“I still haven't received my order,what's happening and where is it”

“Very Poor Service. Placed order for 'in stock' items on 3rd Nov with 2-5 day delivery, still not received on 21st. Kept calling, customer service number just rings and rings and then hangs up. Sales number answers but they can't put you through. Get email saying with delivery team, then get email saying 'out of stock'. Now website shows 'in stock' and cheaper.”

“Brilliant product but awful delivery experience. Had no delivery email to say when it was going to be delivered, luckily we were in as it needed 2 people to bring the 8ft panels into the house. All of the cardboard boxes holding the pannelling were damaged on arrival and therefore damaged the product meaning we had to trim panels to not have the damage Expensive delivery for no quality service”

“I ordered 3 MDF Primed Wall Panels in Long Grain. The arrival time quoted was 3-5 days. 11 days later after chasing I was told they had been in contact with the external courier, they have advised that they will need to do a depot search. They turned up the next day damaged and wrong item. They sent cross grain not the long grain I had ordered! We had work planned around the quoted arrival time. Call customer services and they reordered the correct ones which was suppose to be overnight deliver. Next day did not arrived, called them again and was told they have been in contact with the external courier, they have advised that they will need to do a depot search. Oddly enough that’s what they told me the first time! Still waiting for item. Unlikely to use them again.”

“Ordered 8 sheets of wall panelling for a customer i received an email telling me that they will be delivered in 2-5 days.when they never arrived contacted builders marketplace I was told they were at the carriers depot and would be with me by the end of the week. Still never arrived contacted builders marketplace again to be told they would get back to me. They did and I was told they had been returned to them as they were damaged spent nearly £600 on the order and can't get paid till I have fitted them so nearly 3 weeks waiting and still out of pocket very poor service”

“couldn't satisfy the delivery stated on the website. Then after 10 days of wait for something that was emailed 'ready for dispatch', suddenly i am advised it is out of stock. Completely messed up my job. Can't rely on this service again.”

“I ordered an 8' x 4' sheet of 6mm pegboard. The delivery got lost and didn't arrive. I chased it with Builders Marketplace and they eventually got it delivered. It arrived chipped broken and marked and no good for the job and so I contacted them and they kindly sent another one out. This arrived even more badly marked, chipped and broken and so at that point I just gave up.”

“My review rating s very poor as this company has taken my money for my order & told me two weeks ago it has been dispatched. It is now 11th October and I still haven't received my order. I have tried calling them & get put into a queue & no one answers the phone I've sent 3 emails & haven't had a single reply. My advice is don't waste your money don't buy from this company.”

“Placed an order on a Friday morning, Had confirmation on Friday afternoon, and received an email the following Monday telling me my order was out for delivery. The day the order was due I received another email telling me they were out of stock and I got nothing !!!”

“Email on 08/08 saying goods were despatched. Email on 11/08 saying goods were stuck with Tuffnells awaiting delivery Email on 15/08 confirming goods were going to be collected this evening and delivered 16/08 Email 16/08 saying one item ordered was out of stock (Other items had NOT been sent) Email 18/08 saying email had been passed to warehouse team - Nothing since. Shambles - Will never use again.”
