“Ordered a dress on 6th Dec paid for next day delivery .Required for my sons charity event tonight (11th Dec). Still not arrived. Contacted boohoo 8 different times to be promised it would be delivered by the next day. Still not here and now how no dress to attend the event .Extremely dissapointed in boohoo, both the lack of effort your team made to chase up my delivery and lack of call centre - unless you are on Facebook you get no response to emails. Terrible experience and don't think I would ever use this company again. Most of my friends have also said they are disgusted by boohoo and won't use it again .”
“I'm so pleased! Was in search of a jumper dress that was fairly tight fitting or bodycon. Although the colouring of the dress was slightly different to the picture I thought that was to be expected considering colours online often vary from reality anyway! Ordered the dress on a Saturday evening and it had arrived first thing Tuesday morning, despite being told I could be waiting til Friday. I was so impressed by the quick delivery! Especially seeing as I selected free delivery which was up to 7 days! Good price and fitted well around hips and bum, was the right length for me and size guide online was correct! Only downside is that it was a little loose around the back and elbows but hey, everyone is a different size and one dress can't accommodate everyone perfectly. Was very surprised by all the negative reviews. I GOT MY ORDER IN 3 DAYS GUYS, AND IT'S ONLY 2.5 WEEKS TIL CHRISTMAS! I'm sure they are doing the best they can during one of the busiest times of the year. Chill out and give them a break. Not everything can happen at the snap of your fingers so just enjoy life while you're waiting for your order to arrive.
Would recommend and definitely keep in mind when looking to do more online shopping.”
“Awful!! Bought a bag and had it a week and the strap broke so went back on and bought another as it wasn't that expensive and only had it 3 days when the metal came off it!! Emailed boohoo who said they would refund me for both items I had paid for when I sent them back. Did this and they only refunded me for one. When I questioned this they then asked me to trek through order numbers and previous emails to confirm purchase etc when they had all the information at their end anyway! In the end I gave up with the hassle they were causing me and the time this was taking for something that was their fault!! Still awaiting a refund!!! Really unimpressed this was my first time using Boohoo and it will certainly be my last. Complete trash and awful service.”

“I never write reviews for websites however my experience with boohoo.com has been appalling. I ordered a top on a Friday and paid 4.99pounds for next day delivery as I needed it for the saturday evening. This order never showed up and it still hasn't, however they claim the order was delivered and signed for. So either this is a complete lie to cover their own backs or they have unprofessionally given my order to the wrong house. After many emails and attempts to get in contact with Boohoo they simply failed to understand the situation, i must admit they did offer to re-deliver my order at no further cost however as soon as I replied to this saying I did want another order delivered they did not reply. I had to tweet them, where they responded acting very nice and pleasant but as soon as we started to contact on a personal message on twitter their replies were late and simply ignorant. I did not once receive an apology from anyone working for customer service. I certain that I will never ever shop here again and I will make sure none of my friends or family will either. In the end I decided to ask for a refund as there is no way i would waste my money on this ridiculous excuse for a clothing company.”

“Ordered items on a next day deliver, they didn't arrive to I emailed them, the email was sent back saying that they couldn't locate my order, however I have received a confirmation email stating it was in transit. When emailed customer service it says I have to wait 24 hours. So fat I have been writing two days for my next day delivery, the money has been taken from my account. I have no items delivered and nobody is responding to my emails to re-debit my account as I do not need the items anymore.”
“When I received my order, the products looked different to the pictures. One of the products had been very poorly made. I have sent them back and I am expecting a refund. Very poor customer service. I won't buy from here again, and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you are planning to buy from boohoo, make sure you get a size up, or even two sizes.”
“I would have loved to give this company a better review, however their customer service is so horrendous that I can not justify giving them more than 2 stars. The clothing itself is extremely affordable, fashionable, and decent quality. However sizing is very difficult because it's based off of UK sizes. However, I still took the leap and ordered several different sizes assuming I could easily return what didn't fit me. Unfortunately many of the items did not fit properly and some were fabric that I did not care for. So I returned about $75 worth of clothing. I got tracking on my package and it said it had arrived on Oct. 3rd. Over two weeks later I have STILL NOT received an email from Boohoo.com confirming that they received my package. All of the customer service sites simply keep telling me that they have not received the package and that I need to wait longer. Thankfully I made my purchase with my PayPal Credit account. I contacted PayPal because purchases are protected through them and they are handling the disputed refund for me. If the company does not refund me I will not be charged. However, if I had not done it through PayPal I would most definitely be out that $75 which would be unfortunate. BUYER BEWARE!!!! It's an ok company as long as the items fit.”

“I ordered loads of items from boohoo, I soon realised that most clothes were too short and completely wrong sizes! I'm a size 8 and had to re order two dresses in a size 6 and 10. My order did not even post all of the items I ordered, I asked them to send then when they did they followed the usually boohoo trend and did not fit. I sent them back and I still have been charged for them. After spending what seems hours of my time getting a response I have been ignored for over a week after talking to two different people about this. If you are going to order from this company I would suggest not! They don't even have a helpline number to talk to! I certainly won't be ordering from this website ever again!!!!!!!”
“Absolutely awful!!! I placed an order on a Monday, didn't receive an email that it had been shipped at all that week so I emailed customer service. I told them I ordered the shoes for an event the next Saturday and that I expected 14 days would be plenty of time. 24 hours later they responded and assured me that I would receive them on time. Then I began tracking my package and it said. would receive it the day before my event. I was annoyed but relieved that I would receive it in time. Then today (two days later) I tried to track it again, both UPS and wndirect said information could not be found. Then I received another email from them saying my package shipped TODAY and I won't receive it until the 22nd of October. Entirely too late and absolutely ridiculous. If that is the case, that will be 17 days from the day I placed my order. I am very very unhappy with this entire process and do not recommend this company to anyone. Boohoo should take a few hints from Missguided.”

I'm in the United States and they are in United Kingdom my order arrived on time and I was very pleased with my skirts they were well made and exactly what I wanted! Boohoo has just gained another customer.”
“Fast delivery but very poor cheap quality, in fact 2 identical tops ordered in different sizes and when they arrived they were different colours (supposed to be white) with different labels. Never will use they again !!!!!! I wrote a review on the top but it is nowhere to be seen, probably because it was a terrible review of their clothing!!”
