For the money they are charging for their cases, GET SOMETHING ELSE. I’ve had two cases and they’ve both fallen apart around the edges. The side part separates from the back. The first time, I thought maybe since I had it so long…oh well. But when I got a new one, it did the same thing only it was nearly brand new. I complained to them and they engaged for a quick minute then ghosted me after I sent photos and all. They are a total ripoff. Look at their BBB complaints that have been filed too. Spend your precious money elsewhere.

Terrible way their policies are written. I bought a casetify case for my s21fe. After 14 months the sides of the case came unglued or unstuck and started bulging. The case had failed. I then bought another casetify case because i thought maybe I'm just unlucky. After 13 months the plastic sides came unglued or unstuck again and it failed. After reaching out to customer service, they couldn't help me reach a satisfactory outcome. They didn't admit how their products shouldn't only last barely over a year and the surprising thing is the cases both failed after their warranty period. I had also bought a casetify case around the time i bought my second case for my friend and he also had issues with the case, basically falling apart after just under 2 years. So they basically responded by saying oh well we are just enforcing the terms and conditions of the warranty. Well if they can't stand behind the quality of their cases then I'm going to write about it here so people know how bad the cases can be after barely a year of using it. They couldn't replace it because they discontinued manufacturing cases for samsung s21fe but if they really stand for the quality they should apologise and offer credits or a full refund. I won't be buying a casetify case again or recommending any of my friends or family to get one either. Shame for a company promoting how great the protection is for their cases. I mean i guess that's right if you only want to keep it for less than 2 years. The only thing good about the cases are the designs but you can find other companies with more integrity and better quality cases.

Don't buy any co-lab products from this company. They will not honor their 100% 10 day guarantee nor their warranty on these items if they are sent to you broken or defective. They will steal your money. This is a scam.

Horrible customer service, awful shipping time and ridiculous advertising. These cases will not protect your phone well as they say they do. Customer service lies and says they are "rushing production" and it's a lie. I've already been waiting close to thirteen days for one case to ship and they continue to tell me to "be patient". Of course at this point, they already have my money and couldn't care less when I get my case, lol.

From the start black great ramen case, impact ultra hd screen protector and camera lens protector purchased on 1st of May. The estimated delivery date was 16may-23may. Item did not arrive 23rd may and reached casetify team. The team advised item was in transit but I tracked it with the DHL tracker and it was showing sitting in pearson airport for a week. Soon after I receive a new tracker from the team for canada post expedited parcel delivery. All items received late 28th of may. Upon applying screen protector from just finger pressure at top edge of screen protector to where speaker is the screen gets a pinhole shatter and cracks seen on screen protector. Reach out to the team 29th of may and they advise will ship a replacement for what was assumed to be a defective product. Receive replacement 12th of june. Applied replacement screen protector 14th of june all seemed fine. 15th of june a pinhole shatter appears centre bottom edge of screen protector. At this point very dissatisfied with product quality of the screen protector and request for full refund for the screen protector only. The team reached back advising screen protector is not covered by warranty and they would offer a 15% discount on next purchase. I advised this isn’t an issue of warranty but that the products themselves are not and advertised and that i still seek a full refund for the screen protector as resolution. They escalated the issue then repeated that it is not covered by warranty and that this time they will offer 20% off next purchase. I respectfully declined their offer, will accept the loss of this expensive product as casetify does not want to take any accountability for what they advertise and sell and advised I will not provide anymore business for the company and leave an honest review for future customers who may be considering this screen protector. TLDR: bad quality. No accountability. Extremely long delivery times. You are better off buying from amazon which will cost you 1/5th of the price and they will provide much better service, delivery and most likely refund you if their product is not as advertised and up to standard.

I canceled the order after the company had not mailed it out eight days after placement, according to the tracking number. Customer service responds, I cannot cancel my order. A week later I received the canceled order. I contacted customer service again for a return form & postage paid printable sticker. She informed me I was responsible to pay return postage and other charges! Unless you have over two weeks to wait on protection for your phone and money to throw away, do not buy from Casetify. Even the questions at the end of this review are misleading.

Bought an advertised MagSafe compatible Castify case for over $100 which is not cheap. Does not work well with my MagSafe charger. Does not grab and I have to keep wiggling case to get a connection which can take a long time to get it in the right spot by sheer luck. Phone grabs and charges perfectly without the Castify case on. Emailed Castified who asked for a video of problem. Sent video. Their response? We cannot guarantee Magsafe compatibility with MagSafe chargers that are not Castify brand. No other remedy or help offered. Basically they said ‘too bad.’ Buyer beware. Their cases are advertised as Magsafe compatible full stop. They are not necessarily and they told me so.P

Order iphone 14pro scren protector costs AUD $49 and got wrong order. They asked me to send it back to HK or US and I have to pay postage fee. They messed up with my order and now I have to pay extra costs. That screen protector no use for me so end up in the bin. Really dissapointing.

Be very wary of this company. They operate some shady business practices. I bought a $100 gift card for my daughter to use on a case when she got a new phone. She finally got her phone, went to use it and got a message the code didn’t work. When I emailed asking about it and after much back and forth I was told the gift card was expired. My daughter never worried about timing because there is no expiration date printed on the gift card or in the email sent to me confirming my purchase. When I mention this, I was told it’s under terms and conditions. I had to scroll through pages of legal junk that no one ever reads, but companies post to cover their butts to find where it said there was a 1 year expiration date to their gift cards. Before you buy a case from them and trust their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee you might want to check the terms and conditions out. They have an F rating on BBB with 50 complaints just this year. There are so many other case companies out there now that I wouldn’t deal with one like this.

They offer discount codes in exchange for signing up for emails, then exclude their most popular products from the discount. But they only tell you that after they have your email and phone number. When you write a critical review of them, they email you offering a 10% discount in exchange for dropping a case back to their store (they have one store in the whole of Australia and it's 2064km away) and then alternately offer to cancel your order, and then put it on hold indefinitely until you respond. So even though it's paid for in full, they won't ship it until I respond to their stupid offer to my justified review. Thanks so much for the help Adalyn!

This product is fine if you do not need to return the item. They say they have a 10 day return policy, yet there’s no information on how or where to return an item.

My 10 dollar clear Amazon phone case protected my phone for over a year. Then, when I get this case tidy case for over 50 dollars, after less than one week of having it, the whole back of my phone is completely shattered. I ordered the correct case and it came, yet somehow I think that the case was too tight and put too much pressure on the phone. I believe I dropped it off of a couple feet from a locker, yet the whole back of the phone is completely cracked and shattered and will cot be a fortune to repair. I am beyond disappointed as this is completely unacceptable for such a pricey case that is always guaranteed to be amazing.

Horrible customer service - returned an unused case with original packaging & tag still on. Never received an actual refund or credit. Emailed several times. Would never recommend this company.

Bought a case as a gift and unfortunately it wasn’t quite right, being quite chunky. As it was past 10 days they refused to do anything. Cases are expensive for what they are. I would never buy anything again here unfortunately, as the website looks good. Shame real life doesn’t match up

Almost 2 months and nothing received yet! They are truly laughing at me when I write to them. Ask for my money back but they just avoid the question, talking like I've said nothing. Lyers also, telling me that they send it by express post (express but still in Indonesia 2 weeks later!!!) Casetify= lost of time and money!!!

I purchased a phone case back in Jan 2021. It cost me £55, It took a significant time to be delivered and I tried to cancel - which I was told wasn't possible (which is a lie). Anyway, I accepted the delay, it got delivered several weeks later and I starting using it. This was the first challenge (which I swallowed). Fast forward: I contacted Casetify in September 2022 because the case has broken down - sent pictures and was told it was out of warranty. I'm not fussed about an internal process or policy, I care that I spent £55 on a phone case that's fallen apart with less than 18 months use. Anyway, I can't really be bothered with the argument because Casetify are just rubbish. They've offered me 15% off another purchase (LOL) but that isn't going to work. My advice: don't spend your cash here, take it elsewhere - you'll save money and you'll waste less time.

I’ve had my case less than a year, paid good money for it and it’s already come apart. I’ve never had a case that came apart. Like wtf. I will never buy from these frauds again.
