“I trust Changing Habits products to be made from real foods of the highest quality. I don’t like the packaging for the supreme green blend, I find it easier to refill an old supreme green blend container.”

“As I've gotten older my usual "diets" were no longer working to reduce weight. 5 weeks into the changing habits program I've lost 10.4kgs and couldn't be happier. Like all bad habits the naughty food habits are hard to break, but as soon as you start seeing results, you replace bad habits with healthy habits very quickly.”

“I love Changing Habits products, especially the new camu camu capsules which i find convenient. The natures mineral boost, does just that, it gives me a boost energy throughout the day. I also ordered the lovely vegetable stock-I love this because its not salty. Amazing customer service, efficient and super fast at dispatching. I recently ordered and my products arrived the next day.”

“I love the quality of Changing Habit products. I really love the fact that I don't have to read labels and can trust and be confident that all the hard work has already been done and there are no nasties in any of CH products. “Changing habits protocol helped me make better choices for my health and wellbeing. I was diagnosed with Non Alcohol Fatty Liver, pre diabetes and fatty pancreas in October 2023, and commenced the protocol in November with determination and totally focused. Life was full of challenges and occasions but I decided my health is more important than just specific or special occasions. I've since had bloods checked again in February.all are back to normal levels again which has been amazing however that does not give me permission to go back to old eating habits again. Just follow the protocol as it really works.”

“Having used Changing Habits products for at least 5 years, I have full trust in the process and products that Cyndi sources and makes. I absolutely love all the spices, rapadura, greens, minerals, chocolate etc etc! My most recent purchase is the new Inner Glow Collagen. I’ve been taking it daily for a month and the difference to my overall wellbeing is astounding! My skin is soft and clear all over my body. My nails are growing and so strong (which is amazing for me as I’ve always had brittle nails!) my hair has thickened and growing, my tummy upsets have settled. What an amazing product! “I absolutely love everything I've purchased. I've now doen the HCG eliminiation protocol twice. The first time was a few months before Christmas and then in mid February I felt like I needed to it again to clean up my bad holiday habits. It's amazing how much better I felt doing the protocol the second time around. Everything made so much more sense and clicked for me the second time around. I can now say I'm eating clean and enjoying in doing so. I'm almost 48 so to be back to the size I was in my early 30's feels great.”

“I have been using the Changing Habits Fat Loss Protocol for a few years - happily I am now mentally in a better place to keep the weight off. I love it so much that I have recommended it to a few people and a couple have taken up the suggestion and lost weight themselves. My husband also joins me on the program as he says he could do with losing some weight, he also has been very successful with weight loss. I originally started at over 120kg got down to 85kg and am now stable at 100kg. Still a little way to go. Theresa”
