Warning!! Avoid Border Retail park Wrexham after 8pm! If you decide to nip in to B&M witch is open to 9pm and to be fare is a bloody big store, you are only aloud to park in the car park for a maximum stay of 30 minutes or you will be fined £100 like I said it’s a big store and to get around it in 30 minutes and to get severed can take some doing! B & M say they have no control over the car park as it doesn’t belong to them so I would suggest avoiding B & M after 8pm or use there over store across town! Ridiculous 30 minutes to park run around a big store get served and get back in your car and leave the car park!!🤬🤬

I would like to inform about the appalling service I got at BM Stores at Unit 7A, Imperial Retail Park, Bristol BS13 7TJ on 08/06/22. I wanted to buy an Tower Air fryer £99 which showed limited availability online. I tried calling the shop on 0300 838 9563 to check the stock, which didn't give me an option to check, so had to drive all the way to shop to find not even single unit left!! Whilst I was there it was still showing "Limited Availability" online. Jade from customer service said "Our site is rubbish!!" so I request to speak with Store manager. I had to wait around 10 minutes when Ms Deb Stobbs arrived who just said "I can only apologise and from next year you'll be able to order online" She asked me to ring Chris Robinson (Store Manager) to which I said "You are giving me an FAKE OPTION here- We cant reach anybody on that given number!! I'm absolutely GUTTED with their service!! 1) They didn't gave me an option to check stock over the phone! 2) They didn't gave me an option to RESERVE/BUY it ONLINE and then pick it from the shop! 3) I had to waste my PETROL driving 24 miles to and fro NOT to mention the RISING PRICE OF PETROL!! It has definitely left a very BAD FEELING about their "Website & Customer Service" They definitely need to improve their service as I'm one of their UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!

Recently was having difficulty in finder a bench i had seen online. I made many phone calls without tracking one down. I went to B&M Clevedon and could not see any, I asked a young lady who took time to look and found 2 in the next isle. These I paid for and collected the next evening. The chap we first approached for collection was on the checkout. He got someone else covered for him whilst he found our purchase. When putting into car I asked him where I could get another one. He said he would look on the computer and I could ring in. He gave me the phone number, then he said they had a new system in and sometimes callers could not get through. He said if we went to the front of the building and wait he would make some enquiries for us. We did this and he came and said he had found one in Burnham on sea. This chap was so very helpful, we were so grateful and went straight away to buy. We asked two ladies at Burnham both new about the phone call from Clevedon and one went and get the bench. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the best service we have had for a long time. Everyone was so helpful, polite and professional. A lot of other stores could learn a great deal for B&M staff. Went to B&M store in Hengrove Bristol to purchase a coffee table.. Tuesday 24th May 2022… Was helped by assistant In the furniture dept..was extremely helpful, went above and beyond expectations… his name was Aaron…..one very happy customer.. thank you !

Absolutely disgusted bought a light that when got home didn't work, I was asked at till if wanted a receipt I said no, big mistake would not exchange and couldn't get to speak to the manager. Will stick to home bargains in future. They can keep their b&m reject junk

I purchased a multi pack of diet coca cola and 2 mint twirl wafers. Totalling £6.20. Came home and found they were out of date!!!! What is no one checking dates?!?!?!?!. The twirls were out of date with 2 different dates!!! This is the Mansfield, stockwell gate store. Next visit I went to the Mansfield baums lane store, big mistake, the staff up there were not to be found, ( at least the stockwell gate store had pleasant staff) and when they were they didn't seem bothered.!

Sorry to say the micro lights I purchased earlier this year to ensure you didn’t sell out quickly as last year you had , was a big mistake.. How do you unravel them. Looked pretty simple tied up with wires but once they were off it’s like spaghetti junction. I’m pretty patient at doing this from last years experience but this years selection is just awful. Sadly do not know where the receipt is as wasn’t expecting to return the item. One thing for sure is , not touching this type of light wiring again. Be more practical wrapped around cardboard..

Purchased the Sorrento 6 piece garden set. What a load of cheap tat. Could not put chairs together as holes not lined up correctly. Had to return

Thank you so much to the store man who I think was called Paul, a young man in his 50’s. Today I went to B&M in Station Road, Pool, Cornwall. I needed two single metal framed beds however they only had one. I can’t find any staff on the shop floor so I put my head in the store room and asked for help. I could see he was very busy sorting the stock out but nothing was too much trouble for him, he phoned two other b&m until he found us another one. What a hero he was, honestly I think B&M are luck to have such a polite and helpful member of staff. Thank you so much Mrs Hall

Hello, I wish to formally complain about your Store Manager at Colindale. I visited the store at the beginning of the week, in an attempt to purchase two Smart watches. Although your website promised that the products were available, they were not on display. I approached one of the male Managers who told me that they were 'more than likely in our warehouse but had not been put on display yet'. This Manager told me to return to the store later in the week. I returned to the store again today and they were still not on display. I then approached a male and female Manager to ask about the products. The male Manager then explained that there is sometimes a four or five day delay and difference to availability in the store website offers. I told him that it had been at least four days since I originally enquired. The female Manager then said that they could have been 'stolen'. I asked her that if this was the case, had the products been put on display. This Manager then became aggressive and asked me if I was suggesting that the store had not put warehouse stock on display??? Due to her aggressive attitude I asked her not to speak to me as if I were an idiot. This seemed to enrage her and I walked away. This Manager then followed me continuing to hurl abuse at me including calling me a 'stupid man'. I then informed her that I would report her behaviour and asked her for her name. She refused to identify herself, the male Manager informed me that her name is Caroline, (she is an elderly woman with dyed blonde hair). I will also copy this email and post this message as a review as I believe that this Manager bullies her staff and she attempted to intimidate and bully me. This was made abundantly clear when I told a staff member of the despicable treatment she had attempted to inflict on me and that staff member rolled their eyes and seemed to agree with my opinion on this Managers somewhat peremptory style. I have been forced to email you because your Customer Service department on the Head Office number is not accepting calls! I await your response. Kind regards Oh and by the way the website is still saying 'good availability'

Great service from Adrian garden centre yet again, farlington b and m have one in a million as he has been so helpful for the third time, first with artificial grass second with fruit trees and yesterday with stones,sand and edgings, please let him know how appreciative we are if him

This review is concerning a member of staff at Southampton Millbrook, Store, Hannah in the Lighting Section. She was most helpful in assisting to find two lamps that I had seen online and which showed availability in the Store but were not displayed with the majority of other lamps. She persevered and finally found them for me in a nearby individualised section. I do wish to commend her because helpfulness was above the usual level of service. Checkout service was also efficient and friendly

Where do I start … I have worked in retail myself for many years for most of the largest outlets in the the market … today I visited b and m bargins in harpurhey … and was shocked. Iv never witnessed such rude ignorant and disgusting behaviour by staff members as I have today .. from the shop floor to the lady on the till .. how they have jobs I will never no !! As a shopper and as an college in retail the standard of service was shocking .. honestly management needs to go in and sort them out .. it isn’t my usua b and m I go in as I go in a few and are lovley .. but this store needs shutting down and starting again with people that want jobs .

Everytime I go to B and M none of the offers show at the till. I never used to get receipts but after thinking i was mad i have started to and im alwats out of pocket bt 2 or 3 pounds from what i should get on offer its such a rip off as im not going back into the store to waste my time. My friends gave also started checking and they have also said its always out.

Total RUBBISH company selling junk garden furnisher. B&M ripped us off of £80 on Sat 19th March in Lowestoft store. Brought a round garden table and chairs set. But the legs/stand top do NOT fit into the slots provided and the trim around the glass top. Total shabby con and rip off company stealing peoples money for dodgy rip off garden furnisher. £80 stolen by these baskets. AVOID cheap and nasty CON Shop. As you can see the table legs tops do NOT line up with each slot at the edge of the round table. We are talking about 4" (inches) between gaps, so you would have to FORCE or twist and maybe damage it. Be WARNED of the RUBBISH (2nds) they sell is this CON-SHOP The silver tape is a marker of where I started off rotating and taking a photo.

Bought some Spear &Jackson fence paint, which on opening the first tub, was like water, you couldn't even see it on the fence panels. Returned to the store with it and was told, by one employee, I could not return opened ones. I explained it was not fit for purpose, but he still argued. Another member of staff intervened and said, yes it could be refunded for. Maybe a bit of comprehensive training for all staff, on consumer rights, should be done. Word of warning, Spear and Jackson fence coat is useless.

Just bought toy for my daughter. Supposed to be small dog with hair for grooming. After opening box all hairs just fell off. Rubish. Actually stealing people's money.
