AVOID!! DO NOT BUY!! Awful Company who will try and scam you for your money and reported to Trading Standards!!! Cheap clothing and faulty! After you return the items they never automatically refund your money! Always have to chase and they ask you to wait 28 days...once 28 days have past, they still delaying on refunding you! Always have to raise a PayPal claim to resolve! Bad customer service and always such a nightmare to get your money back! Still waiting a refund 28 days later and have raise with PayPal to step in and resolve. They will advise you they cannot process your refund because you have a paypal claim open and if you closed your claim then they will process the refund! DON'T CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL CLAIM!!!! As they will continue to lie and delay your refund!!! 39 days later...I have finally received a refund, minus the delivery charge for the faulty item, after advising them I will report them to Trading Standards! Not sure how this company stays in business...shocking!!! If anyone else has dealt with such bad customer services and Boo hoo trying to scam you from your money then please report them to Trading Standards, so they can take action on this awful company!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. IT IS SCAMMY AND NOT GOOD QUALITY!! I placed an order and paid $15 extra to have it expressed shipped to me in order to be here by my birthday. It promised 3-4 days to ship and that was plenty of time when I ordered it. Once I placed the order, the email said it would be here in 2-3 days and would be here on a Wednesday. For over a week there was no tracking information updates and it did not arrive when it said it would. I keep emailing the company and they are very rude and refused to refund me until I got the package. My birthday came and gone and still no package. Might I add that I NEEDED my package for my birthday plans, so my ENTIRE birthday plans were ruined. I have told the company this many times. My package was finally out for delivery and of course got miss delivered. I went looking everywhere for it and called UPS and nothing was done about it. Finally, I got it from one of my neighbors and contacted the company AGAIN for a refund. THEY ARE NOW MAKING ME SHIP IT BACK TO THEM AND PAY FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO THEM. As if I didn't already pay $15 to have it shipped to me and be so late, now they want me to spend more money to ship it back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

I bought 4 pairs of track suit pants before Christmas. I thought when I tried them on that they felt uncomfortable even though I got the extra large. I though I was too big for them so I tucked them away until I had lost a bit of weight. I have since lost 10kg and tried them on again to find one pair has the pockets sewn in backwards, another pair is the weirdest shape and so baggy around the tummy but tight around the legs and the other 2 pairs are just passable in quality. I can't return them as it's over the 30 days now. But never again will I waste my money.

You pay extra for postage ($15AUD- excessive, I checked my package would’ve costed $9ish) THEN THE SAME IT YOU WANT TO RETURN IT! 3 out of 4 dresses I ordered had cheap material and one was practically see through, would not recommend.

Shipping took a bit longer than 10 days, but not too much. Bought 4 items, love the PJ's I got. The quality of all items are really good. When they ask you what size you are and they give you a recommendation - believe it! They said I was a size 16, I ordered all size 18 because I never believe the sizing, and I should have got 16. I'll still wear my items, but I'm going to have to take them in a bit. Overall, happy with my purchases, and I'll probably buy from again.

I am really disappointed as a new customer to Holland and Barrett services. After signing up to your website and placing an order, I received no order confirmation or no order number but the money was taken out of my account. After expecting next day delivery when the order didn't arrive I tried to track and resolve the situation as the money was still taken from my account.After receiving a generic email back telling me my order was in the warehouse and how to track it (as I had no order number I could not do this) yet the order still did not arrive.no one from your customer services looked into this or even sent an email back regarding a personal email back after I emailed to state I still wanted the order.These items were gifts and now have not arrived I have chosen to shop elsewhere and will not be using your company due to the lack of customer service. I will also be rating the poor service.

Ordered 4 items, one of the items was some PJs. Pulled the PJs out the packaging and noticed there was no tag on them, proceeded to try them on and noticed the most awful smell coming from the armpits. The smell of BO strong enough to make me and my daughter gip!! Someone obviously bought them, wore them for the night and then decided they didn’t want them. How the smell was not noticed by the people packaging them is beyond me!! I spoke to someone on the Facebook page and was sent a new pair... no discount, no refund nothing. I’m absolutely disgusted and will not be ordering again

I used to love boohoo but the plus size range is appalling! I’m 5’4 and don’t exactly have slim legs and I have a tummy. Their trousers always run up too small & tight and some of the tops can be tight too. Their sizing is just ridiculous! Won’t be buying from them again.

I have sent at least 30 emails back and forth with customer service because I want to return products, for some reason the return portal isnt working with my email and order number and every customer service person that emails me comes back saying something different but no one actually helps!!! So until now Im not able to return anything I will NEVER buy anything from there again.

I placed an order on the 1st of January, it's the 31st and my items haven't got here yet. That's not my only issue, since with coronavirus and the issues it has caused, the delivery dates vary. The thing is that their customer service was appalling. Not only are they not willing to refund my money, but they're rude in our communication as well. And it wasn't a small order, we're talking about 300€, which is more than half of minimum wage in Greece. Lack of professionalism, respect for the customer and awareness, that's what characterizes boohoo.

Mens jacket with fur. What cheap quality I am shocked. you can tell this was made in a 3rd world country in a building that have bricked up fire escapes. First experience and last. will never buy again. The company have done nothing wrong delivery was fine but the quality OMG

I sent back a pair of very bad quality jeans to boohoo by recorded delivery they signed for them on the 2nd Jan omg the mission it was to get my refund back endless messages you can’t get through on a customer services number only what’s app omg really bad service and there buying debenhams what a joke I won’t order from good old debenhams in the future finally got my refund today 29/1.

I ordered boots from boohoo a couple weeks before Halloween to go with my costume so I paid for express shipping so I’d get them in time. They came late and gave me the wrong size and when I returned them they wouldn’t refund me my full amount and argued that the reason for it was cause part of what I paid went towards shipping it back???? I couldn’t be more disappointed in a company and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Their customer service absolutely sucks and no one is willing to help.

i ordered a package in december and most items were on sale, i received all items (quality was like fashion nova) they also offered a code for fast delivery and my package came within 4 days of ordering it.

Wrong item sent to me. Then I had 3 pairs of trousers all the same size but 1 too big by about 3 sizes one wouldn't go past my knees and one wouldn't do up

Affordable fashion to fit everyone. I love the Tall range, which has amazing clothes that fit me perfectly as a tall lady, without being extortionately priced. The mens section also caters for all shapes and sizes including Big and Tall, which my partner loves. A great way to treat yourself, without spending a lot.
