“If I could give half a star I would. I pre ordered an item back on December of 2023 and knew it wasn't supposed to ship out until around April 24- May 4 of 2024. So I kept going to the website to review my order and it kept saying preparing to ship. I would call customer service and they tell me that it has shipped and the store will contact me. But the website has been saying preparing to ship. I call today to express concerns and the representative I spoke to named Carlos was extremely rude. I will never ever order anything from this company nor recoimmend this company ot anyone that I know.”

“I love Boxlunch merchandise. But, why did they cancel half my order? The items were still available both on-line and in store? Anyways, they refunded only one item but not the other. Still never received a refund or the item. I will never buy from Boxlunch on-line again. I kinda don't appreciate my money being stolen.
Then they have weird things like can't buy on-line, in store, item not available for shipping. However, the item is advertised for sale???

“Every time they have a sale, I use to spend a considerable amount of time looking for goods only to find out 90% can’t be shipped, picked up, or delivered to my store. Been like this for over a year now. Basically useless online store.”
“Really unhappy with this company. I wanted to purchase the Our Universe Minnie Mouse Light Up Backpack. It was on pre-order around April and there were lots of discount codes available, making it $70. I get to the checkout, enter my international shipping details (U.K.) and make the payment. Every time I tried in a different browser/on a different device it failed. I contacted customer service and they apologised and said it would be available for international delivery when it comes in stock at the beginning of May. I wait until it comes into stock and then try to purchase with a discount code. None of the previous codes worked. I contacted customer service again and they said it was an exclusive and had never been included in discount offers - which is an absolute lie. They probably made a mistake of it being included in the offers previously and cancelled any from going ahead later on. I’m really gutted and decide not to get it. A couple of weeks later, I’m still thinking about it and so decide to go ahead without any code, buying the bag for $99. I put in all my details and get an order confirmation email - and I think everything is sorted. About an hour later, I get an email from Boxlunch and my order has been cancelled. CANCELLED! The email stated it was due to not being eligible for international delivery…even though I was assured by customer services it would be! Just absolutely appalling company and glad I’m not in the USA to be tempted by any of their products. I wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole after the lack of communication and upset. Just terrible.”
“I'm still waiting on an order for my grandson's birthday tomorrow. Ordered long time ago, they keep updating the delivery date. It won't get here in time, if ever. This is the last time I'll buy anything from them online. So, so upset about this. Why are they so neglectful of their customers that they cannot deliver on time.”
“If it was even possible to give a -5 star rating i would. Placed order on 11/25. waited proper time 2 weeks later, package lost, asked for refund waited 2 week again and tells me my refund was never placed then they tell me they are refunding me my full amount It is now12/20 and my amount order was 132.27 they refunded me 121.77. When asked about it they were unable to compensate nor give me my 10.50 they owe me due to seasonal taxes Asked to receive a code or gift card or store credit and floor supervisor says they were unable to do so at this time. Asked to speak to supervisor and they were "unable to speak to me due to 1045pm at night central time for me." I have to call back in the morning to speak to someone yet again to see if they can even give that back to me. This literally has to do with the company end and business management and your tell me you can't even give me my full amount for items I NEVER RECEIVED. But you sure HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY AND CANNOT EVEN GIVE ME MY FULL AMOUNT BACK. Never in my life have i had this much trouble with a company and as much as i shop there you would think that's the least you can do for this HELL Hole.”
