nothing at all like the huge bunch I ordered.. Very different in colour/flowers. Nothing supersized about it either. Deflated balloon. After battling with “customer service”, refused full refund despite their clear breach on delivery date never mind terrible looking flowers and pathetic deflated balloon. They breached their own online delivery policy - no Act of God resulted in the non-existence delivery- but they kept my money anyways. This company just don’t care. Anything to keep your money and to profit from their mistakes Who wants a store credit from these people? Glad I paid on credit card so fortunately the Visa chargeback dispute rules make them liable for their breach of delivery date term and Bloomex will now have to pay a penalty to Visa and the charge removed from my bill. Gave them every chance to do the right thing and just got excuses. Ignored the law. Ignored their own delivery policy. Now they will have a pay a chargeback fee. Bad enough they ruined a Mother’s Day surprise but even worse they treat their customers like this when they make mistakes. Sharp practice. Shame on Bloomex!

If you value relationships with your loved ones, you will not use this service. They over promise and do not deliver. Bloomex customer service personnel (when you actually get to a live person and not a bot) appears to be trained to provide false information and continue to delay. I was consistently told that my flowers were "in transit" yet never received. I was given tracking numbers for 2 different couriers (for the same package?) – and when I contacted the first company they had no record of the tracking number and for the second courier company it was for a package that wasn't mine. And I was told that my matter was being investigated/escalated/referenced for a refund – yet none of these happened. Finally, they have the audacity to blame COVID - the pandemic is painful enough without this company leveraging it for their poor and non-existent performance. In short, this company is not to be used or trusted. I wish they would spend as much time making good on their promises as they do obfuscating, delaying and ultimately not delivering!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on April 27, 2021 to be delivered on May 7, 2021. On May 7 I received an email informing me that a full refund will be given WITHOUT any explanation. When I called Bloomex they said that due to Covid-19 restrictions they could not find a local florist. REALLY.? Now I need to scramble to get flowers.

I ordered tulips for a family birthday, not expecting much. I found the delivery charge (same day = $20 cdn) quite high. However, I ordered them at 1 pm and I got pictures of the delivered bouquet at 5 pm, and the flowers looked fresh and much more like the picture on the website than I expected. The overall price was quite reasonable. I hope they will last for a bit. Overall I'm happy with the service and will likely be a repeat customer.

UPDATE: The worst customer experience keeps getting worse. We were informed by someone at the the original place of delivery, who waited around on her own time, to inform the driver where they could be delivered instead. We were told they would be there by 5PM and we had a dinner reservation for that time (as I stated, this IS OUR 25th Wedding Anniversary). Driver did not even show for another 40 minutes past that time so our dinner reservations were scrapped! On top of it all, THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG BOUQUET OF FLOWERS!!!!! Their response to me was that it is their right to put in a different flowers in the arrangement and that policy is actually stated in my original Order Accepted email. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THE EMAIL AND I EVEN ATTACHED THAT EMAIL IN MY COMPLAINT to ask exactly where that policy is written. I followed all the links in the email and went through it all and NOWHERE IS THERE A POLICY THAT STATES THAT!!!! Their only option for me is store credit...do you really think I want to deal with your business again after a total catastrophe of product and service????? No thanks. My ONLY expected option is a FULL REFUND! I have no problem returning the WRONG bouquet but that wasn't even offered. If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is completely unacceptable. Put in order for a 25th Anniversary bouquet for my wife a full week in advance to surprise her at her place of employment and even paid for the premium morning delivery service. They email half way through that delivery window and say they cannot fulfill the delivery time frame and basically state it could be delivered anytime up to 5PM. She is NOT AT HER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AT THAT TIME and sure enough no delivery was received by her by the time she left. So no surprise bouquet for her and contacting customer service basically stating that I cannot get a refund because the flowers have already been arranged and they would attempt to deliver the following day which DEFEATS the purpose of the bouquet and delivery altogether. So out the cost of the bouquet, out the cost of delivery and no product to show for it. How does a business even get away with something like that???????

WORST QUALITY WORST QUALITY, WORST COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVISE !! I have never written a review in my life. My experience was so negative with Bloomex that I am forced to share my negative experience. From the UK I called Bloomex and Ordered 12 varied colour roses for my nieces 18th birthday, for March 16th, delivery in Canada. I requested agent the roses be tied with red ribbon, roses wrapped in red paper , with baby’s breath. I was assured it will be sent to florist in special instructions., and it wouldn’t be an issue. They will be buds. “A LIE” Website states : ‘Flowers are made by our professionally trained floral designers at our own production facilities’ “Having our own florists making the designs is how we ensure order accuracy.” ‘Due to the high volume of orders processed daily and with direct buying from the growers, our flowers are fresher.’ Product Description SKU: LF11-55 “To allow these beautiful flowers to last much longer, they are delivered fresh, budding and ready to bloom” Total misrepresentation The Product description didn’t mention possibility of the roses being different colour as shown in the image. The Card Spelling Errors . I was on the call for 45 minutes long distance , the agent couldn’t get the spelling correct despite many times repeating the card arrived with mistakes. I was very excited for my Neice to receive this arrangement on her special day. The roses arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED WHITE ROSES WERE MISSING, BABY PINK WAS REPLACED WITH DARK PINK , THE SMALL GREENERY WAS MISSING , NO ROBBON NO RED PAPER NO BABYS BREATH AS PROMISED. ROSES DEAD , DROOPING , FULLY BLOOMED , BROWNING. I was embarrassed , to send such cheap quality roses. I have been calling Bloomex since the 16th. The customer service operator answers and stated they will pass to management team to contact me. Despite me Repeatdly telling them I only want a refund, the birthday gone moment has gone, I don’t want redelivery, or coupon. They aren’t addressing my refund request. It’s like I’m a hostage I must either buy from them again or accept redelivery. Bloomex replied on the 19th “we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. We noticed a few damaged stems on your bouquet. Please note, that the colour of the ribbon can be substituted in the florist run out of the particular colour. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the misspeling on the card. We appreciate your business with us and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue by offering an in-store credit for future use. Please let us know if we should proceed. Kind regards, Bloomex Team.” I can’t believe this company saying the bouquet was received with their policy, and they noticed a few damaged stems , despite viewing the photos. Very cheap company third class customer service , who are risking their reputation for $53.09. Instead of trying to compensate me for the embarrassment offering a refund , they are not calling me or addressing my refund request. I had also placed an order for 24 roses for my sisters birthday to be delivered on the 23rd. I cancelled the order on 7 days before delivery, they deducted $25.00 according to policy. Despite me explaining my reason for cancellation was, the poor quality sent on the 16th I simply don’t trust their word or their quality. They are failing to respond. I would very buy from this company agin , customers please beware Note Bloomex : Please don’t reply on Trust Pilot or email with apology , or any other explanation , you have none. Or any offers of redelivery or a voucher , other then full refund. Only reply if you agree to refund the $53.09 for the order delivered on the 16th of March , and $25.00 deducted for the order cancelled for the 23rd of March. I rate this company zero.

I paid extra for morning delivery (9-12). It is now 7:00 p.m. And I've still not received the flowers. After 7 hours of hounding them online, I've just now been told I should receive them before 9:00 p.m. I will never use the service again.

I ordered a double bouquet of sunflowers and sent them to my sister just to say hello. She sent me a picture upon receipt and another a few days later when they were fully open. Absolutely beautiful - so much so that they didn’t look real. Beautiful fresh flowers, great value, and fast delivery. I have spent much more for flowers that didn’t compare. Great experience with this company. I will be coming back for my future floral purchases!

Great service. Flowers arrive in a timely fashion. Efficient and trustworthy. Quick and easy to use website. Ordered several times for friends and family and they all love the bouquets, fresh flowers, centerpieces. Can't go wrong!

I ordered flowers for my sister. the arrangement was very appreciated/admired by her! She especially liked that the succulents in it could later be planted outdoors! Lovely as well as eco-friendly...three cheers for Bloomex!! 😀

Gorgeous flowers delivered exactly when I expected them to be! I have been a recipient of Bloomex flowers several times in the past and decided to order them for my mom for Mother’s Day and it was a great experience! She loved the bouquet and I loved being able to have such pretty flowers sent to her!

the callas arrived on time as ordered and were the most beautiful flowers!the colors included all that were pictured and Mr. Andre also added some dark callas which were gorgeous.i have recommended Bloomex to my friends and my coworkers were so jealous of these beautiful flowers.thanks very miuch,MB
