To be honest quality of the product is very poor.. 1st day worn I realised the stitches & the material falling apart, not only this white spotted dots appearing out of the jogger.
I've brought bomber jackets before aswell same problem I had stitches and wool popping out of jackets..
This is the worst experience I've ever come across. This would be the last time I've purchased from boohoo.

“When you receive a damage item from Boohoo you're suppose to get refunded the shipping charges for having to return the faulty item, I sent Boohoo a picture of the shipping charges receipt at their request 4 times and still haven't received my refund so I decided to let the issue go since I did receive the refund for the item but not the refund for the faulty item as they policy states. I then purchased from them again (like a big dummy) and had to return those 2 items due to the sizing and I can't seem to get my money back, I tracked the package and it shows it was delivered to Boohoo almost a month ago. When I contact Boohoo they say they haven't received it, then they tell me to send a picture of the receipt, which I did, that's when all commication ended, I haven't heard any thing since. All I want is my money back and now since they want to ignore this issue ad well I'm also asking for my shipping refund on that faulty item, I will never purchase ANYTHING from Boohoo again,”
“Ordered some clothes for next day delivery, they didn't turn up but on the tracking site it said it was delivered! It's taken 2 days for me to get a response as there are no contact numbers just emails and then you have to wait 24 hours to get any reply! We go on holiday in 2 days the clothes I ordered were for that. Now they are saying that they can deliver tomorrow, however I'm at work till 2 pm they WILL NOT arrange a delivery slot to accommodate me, I didn't loose the parcel, I have asked to speak to a manager now I'm getting silent treatment!

Our company processes refunds as soon as we receive the returns! I would really think twice about using this company! “Paid for next day delivery. The courier was unable to deliver my parcel as they couldn't find my address even though its been here for a hundred years. They did not want to try to find my address and attempt redlivery, instead they said I must give them another address. I do not have another address that they could deliver to so I requested that they return the item to the sender. They said they couldn't do that. I asked what would they do if they couldn't deliver - would they just hang on to the package indefinitely? They then repeated that they couldn't return the package to Boohoo without me requesting that from Boohoo, and Boohoo then requesting a return from them. What a ridiculous courier service, unwilling to deliver, unable to return, unable to help in any way at all. I have now requested that BooHoo request the courier return the parcel to them. I've not had a response from BooHoo despite being promised a reply within 24 hours. No doubt I'll have to wait weeks for a refund, like the last time. So disappointed with this awful service. Incidentally, no one bothered to tell me that they couldn't deliver, it was only when I tracked the parcel that I found out.”
“I placed an order for next day delivery via boohoo and within 2 minutes of placing the order I realised I had selected the wrong address. No big deal, I have done this on other sites and it has been rectified no problem. I spent FOUR hours trying to get through to their customer service department, only to be ignored and promised responses which weren't delivered. Whilst waiting for the web chat to be responded to, I got an email to say that my package had been shipped. To another part of the country. Again I asked for help and I was made false promises that they would 'try and pass my address to the courier' but they neglected to tell me that my package was already at the local depot in York. I live in Manchester. They let my order be signed for at the wrong address and I am now struggling to get my parcel back. I have essentially thrown £4@ down the toilet for a 2 minute mistake. I won't be using boohoo again.”
“I placed my order for clothes I needed for a vacation. I was told 8 days for free delivery and was to leave for vacation on the 9th day. I prayed it would make it on time and then my concern was will it fit and of coarse what would the quality be like for the prices I paid. Well much to my surprise I received my order in 4 days and not only did everything fit but it was all good quality. Originally I was going to get a dress from a different company but instead I got 3 maxi dresses 3 tank tops and a bathing suit cover up for just a little more then that 1 dress was going to cost. I not only took everything I got on my vacation but I even got compliments on some of them. I am extremely happy with my order and I will for sure be ordering more from them. I recomend using there size chart and measuring yourself to ensure that your items fit.”

I bought a size 12 of the "Emily Contrast Lining Lace High Neck Maxi Dress" from here yesterday for £25 and got next day delivery for £1.99. I ordered this just before 5PM and it arrived today at about 11AM.
I was a little sceptical about buying the size 12 as on the size chart it said my waist was too big (I am usually a 12 so I thought this was odd) but I decided that since the materials of the dress were stretchy I would wing it. It fitted me beautifully - it's not too loose or too tight - and the length is great, I'm fairly tall (5'8") and can walk around comfortable wearing heels or flats while wearing it.
The materials are stretchy - as mentioned before - and really comfortable. Sometimes I do worry that lace can be a little uncomfortable but it's so soft.
In general I don't spend this much on a dress but this is for a special occasion so I decided to treat myself. I do think it was worth the money and would buy from boohoo again.
The only tip I would give is to wait until they have offers - don't worry if it says the next day delivery offer is expiring in an hour or so - they constantly have new deals. If I'd have waited 5 more minutes I could have annoyingly had a few more pounds off my dress as a new offer popped up just as I had bought it!
Overall though, I would definitely recommend boohoo. 5/5”
“I have found my experience with Boohoo to be absolutely appalling and would highly recommend that nobody shops there! Ordered two bodies which arrived three days later than they were meant to. I then tried these items on only to find that the quality was absolutely shocking - I would go as far as to say that the items were faulty. I have returned the items and have now been waiting two weeks for a refund, following very little contact from Boohoo despite several emails on my part. I will NEVER go near the place again. Would give it 0/5 if possible!”

This is a real farce! I returned 2 items in one package and have made this fact Exceptionally and INTRINSICALLY clear from the beginning.
Boohoo have confirmed receipt of the package which had a swimsuit and peach coloured dress inside.
The dress has NOT been refunded and boohoo are expertly avoiding and DIVERTING away from the fact. THERE WERE TWO ITEMS IN ONE PACKAGE which you have already confirmed receipt of!!!
Now I have received a message saying they cannot refund until 21 days as they allow that time for returns. Again I say they have ALREADY CONFIRMED RECEIPT OF THE SELF SAME PACKAGE ...
FRAUD is a criminal offence, I have complied with all your demands and you have confirmed receipt of the package sent I ALSO sent PROOF of postage.
I want my money back IMMEDIATELY. I will be reporting this to to the consumer watchdog

Paid for one day delivery, the courier never even attempted to deliver the parcel, we have cctv footage of him, our stair has a buzzer system you need to press to get in, they're all numbered, yet the driver decided not to even try, looked at the door and walked away! 3 ATTEMPTS LATER AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PARCEL! “I didn't want to give them even one star after the terrible experience I had to put up with. Ordered an outfit for a wedding a jumpsuit a shirt to go underneath well first they changed the order by going to saver delivery which takes 3-5 days instead of next day which I had choose since it was £1.50 charging me an extra £3 which isn't really important it's more that they changed my order and when I tried to get in touch all I got was once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled until it arrives. I explained I needed it for a wedding on Monday only to get a unimpressive message back about how they couldn't do anything. Once it arrive the day before the wedding the jumpsuit was horrendous the material was cheap and tacky the size wasn't even close to being right and the product did not match the description they had failed to mention it had a zipper going all down the back of the jumpsuit. The material was paper thin see through in places and just looked really bad the legs of it were incredibly long even six inch heels I had to roll them up. When I went to return I realised I had to print off a label which seems like a waste of time and ink for a £35 jumpsuit I wasn't impressed it should of been of a better quality. Boohoo are a terrible company and o wouldn't order from them again spent £50 for a jumpsuit and shirt for a wedding only to have nothing to wear and wasting more money for an outfit that was actually appropriate (not see through)”
“I placed 2 orders on Boohoo.com. Both came 5 business days later, which was within the anticipated time. The first order arrived and there was a hole in the seam of the dress and a slight run in the fabric of the jacket. I immediately sent a message to their customer service and they responded the same day and reordered the items for me and shipped them that same day. I did return the items the very next day via parcel mail. I am happy that they were very responsive and took action to correct the flawed items. My only hope is that they inspect the clothes before they are mailed to save everybody from going through this process but overall I am super happy with the second order. No issues with the 8 items I ordered. I love the reasonable prices.”

The courier service Hermes Group showed as delivery attempt for Sat and Sunday even though I was in both days... obviously the courier couldn't be bothered.
To top it off the parcel was damaged when I finally received it - so had to send it back.

“I ordered 2x Dresses from Boohoo for a wedding to which I am a guest at. Due to a size altercation with my original dress choice, I had to order one last minute. I ordered them on Thursday and paid for next day delivery thinking it would turn up on the Friday. I work for the Military and live on a military base, to which when the courier tried to deliver he was refused entry for not having correct ID. When I placed the order through Boohoo, it asks you for your mobile telephone number in case they need to contact you about the delivery of your good. At no point was I contacted, and the courier company in question have delivered to me before at this address with no problem. Having tracked my order Friday evening I realised this problem so i called the telephone number provided for Boohoo online and the lady that answered the phone sounded so miserable, and didn't even let me finish explaining why I was calling before she placed me on hold without telling me and transferred me to someone else. To which I then had to explain my whole ordeal to again. She literally did not care and said there was nothing she could do, and basically it was tough. She refereed me to message Boohoo via Facebook. So I decided to send a message to Boohoo via Facebook, long story short extremely poor customer service, they couldn't care less and sent generic responses.
I asked them if the courier could re-deliver and let me know a time for delivery so I could let the guards at the gate know or come down myself to collect the package. Boohoo told me they can re-deliver but no guarantee that the courier will call. WHAT'S THE POINT IN ASKING FOR A CONTACT NUMBER IF THE COURIER WILL NOT CALL YOU? MISLEADING!!!
I was told on Friday it would be delivered on Saturday, I waited in all day Saturday, and still it never came, on Saturday night I emailed Boohoo again by Facebook and they told me they would re-deliver in 24-48 hours, so Monday came which was 48 hours later, still no package. So yet again I emailed, via Facebook and was told it will be delivered in 48 hours. At this point I asked for an email to send a complaint, as i mentioned i paid for next day delivery as i needed it for a wedding the coming Friday, I sent a lengthy email and received a generic I don't really care email, its not our fault the courier had no access to your address there's nothing we can do.
Decided to ask for a full refund including P&P I had asked in total throughout this process 3 times for a refund, and finally they agreed to do so. In order to get my refund the courier has to confirm he still has the package (don't know why that is required as it was clear I didn't receive it) and update the tracking to confirm he is returning it, an then on Boohoo's receipt they will issue a refund. 2 days after asking for my refund I check the tracking and it still says that the courier company have attempted to re-deliver AGAIN?
Long story short I've not received my dresses and I've not received my refund, what I have received is poor customer service, so if that's what your looking for ORDER FROM BOOHOO.”
