“Please do not order from them. I placed my order and there was no sign of the product even after the delivery date. I had to raise a request and was told they can't ship the product as it is not available. So I asked to cancel and refund. For the last 2 months I am following up but have not received my refund. They would only reply saying the payment system has technical failure. It is a disaster. I have lost in tune of €75 with no product at carethy.ie just pathetic”

“Do not purchase from Carethy. They are in Spain and do not have the Proper channels or custum agents in place to process your order into other countries. Carethy do not respond to emails. They offered "points" in exchange for the lost order but my account showed nothjng. Oreder not recieved. SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY”

“I have a bad experience with company.I had ordered some products from their website.I have ordered and paid a parcel on 5th of April.Until this moment I still didn't receive it.I sent them lots of email,they only replay at one of them saying that maybe the parcel got lost.Is it normal?I'm without the money and without the parcel.”

“Advertising and selling a product you didn't have. How can I possibly be satisfied? Snail pace communications. Despit the wonders of technology with instant emails it would have been quicker if I would have walked to Spain to pick up a response. On top of that it will take up to 14 days for a refund, again despite the wonders of technology with instant bank transfers. Again, I could walk and pick it up it would be faster, hell I might even be able to crawl to Spain faster than you can repay. No excuse for any of this whatsoever and believe me I am being extreamly polite.”

“Scam, avoid at all cost. Took the money and never had any intentions of sending items. Have reported to Fraud Action. Constant pathetic excuses as to why they have not refunded.”

“I've ordered some hand sanitizing gel at the end of march, before being delivered, I received an email saying that due to the current situation, another similar product would be sent to me instead of the one I have ordered, they gave me the reference of the new product and I was ok with that. WEEKS later, I received another product with no relation to the one I ordered, no relation to the one they told me they will send instead. Since then, I have been trying to get a refund or the correct product, I have been asked pictures of products and lot of different information but they never mentioned how I should return the package to get refund. It is now very frustrating knowing that on their newsletter (which I keep on receiving after refusing it) they offer discount on the product I actually ordered. Is this company a real one or a scam?”

“BEWARE. Absolutely useless, advertised product that wasnt available. Agreed to refund but havent done it and ignore emails. This has dragged out on for 3 months now. I wish i saw all the reviews before i ordered.”

“I place an order back in March 2020. I sent request to cancel the order the same day. After waiting for 14 days with no news, I wrote another email and they quickly answered me telling they were out of stock. I replied asking them to cancel the order. So they canceled the order and sent me a email saying I would be refunded in 14 working days. After the 14 working days I sent another email Checking the status of my refund. Long story short I am still waiting on my refund 😡. The only way you can contact Carethy is by email and you just wait. Worse company ever. Read all reviews on this company via google search before you order from this company”

“Do not order from them. It took 2 months to get a package in last September, but more products were missing, although they agreed to refund the money of those item I never got it. I got in touch with them 5 times in relation of the refund.”

“SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.... I placed an order on 3/20 for $25.84 I called to track my order since it was late. I then get an email saying they couldn't ship out my item (aloe vera gel) because of the covid-19 and that I would get a refund in 14days. On 4/9 I got a partial refund for $7.38 I sent a ticket in to inquire on the partial refund ...when they replied they said "they had a system issue and would give me a refund for the remainder in 14 business days. " It is now 5/11 and I have yet to receive the rest of my refund. BEWARE of this company.”

“I have orders things a couple of weeks ago and paid a high amount for delivery. My estimated delivery time is way up and tried to contact Carethy through a lot of means emails customer agent Haven’t got a single response from anyone”
