The installation of the charger was excellent and very professional, but the usability since via the scheduling on the app has been appalling - the worst app I have ever used. I have to set my alarm now to wake up in the middle of the night to access the EV tariff I have signed up to. Not a great advert for modern tech and the switch to EVs; it negates some of the benefits of home charging.

Brilliant company! I had originally booked with PodPoint. After chasing for several weeks for an appointment, I rang BP chargemaster. What a difference! Everything arranged on one call including scheduling a date there and then! They even brought forward my install when a customer cancelled. Choose them!

Think you should send someone round to check everything in check before you send ur engineer lot of messing around to get mine installed

The service was average, I had to make continual calls to chase the install and this took much longer than I was told due to the very slow follow up. Two months due to lack of return of calls and actions promised. I wouldn’t recommend this service. I issued all photographs of the front of my house and the engineer on the phone said they would dig a trench when the install team arrived. The install team did not have any instructions to dig a trench on their paperwork, therefore refused to do so. They showed me the paperwork they had been given which said no trench was required. Overall very poor communications all round.

Home charger unit doesn't connect to server witch make problem with app and nothing in app works, I have call customer service many times but they're not helpful at all, for last week I have so many problems with app and charger and home charger doesn't charge the battery full, somewhere between 80-90%

The unit itself may be ok, but the installation I believe has not followed OLEV guidelines in that no Earth Rod has been fitted and the addition of an isolation to an existing RCD is again I believe not correct. Everything the fitter said he would do during the survey he didn't do when he came to actually install (I was not present)....he just told my wife that his manager had agreed this. I was trying to understand the relevant BS on this to confirm my beliefs before contacting you, hopefully you will contact me after this. Mark Dobbs

After a huge delay waiting to get house uncoupled by western power the install was quick tidy on time and worth the wait

It would have been better if with a 25 meter distance from the meter to the garage that a person had come out to survey the situation and give me a costing for the whole installation.There was several complications which I had to sort out for myself with little to no help. However the only saving grace was your installation technician Marcus who was both very knowledgeable and very helpful.

From my first enquiry to the final installation I have received first class service. The only slight problem is with the App that is a bit hit and miss and is obvious to all users that it needs fixing.. I will not trust it to set charge times so I use the car’s own timer. Fix this and you can have 10 stars
