“this is a non us based company. delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks ago an I still have not gotten my product due to customs issues. I do not recommend this company nor will I ever buy from them again.”

“I ordered two things to include in a silent auction basket, thinking they would arrive in time once seeing the estimated delivery date. I had a little bit of wiggle room and figured if they were a couple days late, no problem. Not only was shipping slow once they were finally shipped (they came from India), they weren't even shipped until after the estimated delivery date. They were almost 2 weeks late and could not be included in the basket. The playing cards were great, but the fleece blanket wasn't the best quality. I will end up keeping these for myself, but it was a waste of money for the auction basket.”
“Horrible quality. I ordered a Metal print and the colors were completely wrong and the print quality is out of focus. Do NOT order from this company. They say they have many locations (US, Canada etc...) but shipping is from India and you will wait a while to get your order.”

This is how I received the print:
- Shipping package was open and damaged
- Print was damaged and scratched off
- Horrible print quality (not to mention no wall mounting structure)
- FEDEX even supplied a note that they had received the package open
I sent in pictures attached here for proof and asked for refund.
They keep sending me emails from different FAKE names: Larry, Troy, Perry, Maxwell, Lawrence asking how I want the refund even though I kept telling them to refund back to original card. Just wasting time by deploying delay tactics.
After weeks of back and forth this is their response:
“Regarding your refund request, as the order was shipped and delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.””
“These guys are total rip off artists. Paid my money and then they said my item was still in the basket. Took 9 days to get a response, ruining Christmas, and 3 weeks to get my money back.”
“Extremely disappointed with the product quality. The wrapping around the corners, rectangular shape and the wooden frames are all below par quality. Hope there was an option to return these products. Will never recommend Canvas Champ to anyone. Absolutely disheartened and hope others don’t go through our experience.”
“Ordered personalized socks for co-workers on Dec. 5th. Estimated delivery by 12/16. They have not delivered and still say “In Production”.
Emailed with order numbers asking for an update and their reply was a stock email asking for the order number. Clearly a delay tactic.
Thinking I may have been scammed and my product never was or is being made.”
“Ordered a few thousand dollars worth of metal prints in November. Said they will be delivered December 2. Nothing. I looked up the ordered and it had notes that it was waiting to be approved. I had approved it back in November. I tried calling. Their website says “Talk to a live person, 24 hours a day”. That’s a complete lie. No one answers, puts you on hold immediately, then after 20 minutes says leave a message. Major Red Flag! It’s a scam website. Don’t order. I am currently trying to get my credit card refunded.”

When contacted them, this was their reply
“ Due to a backlog of an overwhelming number of orders, many orders are delayed and currently in various stages of production.
Our production team is sincerely dedicated to dispatching orders to meet deadlines. A delay in the delivery can be expected. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email””
“I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. What a joke yeah the prices are good but I got mugs and there for the size of a child not what I was expecting. And the clock I bought was made so badly that the pieces were falling off. What a waste of money and what a waste of Christmas time that now I can't replace.”
“Worst website! I couldn’t put a shipping address different from the billing address so I tried to cancel. I hit the cancel button and about an hour later I got a charge. I called to resolve the problem and you’re telling me there’s no water here I paid for it. Their chat was no help at all! He kept asking me to email them a screenshot of the charge. I am not sharing my credit card statement with anyone! Now, I have to dispute the charge!”
“I ordered prints and a few umbrellas . Site says I would receive this is 5-7 business days. That did not happen. It was impossible to get a response from them. The ChatBOT is useless, email customer service has the exact same response at chatBOt and finally after 3 days of calling and holding the line for 30-40 mins at a time the voice on the other side has the same response- Your goods are under production and will be shipped soon. After wasting 2 weeks on something I needed a week ago I gave up and have now requested a refund. I would never suggest this company to anyone for printing their Photographs. You have many trusted choices which I am going with now. Big big mistake to try out a new company after reading about its history. Always good to talk to someone rather than read reviews, who have worked with them. Even after reading mine, please do confer with someone who has used them.
My take. Don't ! god to a physical store or a known brand.”

Sent a beautiful red and purple sunset in for a metal print. They cut out all the colorful definition and reduced it to nothing. Absolutely pathetic.

“Like other reviewers here, we received canvases that were sized incorrectly (and one print from another), making them unusable. Company flat out refuses to refund even though landing page of website says if customer isn’t satisfied there is a free refund. They cite an FAQ deep on their website that says prints can vary -/+ one inch in size, and they really give you the runaround with the utmost contempt. We are taking action through our CC company.”
“One poster was printed misaligned and the package arrived damaged. It took two weeks and they offered to reprint (no customer service to call). A week later they requested I send the damaged prints back even though I provided ample pictures for return. They know that I would spend almost as much to send back as for the original prints - they win - you lose...”
“When I ordered it made it look like the canvas was being printed in USA but it ended up being in India and it took them a LONG time to print and send. The bigger problem is that the shipping took a very long time.
To make matters worse, the package arrived, nicely packed and wrapped, impressed! no damages or issues from transport on the packaging but when we opened the package, it had a major damage to the board behind the canvas which has caused the canvas to be also pushed through and stretched.
I emailed them, they asked for photos, i immediately sent photos and they have ghosted me since then and i've sent 3 emails requesting advise on what to do and no responses.
Avoid!”
“When you order a product, you are supposedly to get an item shipped from US but unfortunately, they ship it from India and it takes a month to get it. I ordered on November first and it is now 15, and the item just shipped from India, they are universary gifts and worth of few hundred dollars, now no refund and no luck when I will get the convases.”
