“Worst company I can recall dealing with for anything - ever. People nice but the system is shockingly bad. Chaotic, disorganised, inconsistent, - just awful. The actual engineer was good but everything else.....oh dear”

“The plug unit is fine but the mobile app is not so good. It requires the user to enter the username and password every time I wanted to use the app. Also because I’m on day and night electricity Tarrif, it would be good if the app can notify me to change my settings if wanted to charge during the day and the settings haven’t yet been altered. It has happened on few occasions when I plug in the cable but the car doesn’t charge because my settings would only allow charging in the evenings.”

“We had problems with making the correct payment prior to installation. The installation itself was fine but we had to do a lot of clearing up afterwards from the rubbish left by the installer”

“Great company all staff I interacted with where knowledgeable and helpful they made the installation of my charge point almost effortless and stress free and the chargepoint itself works great and is so simple to use I would recommend bp Chargemaster to anyone who wants a electric vehicle chargepoint”
