“Unfortunately, my experience with Catch and their seller Find Sports was extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if that was available. The Catch ad was for two bike tyres and two tubes. I received only one tyre. Upon raising my concern I was told this was an advertising error despite the fact that this ad remained on the site for several weeks after the issue was raised. Catch/Find Sports advertised the goods (offer) I accepted the offer and I paid the requested amount (consideration) - all the elements of a contract. Catch said I should go to the trouble and expense of returning the tyre. Absolutely no understanding of customer service was displayed and a fundamental lack of understanding about consumer law.”
“When I ordered a 6 piece lounge aettin from Catch.com I expected what I saw in the photograph. Instead I received around 70 pieces of timber a larger number of screws, etc. and cheap and nasty cushions. Very disappointed to say the least. Very poor quality and false advertising. “After ordering Thermal printer that was in stock was told after payment went through it was a 2 week wait until new stock arrived. After 3 weeks was sent email stating my printer was on delivery. After 2 months of back and forth with catch on their chat page being told all sorts of lies I then put in a complaint with Paypal.
Paypal opened up a case and within a short period of time they sorted and got me a full refund.
Would not recommend using this company and will not be using in the future.”
“I have been a customer of Catch for several years . No complaints until last 6 months ago, on 3 occasions have not received part of my order so obviously not been packed . Customer service seems to be slack in helping as well. I think another company has bought company. Until 6 months ago they were very reliable and if there was a problem they sorted it quickly. Still have been waiting for a refund and still not received. very disappointed , such a shame, great company before I probably won' t bother ordering anything in future. Catch.com.au overseas call-centre customer service team are ever-so-polite but they will NEVER actually resolve an issue for you such as receiving incorrect goods (as happened in my case). Expect polite platitudes and "We're on your side" statements but even though it is catch.com.au that takes your money, they will do all they can to shift blame onto their 'sellers' and avoid responsibility. I caught them misinforming, omitting information and even lying. My advice is IF you're tempted to try out this so-called 'Australian' company then use PAYPAL to pay them because it was only through PAYPAL that I was able to FORCE a refund from catch.com.au who otherwise would NOT refund me and instead just gave me weeks of runaround. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SLEAZY CROOKS.”

“I bought a chair on catch, thinking that it was a reputable company. The chair they sent was faulty, it has big metal bars digging into the back. So I contacted the company and tried to organise a return, letting them know the issue. I was given the run around and after about a month of trying to return the chair, they just flat out refused.
I was genuinely surprised, it's been a long time since I was scammed like this, I didn't expect Catch.com.au to be like that but after reading around, there are many other stories like this too. Of course, product review and other sites allow catch to pay to remove the bad reviews, but don't be fooled. Catch can send you junk, even faulty products and just keep your money. Good luck getting anywhere with consumer affairs. Companies like Amazon etc. do returns no questions, catch, they take the money and run. Don't fall for their scam like I did.”

“I ordered a Lego set for my nephew's 6th birthday through CATCH. The product was photographed to look as though the finished product was a massive transformer!
Upon delivery, it was a small box measuring approx 30cm and we paid just over $70 when the same item at KMart is $25!
Emailed CATCH to query the item and its size etc... customer service was terrible. They said they would not refund, and in the end, offered a refund but we had to pay the freight. So, in the end, we wore the cost of freight both ways in order to get some money back. We may have lost out but on principle, they can have their tiny overpriced lego set returned!”
