Awful Internet service. Offline constantly despite being reported this still continues. Customer service work off a script and cannot deviate. No one cares.

Dreadful, do not under any circumstances consider going with these jokers. They will sign you up then on install day say "Sorry, can't do it for 2 weeks" leaving you high and dry without service. Their call centre is beyond a joke, with absolutely zero understanding of customer service (off shore, say no more).

It would have been a -1 if possible. My wife and I accidentally ordered the same package at the same time. Three calls later they still had not got the message that one order was canceled and had to be told to refresh their system. Completely incompetent staff who lied and said the issue was solved only to be told that it was not when calling again later. The delivery date is now pushed out to unknown date. Will never use again and recommend everyone to stay away!!!

Virgin use the same trick that sky use by not cancelling you properly and then bill you vast amounts of money when you leave them. Will never use virgin or sky again.

I spent more than two and a half hours being passed from department to department and then when I was put through to David Seaton he far exceeded my expectations. David Seaton, in Customer Services, is a credit to Virgin - it is unfortunate that other members of the Virgin customer services team are not as efficient, helpful and personable as he is. Thank you once again.

I will try to keep this short but it is difficult as there has been so much wrong. I was with Sky for 10 years and left due to poor service and high costs. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted Virgin to be better...so much worse! I can forgive the clunky TV interface and the disappointing wifi reach. What I can't accept is my broadband dropping almost every month and a poor response to my issues. Cut a long story short, after being without broadband for almost 3 days and numerous calls to Virgin, I was told they could get an engineer to me in 5 days. I was told the broadband might come back within that time but how can i trust it wont go again after so many issues!?!?! I asked to be put through to customer services to cancel my contract. Rather than empathy and effort, what I discovered was a psychopath who was more interested in quoting me regulations than being useful. Despite my protestations that I was leaving due to virgins poor service, I was told I would be charged £150 to leave my contract early. I was also told that Virgin have 30 days to solve a problem before they classify it as a justifiable reason to leave. I refuse to give Virgin £150 for nothing so will be leaving at the end of my contract. I expect more for £90 a month!!!

Very Rubbish Services we are customer with NTL before virgin took over, our contract that time is 25 pounds now it is 47 pounds they telling broadband is 100meg but we are only getting 45meg Complete nightmare about customer services we have try to call them holding the line for more than 1 hours and getting cut off rubbish we are leaving

I can not understand a word there saying keep you waiting on the phone 26 minutes then cut of really awful. The prices are reasonable if you threaten to leave them every year but as a loyal always paying on time customer I should not have to do this. But streaming tv is getting better I believe that soon there will be apps so we can get rid of these bandits.

I moved from BT because they were difficult to get hold of for anything other than payments. I am now experiencing the very worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Having previously worked in an organisation where brand is everything. I am now engaged with an organisation that has NO customer services whatsoever. I have tries calling on 6 times, currently holding on the phone for 20 minutes with no one picking the call up. Finally picked up and spoke to an actual Virgin Media person who explained that Virgin is so popular they don't have enough staff to cope with demand!!!!! At the same time I am trying to use the web-chat. Started this 35 minutes ago and got through the the auto-bot responses Name, account number etc and since then 15 minutes has passed with NO response. Sent an email complaint 3 days ago and have not had a response, not even an acknowledgement. Phone call lasted over an hour and NO offer of compensation despite what the engineer had said. Oh the benefit of hindsight.....please can someone design and build a time machine so that I can undo this very poor choice.

Hello, I have been with Virgin Media for about 9 months until my contract finished and I’d say they’ve been the worst broadband company I’ve engaged with especially in terms of communicating post contract and dealing with issues once we had left the property. VM never sent us our return equipment box after multiple emails on my part correcting the address they wanted to send it to without any response leading to us never getting the box. After numerous complaints following this issue I am still to receive any feedback from VM. The only email they sent me was to inform me that I now have a £106 bill to pay for non-return of equipment -ridiculous...

Paying more than double for what I can get from other providers. Appalling customer service and 4 days on I'm still waiting for the promised call back from a Team Manager. I will be switching next month when their new charges come into effect

Just moved house from Northampton to South Wales where I could have ended my contract period with virgin. Unfortunately they don't supply services in this part of the country but they would rather charge me for this moving while their contract is running. I could agree they all talk and not out to do much for the customer.it don't matter how much they made out of you. They still want to take more.

Been with virgin for over a year. Lots of promises but service is the worst I have ever had. Slow speeds, not working internet etc etc Now on 5 day of no internet connection and very tired of hearing sane excuses. Will not allow termination of contract without charging £100 plus. Learn from my mistake and go with another provider they really can’t be as bad as virgin can they???

Please do not signed with them. I had a really genuine and good expectation as they promote themself as a fast and reliable company. Customer service is unreachable. If you get through you will speak with someone who barely speak english, has problems with spelling or generally has no knowledge of company services or policies. Signal of broadband is very weak and there are gaps without connection every day. Last time they have a problem with their network been down and as they did not managed to fix it from Thursday till Friday they said it will be fixed on Monday. So their engineers had nice weekend off while thousands people were without service they paid for. I can see that in a few years Virgin Broadband will be where their gyms are. Gone. Branson as always start some business but stop care about it and intead investing to keep it alive with great stabile services he just bought island and let his company die.

Absolut rubbish. We were supposed to have highest speed according to contract but received only a small fraction what we were promised. No signal in the next room (we had to buy few rooters and ours is a small house. We had it for one year and so happy now when we switched to Vodafone broadband. It is twice cheaper and speed is 3x better. We do not need additional rooters anymore. When we called to tell that we leaving customer service staff sounded unpleasant and quite annoyed. Would recommend to my worst enemy ...

Absolutely rubbish. No tv and broadband for days now. Engineer cancelled on their end thinking its resolved without asking me. Now they saying another engineer to come in another few days. No apology, no understanding. Made various calls, waiting long time as always, they hang up when transferring. The inconvenience and frustration caused is long to write here. Waste ppl

I had two years of broadband at 10% of its supposed speed due to the incompetence of this evil company. When I tried to leave, they were at their worst. They billed me for months after I switched, sent me confusing bills and badgered me and now, months later, they are threatening to charge me for kit I returned two weeks ago. You can't get through to anyone who understands you and the company doesn't care at all. Awful.

Appalling Customer Service. My cable needs to be moved as the T.V. is being moved to a room at the back of the house. No local Companies will touch it as 'it's Virgin'. So the usual jumping through hoops only to be put on hold for hours. I only want to book an Engineer and am paying them nearly £1500 per year. I would cancel but can't take my very long-standing email address with me.

This is the worst wifi i have eva seen ,their network is so poor for o reason it goes off and dosent connect,i wont recommned this to my enemy, am highly dissapointed so so dissapointed
