“I really love this company. i have bought from them numerous times. Their clothes are good and arrive in a timely manner (except for express shipping when you actually need it lol)
I spent hundreds of dollars with them yet again and the next day everything went on sale. I know that i wasnt actually entitled to anything but I have spent $1000 with them in less than a year. Customer service were rude, uncaring and often copied and pasted their replies. I asked to speak with a manager honestly about 10 times, there was no sense of urgency or care. Finally, the manager got back to me, cancelled my current order and allowed me to buy at todays cheaper price. A really simple ask and a really simple fix.
Customer service had basically told me that they dont care how much I spend in their store, coming from a customer service background myself it was really upsetting they really didnt care to help me at all.
I love boohoo and their clothes but after being treated the way i was by customer service (no the manager- she was great) I cannot continue to shop from this store.
Boohoo need to value customer service and the life long value of a customer. They have lost a customer who spends on average about $1000 per year. In the grand scheme of things that isnt much, but if customer service keeps treating people this way there will be alot of customers no longer returning and they will eventually feel the difference.
My advice to boohoo, please value customer service and train your staff.”

I am afraid that, if you are unable to print off the returns label, the return will be at your own cost. As is shown on our Returns Policy, to which you agreed to at the time that you completed your order: Free returns are only available via the returns portal link above. Returns sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability.
If yourself or your friends do not have access to a printer then a cheaper option is to use a local library / internet café.
If you are unable to gain access to a printer then the return is at your own cost and we are not obliged to reimburse this to you. Please refer to section 9 of our Returns Policy for further information.

“Have received my order, two of the items were faulty when I went to send them back there was no returns label in the packaged. Have since realised that you need to down load a returns label, with no printer and after contacting customer service I will now have to drive to a friends to use hers! Why make the convenience of online shopping so difficult?!! For what reason other than to make life difficult would you change your policy and not put a returns label in?

“Boohoo themselves are a good company HOWEVER their delivery service (my hermes) are unbelievably ridiculous!!! Kinda let's the company down.
I've always ordered next day deliveries, sometimes they come in the afternoon and ONCE my delivery come at 9pm!!
The boohoo support team are not clued up themselves. They just read from your tracking, which half of the time is incorrect as mine still states, order generated, but they are telling me my order is out for delivery.. where is the logic in that?

“Ordered some items on the 8th March with next day delivery. Decided to have them delivered to my works address to make sure some one was there (sense on my part :)) however almost 3 days later and still nothing. Stayed late on the first day and the tracking was updated with 'will attempt again on the 9th'. Absolute nonsense, I was at work waiting. The crappy courier company didn't come anywhere near my place of work! And getting any assistance out of customer services, ppffffttt don't waste your time guys!! Let's see how long it takes for a refund now.........”
“The website is cheap though they often cancel my order due to 'no stock' although they state how much stock their is when placing order. When items do arrive a lot aren't as described and sizes aren't accurate”
“Fast delivery is the only good news.
Cheap items are poor quality. Well priced items are better quality. you do get what you pay for. Same items I could buy in R|iver Island or any other high street store for similar or even cheaper.
Waist of time with all this ordering, checking discounts and retuirning and then cheking refunds. . Refunded me 18£ instead of 20£..
Also, they are cheating on discounts. Tried to order few items on 3for 2 price, when added 4 or 5 lot, they apply only half of discount or do not apply at all... so be careful..
If you are like 14 years old teen that dont care what to wear ... go for it..

“I placed an order, wanted to cancel the next day, they said I couldn't and quickly sent me an Email of the item being sent, £60 cost of jacket, as the website didn't have clear sizes, I didn't want to item, finally arrived, about 5 days later, I didn't open it, just slit the bag to get the returns label, tracking was provided, said it had been returned, customer service said it had not arrived in their warehouse, finally after a few days, confirmation that it had been checked in, I would receive a refund within 30 days!! 23/01/16, on the 1st Feb I emailed to say it should be refunded within two weeks according to their terms, they then gave me a refund that day! To me, it's not worth all the worry, there was a review on here that stated they had not been refunded in 6 months!”
“I have ordered from boohoo before, all 3 dresses and haven't been disappointed, came in time, although I found the dresses did not fit the same I was still please with the dresses. So when I was looking for work out leggings I thought boohoo was the way to go. I went I size up anyway in the leggings because I didn't want to risk them not fitting because of my bum being quite big. I am normally a size 12 I went to a 14 on this product. And they did not fit. I'm very disappointed and will be returning them, they didn't even go over my thighs.”

“I would have loved to give this company a better review, however their customer service is so horrendous that I can not justify giving them more than 2 stars. The clothing itself is extremely affordable, fashionable, and decent quality. However sizing is very difficult because it's based off of UK sizes. However, I still took the leap and ordered several different sizes assuming I could easily return what didn't fit me. Unfortunately many of the items did not fit properly and some were fabric that I did not care for. So I returned about $75 worth of clothing. I got tracking on my package and it said it had arrived on Oct. 3rd. Over two weeks later I have STILL NOT received an email from Boohoo.com confirming that they received my package. All of the customer service sites simply keep telling me that they have not received the package and that I need to wait longer. Thankfully I made my purchase with my PayPal Credit account. I contacted PayPal because purchases are protected through them and they are handling the disputed refund for me. If the company does not refund me I will not be charged. However, if I had not done it through PayPal I would most definitely be out that $75 which would be unfortunate. BUYER BEWARE!!!! It's an ok company as long as the items fit.”
“If something goes wrong with a transaction or refund good luck trying to get it sorted. There is no customer service helpline to quickly solve the issue. The only way you can contact them is through a message which is not helpful unless you have the time. Twice I've had issues and now I'm never buying from them again!”

“Bought a pair of black skinny high waisted jeans in a 14. Not only did they send the wrong size but the size 12 that was sent fits my 13 year old daughter perfectly who normally wears size 8-10.

“Online, the quality looks decent, but when you get the clothing home in your hand, it's actually un-wearable. Everything is so poorly made and looks really tacky. In addition, the return process is a pain so they don't make it easy if you don't like something. Your best bet is to shop elsewhere.”
