Not an easy process to achieve the installation at all. Communication very poor to be honest.

My unit needs repairing under warranty, having made two calls to the helpline, I'm told it's a 5 day period to fix it. When I then get a surly email from the repair team, it's for 7 working days after and a day that doesn't work for me. No response to my email back, so I have no idea when they will be repairing the unit. The people on the telephone were helpful though

They helped extra as my energy supplier was not available due to covid 19, and my car was getting delivered.

Engineer was presented with a challenging installation, he got on with the job diligently and a neat installation was the product. Needed to revisit on a second day due to complexity, call centre handled this effectively.,

The whole process of ordering and installing of my BP Chargemaster was quick and simple, the engineer who came to my house was very helpful in advising on how the device was set and and how to set it up via the app

The installation was carried out on the predicted date. It took longer than the engineer anticipated but he worked on it all day and made sure it was functional, looked tidy and cleared up before he left. The unit is easy to use and the cable folds away easily

My ordering of the home charger went very smoothly until 3 or 4 days before the installation date, when the administrators suddenly sent me emails stating incorrectly that I had not sent the appropriate PDFs, photos etc and that my installation could not therefore be done. Having sent the appropriate information 3 times, I was given an alternative address, where the fourth attempt was miraculously received and my installation date was reinstated. The representative who actually did the installation was prompt, pleasant efficient and helpful, for which I was relieved and grateful. In my experience this sort of service is typical, i.e. that the staff who actually do the work are very good, while the administrators and systems are not satisfactory and place unnecessary stress on the customer.

Very excellent service by chargemaster. They arranged an appointment and turned up as agreed. Fitted it in few hours in a designated spot. I would have liked them to give me a bit of advice where to fit it as after it was sorted I realised I should have got the charging point installed in an alternative location.

The installation technician was very efficient and knew what he was doing. The process of purchasing, quoting and scheduling involved too many different people. It would be better if it could all be done by. Single point of contact.
