What a fantastic service we received. The unit makes having a electric car a pleasure , the installation was amazing he was so considerate and tidy and very knowledgeable. Thank you .

The initial contact was good and the fitting engineer was also very good. The service between order and fitting was poor and I spent literally hours on the phone. It felt that once money passed over They no longer cared. Moved from morning to afternoon with 36 hours notice then cancelled on day after holiday taken. Four person dealing with me even said that it had been crazy and should never of happened

The installation of the BP Chargemaster was smooth and well conducted - but those starting the journey need to know that if you live in an older hourse you may need your main fusebot or even main fuse brought reasonably up to date first and that has costs. In our case BP Chargemaster sent back helpful and patient responses while we tried to get sense out of the customer support division of our car's manufacturer about expected charge rates, and the individual who looked after us at BP-C gains several brownie points for that!

An absolute nightmare to deal with, don’t Answer the phone, slow to respond. Took nearly 10 weeks to get the fitting. Caused me to miss my car delivery. . Made me have a pointless electricity board check for current even though my photos showed equipment was up to charge. They only responded after multiple complaints. The person who fitted the kit was timely, and did a net job.

App says car is not plugged in when it is. Car does not charge on schedules. Does not work as a smart charger. However, with schedules turned off it does work as a non-smart charger.

Unit does not work and am still waiting for an engineer to call. Meanwhile have been unable to charge car. I am disabled and charger was arranged by Motability. I would not recommend

Installation was fairly sloppy and the electrician left a box of rubbish behind. The electrician also cautioned against using the app at all as it is famously ineffective. Overall not really good value for the £550 cost and another £300 government contribution.

Very professional neat job, engineer positioned charger in best possible position suggested by himself - perfectly located, discrete but convenient. Very tidy install and explanation of how the charger works. Couldn't have gone better.

The whole installation process was managed is an extremely efficient way. Pre-fitting communication was friendly - email and live chat instructions easily followed. The installation of the Chargemaster was excellent. Helpful advice about location of the unit and all work carried out to a very high standard. Thank you. PS - our new Renault Zoe hasn't been delivered so we have not used the device yet. However, we are confident that the device will work when required.

Initially the service received was excellent, great communication, customer service and instal. Unfortunately the ongoing support and after service is appalling. the charger installed was faulty and stopped working around a week after instal. It’s now been around 6 weeks and I am still without a working charger or any update as to when it will be fixed. I have called 3 times and been promised a return call but this never happens. I will now need to source another company to replace the charger as i’m sick of wasting my time sat at a charging station everyday on the way home from work.

Unable to set a schedule charge probably due to a weak phone signal. Your installer carried out his work and then tried to measure mobile signal strength, saying his test unit was faulty. The signal level at that point should have been measured prior to installation. So I have a dumb charger which I have to stay up until midnight to switch on. It would be far better if controlled by Wifi. An email to your support team has yielded no reply. A very unhappy bunnie.

Renault Zoe ordered from Renault Kings Lynn on 8th August. Car collected on 17th. We were told Renault use BP Chargemaster. We had two emails and I supplied photos as asked for. I asked for OLEV form to sign. No reply. Twice we have phoned this week ( as well as lengthy unanswered calls last week) and still no call back as promised. Poor service and even worse communication. Sort it out please. At present we have a brand new car we cannot charge from home as Renault don't even provide a 10 amp 3 pin domestic household charger - a snip at £499.

We came into contact with a number of staff members in different roles, and noticed that they worked very well as a team. The operation was streamlined from beginning to end. On installation day, the electrician arrived precisely at the arranged time. He worked both very fast and very carefully. After putting the cable through the internal and external wall and sealing the holes, and before fitting the charger, he fetched us so that we could take photos of the holes to send to the landlord, who had asked for the holes to be sealed to prevent ingress of ants from outside, etc. Over the course of the next six days, we received an Electrical Installation Certificate and Building Regulations Certificate, one after the other, by email. We were able to send these on to the landlord, who had asked to receive them. The charger was fitted at our desired location, and at a suitable height on the wall so that we can plug in the EV's charging cable without stooping. From beginning to end, everything was just as we had hoped. Many thanks for the charger.
