Social distancing non existent at the Warrington Riverside retail store, no markings when queuing, no distance in the store, quite frankly a free for all. Worried sick after shopping here today wish I had not bothered. Somebody in management needs to address this IT IS DANGEROUS!!!!

Hi,I am one of the many in isolation, going shopping just once a week! Not hoarding! I was told in your Immingham store on Friday that I may have only two loads of bread for my husband and myself for a week! As my husband is a key worker and I have three conditions that I need to be in isolation for, coming out more than once a week would be irresponsible and down right stupid. I think that looking at what I had in my trolley should have told the assistant that I was buying by need and not hoarding! I had three loafs for a week ! That is insane !

Charged me twice for one item. Head office unable to help and store not answering the phone. Explained I cannot get back to store. Unhelpful.

I have been shopping with leytonstone b&m since it's been open and up to now I have never been told by cashier if you been rude I will not serve you. I was buying a product any 3 for 8 pounds in cat food section as I picked mixed brands cause offer says any 3 for £8 when cashier checked after explain I said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME DO. Then She replied IF YOU RUDE I WILL STOP SERVING YOU. It was the only cashier serving at that time and many customers waiting to be served.I was really disappointed that how this attitude from cashier

Head office customer service is disgusting infact there is no customer service, you spend money in thier store damage your personal property at no fault of your own because a product you purchased leaked onto your coat, your then told you are liable it’s disgusting and shocking, I’ve been a customer service manager for 14 years absolutely shocked and appalled by how your customer service staff are trained and their manager at your head office the manager wouldn’t even speak with me too busy apparently, and no point trying to contact the CEO because it go’s to his head office dept in Liverpool who don’t deliver customer service just condescending insults!!! At least Dave Lewis is interested in customer service and customer feedback!!!!

I have just had the worst shopping experience in your cheadle heath store. I strongly suggest you send your staff on a customer service excercise.

Bought an Oak Unit today from Huddersfield Leeds Road store. The staff were extremely helpful ! Special thanks to Tatiana who went above and beyond helping us get it into the car! Excellent service 👍

IF you want to be discriminated, lept upon by several staff members & security, then be victimised, antagonize & finally abused..VISIT THE BRANCH UN NW10 WILLESDEN/HARLESDEN. Just to mention if you have a beard, a rucksack & tanned or Mediterranean or even brown skinned or mixed race, dont forget Muslim then this store will claim your a THIEF, follow you from aisle to aisle, right upto to the car park in addition take pictures & your registration then aid your removal with more staff...now great customer services as I rang to complain just hear say..no call back & little interest...not something out of the ordinary as long as the directors line their pockets.wont hold my breath for an apology but will I assure u il make some noise given every opportunity & social media. Store probably closed as sooner rather then later due to pathetic ignorant arrogance employees...never look down at others or judge B&M staff, u might be out of work...so wait for ur just returns!

I returned a faulty Now Tv stick to a store I did not complete the original purchase in- The lady who served us was brilliant and helpful and exchanged the item with no hesitation. The store was really busy at the time and a long queue formed behind me, even though many customers were tutting and much eye rolling was going on she carried on being helpful and friendly and professional. The lady behind us kept pushing her items closer and closer to the till in a bid to speed our transaction up, but due to the nature of what was returned she had to open the item and remove the codes etc and didn’t succumb to the pressure. This was the Foss Island Road Store in York.

Just returned from Ellesmere Port store brilliant customer service. l think the guys name was Steve sorry l did ask but forgotten ( had tattoos on both arms) so polite friendly and efficient,he lifted 5 bag of soil & 3 bag of gravel & a big pot on trolley then pushed to tills and waited Until I’d payed, then loaded it all into my car and took my trolly back. Thank you

Called in b&m Durham to purchase some purfume asked the assistant if I could sample the perfume first and was told no even though other perfumes in the cabinet had been opened which I pointed out. I was told that she still could not open the one I was interest in as she would get wrong. Very poor customer service how does B&M expect to sell perfume if you cannot sample before you buy

I just found the cashier not particularly customer friendly another colleague shouting over about a code then I wanted some money back and the staff that came over was smelling off fags so not very impressed

Website is always wrong saying stores open on boxing day at 8am get to store and its 9am lots of people turned up to store if we hadn't made a fuss they would have ignored us all you hear if you question the staff at this store is it's head office they sort out website the manager of the shop should be checking site great way to keep your customers I would have given no stars but website won't let me

Awful ...walsall wood branch lady called lyndsey... was rude to another customer and to me. Was throwing my items at the checkout. Not sure if she hates her job or what? But she needs serious customer care training or to be let go. Terrible I will not be back to this branch.

We took some toys back to the b&m store in Market Harborough The two ladies that dealt with us were very nice and efficient, especially us it was our fault in buying the wrong toys in the first place

Always be sure to check sell by dates on products as they are frequently out of date and on sale at full price. I have also had to return many products which are not working and appear to have been used previously and then re-packaged. I wonder if they are possibly getting returned items from other places, re-packaging and then selling them at slightly cheaper prices. Personally I would prefer to pay a bit more for quality products. Unfortunately quality is not what you will find at B&M stores.
