Worst customer service, they're charging you with no reason when you calling them they just going to say we're going to work on it but they not....

Sadly the minimum rating is 1 star; otherwise I'll definitely give a "0" star. Unstable wifi seems like a daily event. It is virtually impossible to quit the contract upon the ending of the contract. Don't use your mobile to stop the Virgin Media or you'll waste your airtime on unwanted telephone music one hour, two hour... Call them using their landline customer service "150", choose any other options like "to move", "to check the bill", don't press the "to leave" option. Nobody will monitor and answer the "quit" option. When telling them you no longer want the service, do ask for the "transaction number" or "job number" or the name of the staff or to record your conversation. The Virgin Media staff will do nothing and, your contract remain continue. Nothing happened. You have to repeat the whole story again and again, but still useless. Stop the Direct Debit immediately or they'll keep charging you money. But they'll still give you a 7 pound penalty charges on top of the monthly payment. It takes months, or another contract's time or more to get rid of the Virgin Media. Yes, to get rid of. Wish you all the best to get rid of the Virgin Media.

Their customer services have now reached all time low levels of service to the customer. I've had my weekend ruined by their customer service, I've incurred around £50 of mobile bills trying to sort issues while being stuck in automated call hell. Twice I was put on hold for over 30 minutes while my mobile bill got bigger and bigger. They sent out a new hub which arrived a different day than they said it would. The new hub didn't work with new Xbox, at which point they try to charge you for a premium service to fix it. No virgin, sort the software out on the hub before sending out. How dare you try charging for something that isn't the customers fault. Disgraceful.

They trick costumers with promoting… They trick costumers with promoting online 18 pounds monthly for 18 months after they change. To 31 pounds ( charges total £22 ,special services £4, vat £5.20). Today I give notice in March call to stop my contract go out of the Bussines in April . I guide my keys back to the land lord’s but need to pay till September. This is not Bussines is a band of rats . l not have better friendly tone to discipline Virgin rats . To relocate to another barbershop l need to pay £100 is a joke and do another contract.l stay with this rats not recommended and after a few calls with out of success .l will go for Plusnet.

Got a letter from Virgin Media which clearly stated my package was going to continue being £65 per month but Customer Services said "Ah but there is a small print underneath that says it will go back to £75". They have completely deceived the customer. I am arguing this case with them as they are trying to be clever and deceiving the customer. Absolutely shocking

Virgin Media is a joke. After cancelling my contract 3 days after signing up because of their terrible customer service and lack of completed package, they tried to charge £5.40. After speaking to a manager he assures me that the account has been credited to clear this amount. 2 weeks later i notice they are trying to take money from my account. I call them a third time and get told to cancel my direct debit as it has been sorted out on their side. So thats what i did. Then a week later i receive a further letter explaining i owe £5.40. When i ask to be put through to the complaints dept, he says they do not have one and i should do it online. So here i am complaining online. DONT GO WITH VIRGIN MEDIA!!! SKY HAVE BEEN GREAT SINCE I JOINED THEM. THR CHEAP PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE TIME WASTED WITH THIS UNBELIEVABLE COMPANY(If you can call it one). #virginmediabroadband #terribleservice #wasteoftime #missingparts #cheapinternetevencheapercustomerservice

Had to move houses and get a bill for 125 pounds, because they dont serve that area and they state that it is my fault for disconnecting and not their fault for not serving that area. Absolute trash dont trust them.

Awful customer service. Was trying to find out how much notice I needed to give to cancel my contract, and potentially renegotiate a new deal. The cancellation team were awful. The woman was aggressive, rude and patronising, and refused to pass me on to a supervisor or someone else. I eventually had to put the phone down. When I called back I spoke to another woman who went to check / speak to the first person I had spoken to. She then came back and immediately informed me my account would be cancelled in 30 days. No attempt was made to keep me as a customer or apologise. The best way to judge a company is how they deal with an issue. Virgin Media are awful.

I have recently changed from virgin to another supplier.. I informed Virgin giving them thirty days. I Paid January 2020 bill on time. (I was with virgin until 1st Feb 2020) then I received a February bill for the whole month of £90.84p. I wrote off to them via recorded delivery and a couple of weeks later I received an revised bill stating that I'm £90.00 in credit but owe 0.84p??? to be paid by 24th Feb. not only the amount owed was bad enough (cost them more to send it to me?) it was in big in red font???? and the a back of the bill stated payment of £0.084p is due now even though there is a couple of weeks for the paid due date and should I miss this payment they will take action??? went to the paypoint as I would normally pay the bill. couldn't pay it that way as the minimum paypoint would except is £2.00. since I owe virgin only a few pence (and obviously they are desperate for the this fund to go through even though Richard Branson is a multi billionaire) I declined to pay via this method. I called virgin up costing me more then the bill in pence owed and made the payment in pence owed. yes it is a generic letter sent via the system but it is still programmed by a human hand and could've been stopped by a human hand as well. I'm just flabbergasted that they sent a bill in big red font like a demand with though I was still in time for the payment and then to take action over it if I missed the payment??? is beyond stupidity!!! disgusted. I really hope Richard Branson spend my 0.84p received wisely????

The engineer turned up and installed my phone line and broadband. Which now works all over the house and at the end of the garden. Thanks BT for £200 spent on range extenders that never worked properly! Was in my house for about an hour! One rather large box does it all. Have 80mbs at the end of the garden! WiFi! This is day one

After being a customer for over 9 years I am going to pull the plug on VM . I don’t have one good thing to say about this company regarding customer care and service . They are charging me £49.00 a month for broadband only , yet they have deals for the very same at £22.00 a month , no customer loyalty whatsoever. I was charged £7.00 for a late payment and when I checked my monthly account it was three weeks ago when I made my last payment . Then when I made the payment the broadband was down and there was no internet, I was told it would be fixed by the 11th of February today is the 4th . I wish I had read the reviews before going to Virgin Media .. beware , they will slow your broadband speed right down then charge you to upgrade it...
