Very disappointed with the delivery service. I’ve been waiting for my tv for over a week. Firstly it was taken to the wrong warehouse somehow. So I’ve waited for 4 days for a new delivery. Then the delivery was attempted and not left at concierge like every other parcel usually is. So need to wait another 4 days to receive my delivery. Extremely unhappy. Customer service was not helpful on this matter.

Awful. Order supposed to turn up on date. Phoned box - they had no idea. Then said it'd be tomorrow now. Then when I complained they said it was their suppliers fault not theirs then blamed snow in birmingham.

Lured by the cheap prices, i purchased a laptop from this company 2 years ago (formerly cqlled saveonlaptop). It died within 2 months of having it. I sent it back and they repaired it, it appeared to have been faulty to begin with. 2 years later it stopped working, as silly as it sounds, i still went back to his company, now called Box, again lured by the cheap prices... Well they sent me a laptop with no operating system, i sent it back and after 20 days, i chased them to get confirmation as regards to when i will receive it. They simply reply they will issue a refund. I guess they couldn't be bothered fixing it but 20days without a copunter for work has been hell. My advice is to not be fooled by the cheap prices and go to a decent reseller.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever had from an online company. I ordered a new graphics card well over £300 and when I got it the fans were faulty. I understand this and these things happen. The real issue came with the returns policy, it took 4 days before they even acknowledged the item and "tested" it. Further to that it was another 3 working days before it was refunded to me. I feel this is completely unacceptable and will be just using Amazon from now on. Complete joke and would warn anyone away from these.

Ordered a Gaming HP Pavilion laptop on the Saturday and received next day on the Sunday. Was kept up to date on delivery progress throughout. Packaged well, delivered on time, and excellent product. Brilliant company that I know I can trust and will certainly use again.

The service is incredible and the experience overall is smooth and enjoyable, the option to try out tech in-store is great and the prices are incredible for what you get. The man who served me was very nice and polite.

highly disappointing service and awful postal packaging. Was in mid chat with a sales rep named John last week and he eventually left the chat not even asking if I was finished or if he could help with anything else, simply ended chat and was gone. Awful show of care and service. Before he'd gone, I asked him if they would ensure that my laptop purchase would NOT be sent in merely a postal bag, as they had sent me an ASUS back in January 2019 in a postal bag, and it had a lot of issues with it also. He assured me their warehouse do not package laptops like that, but hey!.... what does my laptop arrive in today.... ? A POSTAL BAG!!! and it had stuff jiggling around inside the package! Going back to January 2019... I returned that ASUS I mentioned... and I have just today refused delivery of what might have been a nice Medion Erazer 2060 RTX! Box do not care about protecting their product in transit to their customers and it's no wonder they offer free and easy returns, so they can keep passing off these cheap uncared for laptops to the next unaware customer! I'm fed up with your awful service and lack of product care BOX! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It might seem like a good deal but you will get cheap, problematic devices and unsafe postal packaging, and unfriendly service. Plenty of other websites you can get better from. I now have to wait for a refund and will likely not be able get another device in time for Christmas!!

Hi, We are very sorry to read of your experience with us at Box.co.uk, Unfortunately occasionally couriers do have issues with items and are lost. Looking in to your order this was the case and we have a parcel claim in process for you order. Again so sorry about this and if we had a replacement black friday stock we would first offered this. As an apology we have sent through a £10 Discount Code for use on any future orders with Box.co.uk

Purchased desktop would crash with multiple BSODs. Arranged for unit to be sent back for repair. Unit returned supposedly repaired but was in worse state than previous, major chip driver was not installed & the unit did not have required 4k resolution & sound! The unit continued to BSOD. Sent unit back for repair. Informed that unit was not faulty. Sent screen shots of BSOD. Requested after 4 months that a refund be made. No answer. Referred to financial ombudsman. Will not buy from them again.

I could have waited 24 hours for the laptop I was waiting for to be delivered from the warehouse, but being impatient I called in on the store to see if there were any in stock. Turns out they had an open boxed product, fully warranted, for less money. So I decided to have that instead. Laptop (HP G7), is faultless. Runs smooth as silk. Service in the store was great.

Since October 5, waiting for the order to be delivered on October 8, we have been delayed a few times, hoping that the goods will come. Eventually it was found that the TV was lost. So from them no message, no call, just me and my fiancée had to call, write messages, ask for what I paid. I received a message with the context if we want the TV or money to be returned. We chose the TV because we need it. They decided to return our money yesterday, October 29th. So almost a month without a TV, waiting for the order! Total dissatisfaction!

After requesting from them "Price Match" for 6 different items across 5 different retailers, none of the items been able to match price that requested. Another scam site.

Horrendous customer services, first things first spent £1850 on the laptop, when the unit arrived it had scratches on the included power supply (bit annoying but only aesthetic so let it slide) then booted up the laptop to find it blacks out every so often when doing anything ( browsing the Web, watching Netflix) and also would straight up restart when trying to run anything through steam, so quite simply requested a return to have fully functioning unit sent as a replacement. , return process easy enough, but over the phone would be told I could be possibly charged for the repair if one is needed, lol that's not an option I'm not paying for you to repair for a device that arrived broken less than 48 hours ago, I then today received an email telling me they tested the device, there is nothing wrong with it but If I wanted to return it they would charge me 19% in "restocking" fees due to the scratch on power supply (which came scratched as stated before) this means because I paid £1850 for a laptop I have to pay £351 to return a device that arrived faulty? All I wanted was for them to send a brand new one that works. I paid £1850 for a broken product and only wanted a replacement. I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by the customer service of this company and will be taking this further to the financial ombudsman.

I ordered an ASUS laptop from box as it had a very competitive price. When I received it unfortunately the hard drive was not working. They arranged for collection and in a few days sent me a new one. I am very impressed.

Awful (paid) next day delivery service. I needed a card ASAP and not only this store did not meet its commitment but it did not warn me at any point and made me lose several days waiting for a refund.

If anything goes wrong you are completely stuffed. It's almost like they are playing mind games to deliberately wind you up. Bought a 3D printer costing nearly £500. It had a warped bed. Box put me through to their 3D technician. I sent him an email with some photos of the printer. I had put a perspex sheet over the metal print bed held on by paper clips because the nozzle kept scraping it, I did this to protect the printer. As soon as their technician Mark saw this he emailed box to say that I had voided the warranty. I called Box to say that was ridiculous. They then offered to let me speak to their technician at £65 per hour. I said there was no way that I was paying that and had a very rude lady tell me that they were under no obligation to help me as the product was out of warranty. They then called saying that Mark would call me later that day. He did at 6pm. He couldn't wait to get off the phone quickly enough. Must have been two minutes, he said he would call me back the next day. I waited until 11am then called him on the phone no he had called me on the day before. He had a right go at me telling me that I shouldn't have called him on that number and that I should email him. I did asking for him to try and help me on the phone. He wouldn't do it but kept sending me links to you tube videos. When I spent a very frustrating day all day with nothing fixed and asked to speak to him on the phone to help. He replied that he was contacting box returns. That was it. A day totally wasted by Mark who couldn't be bothered to do his job. If you buy from these clowns and anything goes wrong they will look for any excuse to get out of helping you. Then when they are forced to help they will just waste your day. Awful company. P. S. Shirley was nice.

Total scammers - they sell you broken laptops/or at least on their last legs, and offer a very short (illegal) warranty so they can refuse to help when it breaks after a few months. The laptop I bought got a BSOD within about 6 months, and they refused to help. The BSOD was due to the motherboard breaking through overheating. I paid £400 to have a laptop for 5 months. Claimed they had no responsibility to help because of their 6 month warranty, but this is illegal as consumer rights laws say a faulty item can be returned for up to 2 years. It also arrived with the casing broken. I'm still waiting for my £400 back.
