I visited one of the stores in Darnely boy Joe who was serving me was very nice and polite, he helped to choice the right phone and helped me on the end choosing right covert, very nice man with good humour ! So happy with th service I receive :-)

I have to applaud Andrew at the Moortown Leeds shop. He is very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed that he remembers the names of so many customers. He always tries to find a solution to a problem. Well done Andrew and Carphone Warehouse

Absolutely furious that my sim has been instantly migrated to new upgrade that I was told I would receive today so have had no service for 12 hours up to now on my current phone. Been passed from pillow to post by EE and Carphone Warehouse blaming each other! Disgusting service!

Don't ever buy a phone in store from carphone warehouse as despite saying you have 2 weeks to change your mind, if you upgrade with O2 they refuse to do so. They don't respond to complaints and totally ignore their customers. I bought a Samsung Galaxy 6 in Salisbury, I was not sure about it as I had always had an iphone and although the salesperson knew this she didn't tell me I wouldn't be able to change it. I went back to Barnstaple 2 weeks later as I wanted to change back to an iphone but was refused. O2 said I can but carphone warehouse say I can't. So I have a 2 year contract with a phone which I don't want and having complained and telephoned them 3 times no-one has bothered to get in touch. Customer service non existent! Avoid using them, may appear to be cheaper but big mistake to fall for it!

Took a phone from carephone warehouse (z5 premium) phone jack stopped working, sent phone of to be fixed, got given a new z5 premium and that one broke, same problem, sent of again and I asked for a new phone ( different sort) told I couldn't so I've took a contract out with you guys for a broken phone every 3 month, only had it 7 month month and it's broke twice already!!! Cpw won't swap, so not looking after there customers well.

Just because I bought tariff on line from carphone warehouse, popped into my local store for help to resolve a problem. I queued for over 35mins. finally got to see member of staff and explained the problem the he replied 'Sorry Sir I can't Help you since you purchase it on line. you have to check on line for help' I was fuming and will not deal with that store ever again... Was Not a Happy bunny at all.

Bought a phone after only two months it wouldn't charge .returned it to store. Told it couldn't be repaired as not under warranty. Staff rude and very unhelpful

Never buy phone from this company. Bought phone for wife from shop, took it home for her but she did not want it. Took it back to shop(within 1hour), they do not have cooling off period so as soon as you sign doc, there is no going back it's yours.

I was ignored and rebuked by a member of staff. I asked one member to get me a phone that I wanted to buy. He walked away without saying anything and started talking to another customer who had come into the store 10n mins after myself. When I asked him what happened to my phone he got very annoyed from the sound of his voice. Told me it was coming and just glared at me. I felt very intimidated by this man and said nothing more. 4-5 mins later another member of said the model I wanted to buy was out of stock and walked away and started speaking to another customer. I then went to EE instead and purchased from there. This was at the Stratford Centre.

As I soldiered through Tunbridge Wells Shopping centre, a one armed bandit after my recent and painful injury to my left wrist, I felt teary and confused about what to do about my current mobile that barely held charge and often left me abandoned and isolated from society. My husband tried to comfort me but all seemed lost until he suggested we try The Carphone Warehouse before we gave up on our phone quote quest. As we entered the store I instantly felt lighter, it was light and airy and it wasn't long before a charasmatic and dashingly good looking sales assissant approached us. He seemed to sense my confusion and immediatly showed us through easy to understand quotes across his tablet that catered to the dream I had but never felt my budget could afford. His good nature and bright smile had me feeling more positive than I had done since the accident, I knew right then and there if anybody could help me, then he could. My husband and I couldn't believe the deals this bright eyed Mobile Wizard was casting our way and we gratefully rushed to the till to purchase my chosen Samsung Galaxy 6, this upgrade of my current Samsung S4 for LESS money than I was paying seemed a million miles from the dark, frightning unlucky days of the past week. Dizzy with pain from my wrist another strikingly attractive sales assistant rushed to my aid with a chair and relief flooded through me 'Was this truly happening?' I asked myself. The process seemed too smooth and easy as we went through the details and then we hit a snag....I needed my account number which was not on my debit card, I looked to my husband with concern, our parking limit was dangerously close and the ticket officers that stalked the cold uncaring car park had little mercy for people like ourselves. The other assistant shon like the golden light of an angel as she pushed her tablet towards me "Do you have online banking? You can log on and check here if you like?" She casually stated, it was like something bigger and more than all of us was at work.....it was the staff of the Carphone Warehouse. The transaction was complete, the phone I had so long craved was mine at last, the four of us laughed joined forever in a beautiful moment of mobile purchasing. As myself and my husband hurried to our car I knew we would never forget this moment as long as we lived. We think his name was Christopher Aylott but so overwhelmed as we, we may have become confused. Love Lucy and Rich xxxx

The local company where I live are slow and inefficient and don't know what to do about it when it comes to Contract phones. I mean I recently cancelled my contract with a iPhone 6 plus 16GB which I wasn't happy and turns out I am still paying for the contract

My husband's mobile phone eventually "gave up the ghost" and was totally inoperable - no SIM card, no new battery, no nothing would make it work so we decided on a new phone from the Wootton Bassett Road, Swindon, Carphone Warehouse. We are not good with technical terms and gadgets, but Davesh was so helpful that I felt quite knowledgeable by the time we left. There was no pushy, hard-sell tactics which is what I thought we would get. Instead, Davesh was extremely professional, helpful and very polite! His colleague, Jean Paul was just as helpful, friendly and professional. If Carphone Warehouse employ staff of their calibre, customers can certainly buy from this company with complete confidence. Thank you Davesh and Jean Paul and well done for being great examples to your employers!

Not being very technical or a phone whizz, I had a few questions about my phone previously bought from the shop. Andi at Derby was very patient and helpful, I came away knowing a lot more about my phone and others and was extremely pleased with the service. Definitely going back there to get a new phone in the future and recommend the shop, not sure about the other staff as not spoken to them.

Visited the Rotherham town centre store this afternoon 14/06/16, an was welcomed by 2 lovely staff,they was extremely helpful,polite and relaxed with no pressure to buy any products,after leaving the store and returning home (7miles away)we actually drove all the way back to the store to purchase a phone,would definitely recommend that store and return in the future....THEY ARE A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY.

Very disappointed. Need to fix my broken screen and took 3 weeks,no replacement phone,no information about pick up date,when pick up took them 1h to give phone back to me,not working,need to send back.

My Samsung persistently cut me off mid-phone call, but it took 3 visits to Carphone Warehouse (Penrith) before they agreed to send it off for repair. I was given a temporary phone which only allowed emergency numbers & wouldn't send or receive texts. All of the staff I have dealt with have been unhelpful, even sullen, and act as though the customer is at fault. My previous experience with CPW in Liverpool was better, so I think this is a case of poor customer relations training.

Absolutely rediculous sent a phone off for repair nearly a month ago been told twice it would be ready to be collected. Been in to collect it and it still isn't there! The customer service is disgraceful! My job is on the line due to not having this phone!
