“Horrible experience. Hearing Aids were too big for my ear and processed the return the next day. It took 3 months of multiple contacts and filing a claim with the BBB to get my refund. Excuse after excuse. Stay away!!!”

I needed to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which finally got
you people off your ass and get it processed...then another 10 days before
you were done pissing me off. I would never even think about buying a product from you, and would NEVER RECOMMEND your company to anyone!!!!! Social

“Ordered set on 10 November to Canada. It went to Helsinki Finland. I had paid for priority shipping. Apparently another order was shipped on 20 November. No word on where it is. Can’t track it .

“I never ordered whatever it is you sent me and yet was charged for two orders before the first was even sent. I sent one back and refused to receive the other one. I tried to cancel every time you sent an email but every time I sent you an email, it would be returned unanswered. I have had my credit card canceled and have requested refunds on these orders. But I still have no idea what it was I supposedly ordered!”
“I'm very disappointed with the new devices. I've not been able to get them to work even close to being satisfactory. I can't get them to fit, I have lots of feedback, and the power level seems to come and go. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have difficulty fitting them to my ears as my fingers are unable to position them.”
“First it took almost 6 weeks to receive them. Very disappointing! Second used them for less than a week and the right hearing aid quit working! Dissatisfied! Called their “help” line to see about getting replacement and while they would replace it would only be after I mailed them the non-working aid at my expense, they tested it, and “if” they agreed would mail me a another. Based upon their previous shipping experience I figured this whole duration would take about 2 to 3 months! I was leaving the country before then and they informed me they would only ship to US or Canada. All in all this has been a TERRIBLE experience. I think they are a rip off! Returning mine for a refund. Will see if they honor that!”
“Very poor sound quality, not as small as advertised, zero customer service. Refund took 4 months, I had to pay shipping, and no explanation why only a 50% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”
