I ordered a fridge (fridge master) As my old one wasn't working any longer. Happy with the appliance. The size was good and small as expected. Silent fridge.

Threatening behaviour from delivery driver, after incident threatened to take away my new cooker and then refused to unpack, inspect and take it in the house as has been paid for. Reason being could not deliver a previous item as they were not home so had no space for my old cooker despite having paid for recycling, so I was upset and asked when they would take it. Whilst calling his office he was very rude and arrogant towards me, my teenage son heard him shouting and came downstairs and asked “why he was being a twat to my mum” he then proceeded to run into the house towards my son shouting “you what” and trying to hit him by attempting to push past me, a 56 yr old woman with osteoarthritis. I threatened to call the police which he replied saying “you can call them I don’t care no more, you’ll do nothing” and that I had no proof of anything. He then taunted being rude as he walked to the van and the young lad with him decided it was a good idea to stick his middle finger as they away, despite being silent the whole time from when the arguing started. I was left shaking and very stressed and upset due to the fact this man tried to physically assault my teenage son. I called customer service and they said they will take it up and look into it.

Avoid BOOTS APPLIANCES at all costs. If I'd read Trustpilot reviews about Boots Appliances I would have gone elsewhere and now that I know they are part of AO.COM I will be not do business with them either. Friday: Telephoned an ordered for Bosch washer dryer for delivery to London address. Machine, fitting etc & extra £10 for Sunday delivery was paid by Euro Mastercard with Irish billing address. Email receipt and text with link to order tracking received. Saturday: Text confirming delivery advised me to check on Sunday at 7am re delivery time so no plans could be made for Sunday, I had to accommodate Boots. This was the first hint of a badly organised system. Seems Boots do not organise deliveries for Sunday on Saturday. Sunday: 7am delivery link advised "Your order has been cancelled. Current status we've received your order". No reply to my call to depot. During the day and into the evening, each time I called Boots my number was identified, I was advised that the appliance would be delivered and given an option to contact the driver who did not answer three calls at various times. I had no idea of what was happening. Boots sales department advised that Security had cancelled my order because of the amount, that they required sight of a bank statement. Security CANCELLED, they did not suspend and made no attempt to share this information which could have been easily supplied. Meanwhile my bank processed the payment and Boots had my money but I had no machine and no one was doing anything about it. I cancelled the order and have since purchased elsewhere. Mastercard is an international method of payment. When Boots processed my payment on Friday it was cleared by my bank, payment was guaranteed. The order was for a washer dryer to be delivered to a property where it was to be fitted by Boots. It was not an expensive laptop or whatever that could easily be removed. When I cancelled my order Boots staff were not bothered, no one seemed to know anything or tried to put things right. My request for a call on Monday from a manager who might be able to explain the lack of care and communication has not been actioned. Disgraceful lack of professionalism and arrogance.

First time used and everything went according to plan with ordering and delivery of tumble dryer and the best price I could find. If you know your rights then you have no problem with sorting things out if things go wrong, just make sure you read up about it first, it's just a hassle though if Boots don't cooperate in the first place.

Product faulty and Boots (which is actually AO) denied us our Consumer Rights under the 2015 act and would not budge, just kept quoting their own company policy which they clearly think carries more weight than the law! Handed the matter over to the credit card company to fight for our money back. All we wanted to do was reject the item and receive a refund but, AO would not listen. Terrible company, please avoid and read other reviews on here.

Very quick and easy to use the website. Very good prices compared to other companies. Kept well informed about delivery date and time.

Terrible Customer Service. Delivered fridge and two shelves had minor damage to silver trim. Rather than reject them, gave Boots the chance to send out replacement parts. Big mistake. Four months later after numerous emails, failed delivery dates, and five separate deliveries of the wrong parts, they say can’t get silver trim and I will have to accept white trim. Would not use them for anything again. Don’t be fooled by the Boots name, the customer service is terrible. Never get to speak to the same person and nobody takes responsibility to resolve the matter.

Completely useless. We ordered a new washing machine and paid extra to have the old one taken away. The day before the delivery we received multiple phone calls trying to upsell extended warranties which we made clear we didn’t want. When the delivery men arrived they refused to take the old machine because they had the wrong paperwork (which we later found out was caused by the salesperson the previous day). Despite us having a receipt for the disposal they wouldn’t take it or even make a phone call to find out what had happened. After multiple calls to customer services we were told it would be collected the following afternoon, but then they turned up an hour early, when we were out, and now they say they can’t come back today or in the evenings during the week. As we work full time we’re now stuck with a broken washing machine in our hall for the foreseeable future.

I bought a Candy washing machine with Boots 3 months a go. We are now waiting for our fouth repair. It took 3 engineer visits to get the door replaced, as the machine would not work if the door does not catch properly. Now we are waiting for an engineer again as the machine flooded the kitchen yesterday. I have asked Boots to replace the machine as I have no confidence in the product now. Boots have refused and an engineer will call out in 3 days. If you have a problem with your item do not expect good customer service. Expect to take many days off work for repeat visits from tradesmen.

Purchased a dishwasher that came with missing accessories, warped bottom rack and generally not fit for purpose. I contacted Boots after a few days to be told that an engineer had to come out and then they would refund/replace. Engineer came out, advised of faults etc. then came the hard work! Boots refused to refund or replace, then said if I have a refund I would have to pay 30% of cost as it was used!. Then indesit could not send a rack as they don't have them, so now with Trading Standards -- you have been warned. Avoid at all costs

After a nightmare event and mix ups my replacement oven has at last been connected . I was so impressed with the team sent to me. Sam and his partner were professional and cheerful andobvious that Sam knew what he was doing, an excellent electrician . Many thanks. Please let me know that they did well.

Pathetic customer service and no warranty for commercial use - which they conveniently hide. They have no interest in keeping customers and they do nothing to try and help whatsoever. I will never buy from AO or Boots Appliances again.

Best service I have had from ordering to delivery. I ordered a T V for my father who is 92 years old which was not easy as he lives a few hours drive from me , the gentleman who took my order reassured me my father and myself would receive a phone call when he was the next delivery. We both had a phone call from the delivery men in his time slot his TV was unpacked and setup the installation was first class they did not leave until they were sure my father understood the setup. I would definitely recommend boots for any appliances.

If there was a zero I would put it . Be careful when you order appliances and go to pay for them they say there is an issue with the bank and it ties your money up for five days ie it goes in to a holding account and you can't get it back and you can't get your appliance if you ask them to try again as there is no issue with the bank the same happens again so twice as money held in a holding account and no way of getting it back for five days

I ordered an integrated Beko washing machine order number BTS8648373. The delivery was schedule for 13th Sept. I received a phone call from AO about the order confirming details and was told I would be refunded for the delivery. Never materialised. I got a call early in the morning of 13th to advise it was being delivered in the next 15 mins. All fine with me as it didn't impact my working day. Item was delivered all seemed fine, came home from work to do a long over due wash and the machine practically jumped out of the cabinet in the spin cycle. Had to turn it off as it was vibrating so much. Phoned Boots straight away after going through their delightful automated process and was told that an engineer would not be able to attend until October. Obviously I was very unhappy with this response. So the guy I was speaking to suggested that I arrange my own engineer and they (Boots) would make a contribution to the cost! Bear in mind I have already paid £90 for the 1st installation. He also mentioned that the problem could be caused by the transit bolts being left in place! As expected this just knocked me over the edge and I insisted that I speak to someone in authority. This did not happen as no-one was available at this point (early evening) but they promised they would call me back after they had spoken to someone the following morning. After a lot of hit and miss calls I eventually was told that I could expect an engineer on the morning of Sunday 18th Sept. I queried this as it was a Sunday but was told that was correct. I even made a phone call the following day to double check and again it was confirmed. I changed my weekend plans to accommodate this. Sunday morning came and went so I had to phone again to see what was happening to be told that no engineer had been scheduled, delivery did not know about it. I must point out that there are certain people in customer services who tried to help but at no time did anyone in authority deem it necessary to call to resolve this as a point of urgency. Finally it was decided that it seemed likely that the machine had still got its transit bolts in place so a replacement machine was ordered for 27th September. Again staff helpful but could only offer a free delivery as recompense. I don't know whether this meant no delivery charge for the replacement machine or the original one. In either case nothing has been refunded. Not enough anyway for this sort of hassle I feel totally let down by Boots, again like other customers I was only going through this route to get my points. It is certainly not worth it. I have had to make dozens of calls and going through the automated process I often ended up speaking to Beko who informed me that my warranty would not be valid if I accepted the original machine with the suspicion that the bolts were still in place. I have a new replacement machine now, the guys who delivered it had no idea about the history, again another failing in customer service.
