“Recently spent a good amount of money on this store. Only received 2/10 items. They cannot ship me the rest of my order and only want to refund me 2 missing items rather than all 8 items.”
“I have had some trouble with boohoo items I paid £9.99 for the next day delivery for a year and I ordered an item and it took over a week to get here I also got an email saying it had been delivered and it had not and turned up 2 days later , when I ordered another item for next day deliver it didn’t turn up and I emailed boohoo 3 times and they ignored it a week later I got an email form there delivery company saying I had put the wrong address as the driver couldn’t find my house then it wouldn’t let me re enter my address I ended up ringing them and they were quite rude over the phone and I managed to cancel the order and get my money back after 3 week of finding out where my delivery was”
“The company sent me someone else’s order. When I called to let them know, I was told that I could not get my money back nor would they send the correct order until I shipped back the $15.00 sandals they sent me in error. Once the company got back the “wrong” sandals, I would have to start the order process all over again and just hope they still had my sandals in stock. Don’t order from this company.”
“I spent over $200 and paid 14.99 for the 3-5 day shipping and it’s been 10 plus days. I called fed ex today and they said it hasn’t left the shipping origin. Customer service will not help and said I can return my items if I want to when I receive them.”
“Boo-hoo has very horrible customer service. they sent me the wrong item and it took me to literally talk to Six people to figure out their process for returning the item and getting my item. However I returned the item to them and they did nothing about the item that was missing in my order. They don’t know anything about customer satisfaction. they don’t know how to accommodate their customers for errors that were made by their staff. Also all six of the customer service representatives that I emailed back-and-forth with all had different processes for me returning their item. If they were to get all of their representatives on the same page things would move a lot smoother. I found that talking with them through Facebook is better than email in case that helps anyone.”

“Terrible clothes sizing. A bra that’s an E cup wouldn’t fit me and I’m usually a D! It would barely fit a C cup. Had a great pair of jeans that fit so bought another pair in the same style and size that didn’t fit at all! And the body suits have long arms but the suit feels shorter? Got it in a size 16 but it felt like a 10 or an 8. Will never buy from here again.”

“Just received my order and the clothes are just awful material, one of the jumpers is ment to be white and it looks like I have had it years, one of the jumpers size 14 which is ment to be oversized by the way fits my very slim 13 year old,track suit bottoms completely out of shape, this has happened a good few times with things I've ordered and always gave them the benefit of doubt, wont be ordering again, learnt my lesson”
“Being a regular boohoo customer, the customer service is just absurd. The delivery is a joke, I ordered something last week and I never received it, now have to wait til I can contact again for my refund, every time I order for next day delivery, I never receive it, it’s either they “lose” it, or it comes a week later! Then they have the cheek to offer a reorder after the item goes out of stock, they don’t offer anything as an apology, just say sorry, your sorry ain’t good enough mate, sort out your delivery service and your customer service. It’s a shame you lost a valued customer because I’m never ordering from here again!!!!!”

“Bad quality/ thin material and everything is extremely short! Ordered 8 dresses and not one came anywhere near a suitable length, more like tops. What height are the models? The dresses all look a decent length on them! I am 5ft9inches so not a giant! I wish boohoo would let customers rate each item like they do on very so customers can read feedback on length/quality/ overall fit etc before purchasing.... although maybe no one would purchase anything.”
