The whole process was easy and the engineer who install the charging point was very good. I would have awarded a very good if the colours of the materials used blended better with the background.

Service was good but sometimes they were very slow to reply to emails from myself updating the status of my circumstances, and I still havent received an email reply from when they sent the wrong certificate for the installation. So at present my installation hasnt got the right certification.

The first charger fitted was faulty within a day, response immediate to remedy. Excellent workmanship on both visits.

They tried everything possible to not sell me one of their own chargers rather than the BMW charger which I wanted. They even falsely claimed that their home charging unit is the same as BMW's. Eventually, with help via BMW customer services, I managed to get what I wanted from them but it was a real frustrating experience. I think BMW should warn BP of its responsibilities given that they are the only company which at present authorised to sell BMW charging units. Having said that, the actual installation was eventually done smoothly by BP's subcontractors. I should also point out that the BMW charging unit is completely different from BP's unit and it works absolutely fine.

The office based part of the process was inefficient, chaotic & slow. Information already sent was requested again & again, calls & emails were not replied to, appointments were rescheduled. I still have not had the information regarding on-line access to data weeks after the installation was done The only redeeming aspect was the engineer who came to do the installation was excellent

Everything leading up to the installation was rather difficult as demands on the customer were not always clear and communications with a variety of contacts were not always consistent. However, the skill and professionalism of the installer more than made up for the earlier problems. He performed immaculately and set up a system which has worked perfectly. Well done.

Kept changing my installation date at the last minute, happened 3 times which led to 2 days of lost earnings for me. The engineer was rude and did a really sloppy job. Pretty rubbish all in all.

I now have my charger installed and are very happy with it and the install. The only issue I feel I had was the time it took to get to that point. BP Chargemaster understandably are very busy but for every call I made I could never get through and for every email I wrote I didn't receive and answer for for at least 4- 5 days and some times more than a week. This was frustrating and needs attention.

My first visit to The Holiday Inn Eastleigh wasnt successful because the connector was faulty although the 24 hotline number was helpful. My second visit to The Grove Watford was fine. BTW The holiday Inn sent me a parking charge !! I rang to point out I used the Polar Network and let reception know. Apparently they should have asked me to enter my vehicle reg number

The initial sign up process and processing the paperwork took longer than I thought, but there were no issues and the sales team were easy to contact and sort things out, I just felt like I had to push things forward myself. The waiting time for installation was very short, an initial install day about eight weeks away was given but I phoned up to see if that could be brought forward and an engineer was able to visit only three days later. On the day the engineer was brilliant. He talked me through the process of what he was going to do and we discussed where the charger was going to be installed. The charger is connect directly to the incoming supply rather than running off the board in the house, (there was an additional charge of I think £50 to pay for the extra kit) but this saved having to disturb internal decoration. The work was completed in a few hours and is very neat and tidy. The engineer game a good demonstration of the charger and we made sure it worked fully before he left. With the subsidised cost of install this has been well worth doing and I would recommend BP Chargemaster.

Very efficient if not too bureaucratic! Errors on email transmission not picked up. Hard to believe you cannot send to btinternet addresses!

The installation was included in the price of the car, but I had to pay an additional £300 to an independent electrician. The process also took too long.

Initial contact was imaginative in his explanation still have not activated the app. The charger stopped working after the second time it was used. It is guaranteed for only 3 years and the cost for replacement is nearly the same as the original cost which means BP have pocketed the government grant as pure profit instead of encouraging installation. I wish I had shopped around instead of taking LEVC recommendation. You have got £40 of mine in a polar instant account which is useless of the chargers aren't in practical locations

The initial process with the ordering and communication was very slow with numerous delays! Once installation was scheduled, the engineer who carried out the work completed the work professionally without any disruption.
