They said they delivered goods which they did not and when I emailed them they send you around the block asking your order number name address and email again when it's already provided when you give just the order number. £177 order and they think the customer is going to be running around filling forms with details they already have? No I MADE MY CHARGEBACK and will let the banks deals with such a worthless money grabbing lying company, I will continue to shop with asos as I've done for years without such an issue as I know I can trust them if anything did go wrong they will deal with and make the customer run around.

I've made my purchase on Thursday (Mar 30) and paid for the next day delivery. I'm moving back to Brazil in a few days and because of this I paid for the next day delivery. Unfortunately the delivery wasn't arriving in time. So I decided to look for some reviews about the shop, as that was my first purchase with them - and I saw really very bad reviews, so I start to be concerned. Most of reviews was saying that they do NOT deliver the purchases or that the clothings come in different sizes etc. I went onto the Customer Service and sent a text - quickly I had an answer and we were in touch basically all day long, trying to solve my issue. Today, Sunday Abril 2nd, I've received my parcel and all the items are in the right size, with no one damage, very good condition and quality. Basically - the parcel wasn't arrived in time, but 2 days after, but at least that IS arrived and I'm very glad to have that wonderful clothings now. I don't know if I'll have new purchases with them because this experience was quite terrified - but it was because of the bad reviews, and not because of the service.

Is this even a real store or are a bunch of monkeys running it? I ordered a dress, jacket and shoes. They sent me the wrong size for both the dress and jacket, and a totally different pair of shoes than what I ordered! So ridiculous. What a waste of my time and money. I will definitely be returning everything and will never shop here again!

I ordered a white maxi dress for my prom dress in order to save hundreds of dollars on a prom dress from a typical prom store and this one that I found was perfect! It only came one day later than the expected date or arrival which was fine and the quality of the dress is amazing. The dress was $34 CAD and I got 20% off which gave me a grand total of $27 plus shipping on a prom dress that I could have otherwise spent $300 on. This store is perfect for any occasion and quality is great!

Terrible. Spent £180 on an order. After getting home one day I check and it says my parcel is delievered. No one was in my home to receive a order so I checked with my neighbours and my local shop. I also checked my post box to ensure there was no "we missed you card" but no, my parcel was no where to be found and there was no calling card. I went to phone boohoo only then realised that they do not have a customer service contact number, everything is done through email. This meant that it takes around 24-48hours for them to reply to each email. This means my problem still is not solved because each time they ask me a question, it takes 24-48 hours to respond to my email! This is the slowest system ever and is not fair when I spent a lot of money and expected my items to have arrived. I was told that Hermes left my parcel in a 'safe location' this is nonsense.. boohoo please sort out your customer service!

I didn't recieve a top that they say was delivered. It wasn't. I have had several e-mails from them asking colour of my street door, post box, knocker or doorbell ? The list goes on and on . The top was about £10 ! Its verging on a joke. I have never known such bad customer service !!!

Items were tiny and one had a sleeve totally torn off! I ordered size 14s as I'm a 12, but everything was labelled size 8 when it turned up. Returned the items and the warehouse now claims it's lost both parcels, even though Australia post tracking says they were collected a month ago. Looking at other reviews, now realise that I fell for a scam. Boohoo is nothing but a scam operation selling cheap junk and ripping customers off with returns. Horrible.

I purchase two dresses from Boohoo and I changed my mind and sent the dresses back. Well it's been well over a month and no refund. The company doesn't have a phone so I had to email them. I explained that I haven't received my refund. In the email they sent me back said they haven't received my items yet, well it wasn't until I told them I have a tracking number and it says it was delivered. That's when I received another email saying they are going to return my money. So if I hadn't emailed them they would have kept my merchandise and money. I will never shop there again.

This is a corrupt warehouse that dodges taxes, pays slave labour to make garments and is flooding Burnley town with Eastern European scums. I am talking about those scums who don't allow any migrant's in their countries but like to preach how good migration is for this country when they come here. Hypocrites

I have ordered quite a few things from Boohoo and have never been disappointed till recently. I ordered a contour kit which arrived in terrible condition and beyond useable. When I contacted Boohoo all seemed fine until I was told by Vikki that I would have to return this item (at my own cost according to their returns policy) in order to get a refund as the item was no longer in stock - funny since the Boohoo website still has it listed as in stock. I find this absolutely appalling as my postage to SA would cost me more than the damn product and for what? Why should I have to pay for an item that was given to me damaged and in a terrible condition? Poor Form Boohoo!

Why can't we give them no stars....... absolutely appalling customer service. My order did not come it was shown as delivered. They asked me to confirm my address twice like I don't know where I live!!!! They don't respond effectively or quickly enough.....I'm still waiting for my order which I clearly DO NOT HAVE. FOR AN ONLINE COMPANY THEY MAY AS WELL USE HORSE AND CART OR JUNGLE DRUMS NOT IT!!!!

Honestly the worst customer service. A company as big as Boohoo, don't even have a customer helpline contact number. You either email them which takes up two days for a response or you need to tweet them! The amount of time wasted on waiting for replies. The partner courier company Hermes is just as bad - attempting to make deliveries but not really. My package is now "return to sender" who knows how long it'll take to get it. Never buying from boohoo again and am advising my friends to stay away

It was my first time shopping online at Boohoo AND my LAST. It took almost a month to have my order shipped to me (USA) and then over a month to get a freaking refund. I still haven't received it. They are very unresponsive on email and it takes forever to hear a response. I heard they acquired Nasty Gal recently, but I won't be shopping there either. Once I get my refund, I am done with this company.

the description of the ites are very very poor. Bought a necklace that said "2 piece best friend necklace" and i bought it thinking it was a 2 peice necklace for two people but turns out its two necklaces attatched to make one! stupid!

Not happy with returns policy, it states free returns on the site, but if you don't have a printer to print off the label then you have to pay for post office returns, as well as paying for delivery. Makes a cheap made garment work out dearer, won't be using again

I might be happy with their products but definitely I am not happy with their delivery service or customer service. I have paid for next day delivery and I have not received the parcel. Who knows how long it will take ? Moreover, if you want to get in touch with someone there is no phone number so by the time they respond to your email you don't need the product anymore. One thing is sure ...they take your money instantly but when it comes to customer service and delivery services they don't care.

Ordered a maternity dress for an event in 2 weeks time. A month and a half later still no sign of the dress. Contacted boohoo number of times requesting a refund and though they admitted the delivery van broke down hence I had never received the order, they also told me in 5 different emails that I am not getting a refund until the order is returned to them. Tried contacting the delivery company, the tracker number is not recognised. Losing all hope of getting my money back

If there were negative stars I would award Boohoo.com that. They don't even have a contact phone number. My last email requesting my FULL refund has been ignored. Their policy is to refund postage when the mistake is theirs. On this occasion, which is my first and last order, I ordered size 10. Their size guide indicated it would be a certain measurement. When I received it, it was 10 inches bigger, so not a size 10 and a fault on their part. I was explicitly told I wouldn't be refunded postage owing to ordering the wrong size. They should try to advertise honestly- that they are completely incompetent would be a good place to start.

although the delivery is great the products never are, there's always something wrong where I have to sent it back.. And sending it back is a nuisance!!! What went wrong boohoo. Avoid avoid avoid
