Just love the statement on your website about keeping your sellers honest with their prices. I purchased an item online for $319.95, with a delivery cost of $61.88. Your website claims the seller is Ausway 2. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from the courier advising that they had a delivery from Crazy Sales. This was the item I purchased from catch.com online. Imagine my further surprise when I went online to check the price of the item at Crazy Sales....which was the same, BUT, delivery from Crazy Sales was only $34.57........almost half quoted by catch. Looks like I found the catch in catch. How do you explain this? Is this just an add on by catch to take a little cream off the top? So much for keeping them honest. I will be informing friends and colleagues to stay away from catch, and I will be.leaving reviews where I can, describing my experience

I ordered a desk from Catch 2 weeks ago. I was very pleased when the delivery came two days later, only to discover that only half of the desk had arrived. When I called Catch, they assured me the second part of the desk would be delivered in another 2 days. A week later and still the second package had still not arrived. I called Catch again to follow up, and this time they could not assist me with when the delivery would be, and told me they would call me back. I never received a call back. I unboxed the package I had received only to find that it was damaged. I called again and this time the matter was escalated to Catch's partner seller via email for them to respond to me. I never received a response. I called Catch again for what was now a fourth time and again was not given any answers regarding when my desk would be arriving nor was I able to be given a refund on the call. I asked to escalate to a manager. I was refused the right to speak to a manager on the call and was advised a manager would call me back. Which I do not have much faith in considering the process I have experienced so far. Catch's processes for customer service, escalation and issue resolution are well below par. If you are looking for a reliable and well run company to purchase from, do not buy from Catch.

Buyer beware.....Wish I had never heard of them. Bought outdoor furniture, um could not tell me how many boxes to expect. Once arrived, may has well have sold them for baby’s, so small. Further courier left boxes in my lobby without even telling me it had arrived. Return policy is ridiculous. Customer service is appalling. Try and get your flybuys points. Every excuse to blame me instead of giving me the points.

Horrible experience - sent the wrong item which is fine I work in dispatch these things happen, have spent the past week being passed around their call centre who blame each other and then say they cant transfer you through to them as they dont have direct lines. Finally spoke to someone who was in the Philippines (how they can help I am not sure) gave me no extra info, said they appreciate my patience blah blah blah - nightmare company 2 weeks since I received incorrect item..... no resolution

My order never arrived although showing as delivered and to a Sydney suburb delivery centre; I live in Qld. Not even close and not resolved.

I put in 2 orders for some mats and they were accepted, then declined. I have had no problems with online ordering...recently with Bunnings, Australian wine, another carpet company...I checked with my bank..no problem at their end. I have rang cust service catch up today, but the person on the other end couldn't help me....he said that they have stringent security....a lot of baloney, if you ask me.

Waiting about 25 days for package has not arrived called a week ago for tracking number, told it will be given in 48 hours, still not received tracking number till this date, called again, told to wait another 48 hours, very bat delivery service, better to pay a dollar or more and get it from your local store, less hassels, less problems, less waiting, that if i still do receive the package

I ordered the goods, but within three weeks I never got anything. Wrote a message to their support team - they ignored it. A couple of days later I asked for a refund - not even a real person answered, but a robot "since you have not yet received your goods then the refund we can not do you. This is ridiculous and unthinkable! I believe that I gift them my money and I am no longer waiting for my order. But if you now plan to buy something from them: DO NOT DO IT!!!

This company is a rip off please google what you want to buy before buying from here qnd you will be surprised. Was a customer for a longtime before i realized i was getting ripped off for years. Catchclub is a scam. Avoid you have been warned. Customer service is the worst and will close all requests for contact. Avoid have lost all my families business.

i purchased one Sim card and I actived my existing Number abut they they gave me the new Number, it hasn't any point for me and when i did the online chat with customer service ( paul) I asked him to figure it out for me he just ignore me and when I called to customer service he said we can not to figure it out and I asked them to transfer me to supervisor or the manager but he said no one available right now in the weekdays. I have never had experience like this with the customer service. it is awful customer service

Very disappointing service. Ordered a Breville oven 9 days ago with delivery to Target (Northland Preston). Have not received any delivery notification or tracking no. Contact them and said that posted, but the tracking no in my acc on their page is incorrect for StarTrack. In 3 days payment of instalments will be start but item not received. I believe they are crooks from bottom to top these people working there. My advice AVOID this site for buying goods.

This is one of those companies that isn’t a scam, but it is a swindle. They are so disingenuous. Firstly, they let you think they’re a wholesome Australian company. They’re not. The products all come from China and are very poor quality. Secondly, when it comes to returning faulty products, they suddenly act like they’re actually in China - demanding you pay return postage (magically 5x what it cost them to send it to your) so they can decide whether it’s faulty or not. Of course, it never is so no one gets their money back. We purchased a nightime security camera with wi-fi capability to monitor our farm at night. What arrived was at best, a toy. There was no camera - just a nice red LED light to give the impression of a camera beam. There was no wi-fi capability. The slot for the memory card was so tiny that no card on Earth would actually fit it. The motion sensor only went off in a still room, but not if you were jumping up and down in front of it. The direct computer connection (meant as a back-up to running the unit outdoors) came with a 25cm connection cord. It was supposed to be fully-assembled but came in parts, with no instructions and took over 2 hours to assemble due to the clever design featuring a 15cm deep steel baffle through with a tiny screw, with a head just a bit wider than the baffle-gap, had to be fed and then fed again into a spinning nut that should have been fixed into the connector unit, but wasn’t. Happy days. Not. When I put all of this to them, I was simply laughed at, repeatedly insulted, told to “settle down” and openly goaded to report them to the Ombudsman. Their attitude, from the very first message, was one of people confident in the fact that they weren’t going to be refunding any money, to anybody, for any reason. Stay away from CatchoftheDay aka catch.com.au - the only thing they catch is unsuspecting customers.
