Efficient in arranging installation and installer was excellent. A mistake has been made with my email details and Chargemaster not very helpful in allowing me to access the home charger app. Still not set up! Terry however was very helpful.

The booking of the installation and the actual installation were very good. However the Chargevision software and the Smartcharge app are both probably at beta stage and are not for for purpose. The data might tell me that I have charged for about 2 hours and used 6.33kWh. The next entry will be for the same time of day, with a a charge duration of a few seconds and a charge of 6.33kWh. I have had one set of data that told me I had charged for two hours and used 2.44kWh and then that I had charged for a few seconds and the charge was 5.71kWh. I have reported this to Chargemaster Customer Services but they haven't replied. It would also be helpful if there were some customer instructions, for example, what action to take when the red triangle is illuminated.

Everything just took too long. Poor customer service. Installer came unprepared and missing parts so after several hours couldn’t finish job and made a right mess. Then job was restarted again by 2nd installer who took over 5 hours to do a 40 minute job. Quality seems good and glad to have it up and running but this company are not recommended.

Purchased a domestic EV charger. Good points: staff are friendly, and accessible; when the time came, an installation date was arranged quickly; the engineer was proficient and did a neat job. Bad points: difficult to get any technical specs of what was being purchased; extra work needed by my own electrician, even though he didnt have to do much; it was difficult to get a clear statement of what work needed doing and whether it would all work or not given our setup; BP Chargemaster charged an extra sum because we had an I-Pace (in contrast, Pod Point do not charge extra.)

The unit is good and was fitted reasonably quickly however the communication system does not work and I am led to believe it's a problem with my location and quality of signal, if this could be resolved I would be much happier.

The work carried out was done promptly and efficiently, followed up by an inspection to check the instillation! Apparently we should have been issued a certificate!!! Which has still not been forthcoming

Rather a difficult and frustrating process. Conflicting specification requirements from Charge master and the power supplier led to a protracted installation process. The finished Charge point and electrical supply are great. Communication was good and prompt response.

The second gentleman who installed the charging point was excellent - the same cannot be said for the gentleman who came to survey the property

A pleasant chap that carried out the work well. It was however a good job i had cut and lifted some floor boards to make the job easier as the chap said he wouldn't have been covered to do that. So it may have made it doubtful the work could have been done that day. It would be a good idea to let customers know what may need preparing.

You took two months to do this work. I even had to call in UKpower networks, to confirm the job could be done. Your telephone staff do not have a clue. You caused me a great deal of worry and anxiety. I would never recommend you to my worst enemy.

In the end I decided not to purchase a charging point from Chargemaster. The information they gave me on several different telephone calls seemed to be so changeable and their pricing structure seems unusually opaque. Having arrived at what seemed to be the correct price and applied for the OLEV grant I was then told the work would be more extensive, needing an external contractor at extra expense. When I queried it they seemed unsure whether this really was necessary, but in the end assured me it was. This may be correct but by this time I had lost confidence in them.

Done very quickly, engineer was a very polite gentleman too. Also helpful in getting the process all rolling on the customer service side of things and it was all installed within 2 weeks.

I've not used the charger as yet since my car is not yet delivered, but the installation was carried out by a really friendly and efficient engineer. He arrived on time, and was very courteous throughout.
