I often shop in our local Boots chemist in Sudbury Suffolk,there is a male assistant called Lewis who is the most helpful,enthusiastic,friendly,shop assistant I have ever met,he is always the same every time I visit,he doesn't realise just how much he is appreciated. I am sure he is this way with everyone,he needs recognition for his attitude,he clearly likes his job,he is a pleasure to have in the chemist. Well done Lewis

My mum and I went to boots in kingston and was served by colleague named Tony. All i can say with Boots are very lucky to have happy friendly colleague who makes all there customers feel appreated for ensuring great customer service by ensuring we have everything we needed. He promited your loyality card and told us what you gain from it. I shop in kingston boots many of times but have never recieved a service like this before. As someone who has works in retail for many of years i know sometimes it can be hard work but it very rare you see someone so friendly and happy in what they do. Tony should recieve praise in his work because of his great service i will be going boots more often because the serive is outstanding.

I visited the Gosport High Street store - 1020 with a very swollen foot. Not sure of the problem I was looking to purchase off the shelf pain relief when I decided to speak to the pharmacist first, your pharmacist Nadine was very kind and recommended I strap my foot up and use cold compress which I purchased. Having no idea how which way to bandage foot she very kindly did this for me to show me correct way

I regularly shop online at Boots on my main computer. However, the Boots App is the worst I have ever used . I just give up on it as it impossible to navigate.

It took me forever to get an appointment for a vaccination for my holiday. Finally when I did it got cancelled the night before. By email and not even called. I needed Japaness encephalitis which you need a month in between for two jabs. I now will not have enough time due to this month gap so I will not be vaccinated! Very disappointing. Now it will ruin my holiday as I will be worrying about this!

Shopping online. Logged out recently - with correct details. Couldn't log back in again a short time later without selecting a new password. Option to add a personal message with gift not working.

Online booking for optician a complete waste of my time, no reply to my booking request. I then called to complain about lack of service, customer service not interested, not willing to investigate their problem and get back to me with apology and reason for problem. I put complaint in writing in e-mail again not interested in explaining their problem or how they have or can resolve it, it just read as sorry try again we are not interested.

Boots in general have very bad customer service people just talking ignoring customers completely !!! but boots Opticians are the worst went in for my broken glasses for them to mend it ended up worse than befor and used an old screw to fix my them !!!!!!!idiots ..by the way it's the store in the quadrant in swansea

This is for an online order delivery ~ I received 2 SMS messages ref the delivery time and the first on at 7.13 in the morning, the second one 65 minutes later! WHO on Earth, in their right mind texts, that early?!? It's very rude, poor manners. This is not good enough.

Boots is one of my favourite stores. It has a great selection of most things you need as well as a chemist. The staff are always helpful and happy to help and doesn't matter which store I have visited. If I can't find what I need in store then they're always happy to order it on for me off of their website.

The staff member called Rachael in estee lauder department carlisle branch was Amazing,friendly,always smiling and very helpful. Please pass this in to her this lady should be recognised and is a credit to the company not very often you get people going out their way to help these days I will be back :)

Worst website I have used! Slow, kept crashing, items I was selecting ended up saying out of stock when I added them to basket, this should be stated before selecting an item and had problems placing my order... couldn't place my order in end, I gave up... not bothering again. Not the first time I have had problems with this website. Boots being the big company it is should have a better website

Today I visited Boots in High Street Barnstaple, to make purchases from the Number 7 section. I always use NO7 and asked the assistant some advice, her name was LYNN She was truly excellent! we spoke about a number of things, which included my experience of Breast Cancer and how my eyebrows had never grown back after chemotherapy. I then bought some No7 products. I left and she called after me and explained that some of her team had suggested some alternatives for my eyebrows. Lynn was excellent, a real credit to your organisation, very easy to talk to and she is definitely in the right job!! I thanked her personally, but felt that she needed a mention on a wider arena to recognise her skills. Many thanks Deborah Huggons

The staff member called Sam on the Bare Minerals counter and also the security guard, I believe his name is Peter both at the Silver link store. Amazing,friendly,always smiling and so very helpful. Please pass on to them both

Visited my local branch in Treorchy on Friday the first and the last time I will visit!staff too busy either chatting or In grossed in what they are doing!after waiting for a few minutes I walked out of the store fed up of being ignored!visit to a another well known chain what a difference in the customer service !staff need to go on a course

I have just been into boots on the Silverlink retail park and purchased some number 7 products. The young lady who attented to me was very helpful knowledgable and proffesional in her approach to me . We'll done Rebecca you are an absolute credit to you company . I will definitely be shopping in that branch again .

Visited Boots Gt Western Rd in Glasgow on a Sunday for an emergency prescription that proved difficult to source. Pharmacist Stuart Thompson was incredibly helpful and resourceful. His assistant Sean & shop staff were also great.

Waited in boots chemist to be served I was the only one there 6 people were working behind the counter not one of them acknowledged me for about 7mins I was in one girl's eyeliner she still did not ask if I needed any help finally one woman asked if I needed help poor service not the first time this has happened going to tesco they acknowledge
