The sign-up process for a charging point was fine and all went well. Installation took one whole day and that evening our electrics went off. Had to call out an emergency electrician who then listed out all the faults with the installation. Cahargemaster did cover that cost and make good but we've subsequently found out that we could have been offered a smart charging point (which is what we want) and were never even informed that they existed. Very, very poor service all round.

Getting the installation organised was hectic and chaotic, however the installation itself was done quickly and professionally. The engineer was helpful and went out of his way to do an excellent job.

Fitted me in very quickly, took a few pictures of my fuse box and they turned up ready to fit with the equipment needed.

BP Chargemaster fitted a charge point at my house which failed after 1 hours use. These things happen, the fitting was efficient, and the subsequent replacement was efficient once it occurred but tit was a major task to get information out of BP Chargemaster scheduling team who would never ring back or email after being told they would and I had to contact them on many occasions to chase the issue up over a three week period. Summary on site work great, follow up issue in the office very poor.

A little hiccup on the install, but quickly got resolved and has worked seamlessly every since. I'm still a bit confused about how this works with Polar network and looking forward to the day when their is 1 common infrastructure for charing!!!

The first installation was not earthed enough to run the system and the engineer drilled through my solar panel cable. The installation took 6 hours and then had to be redone from scratch. I never received an apology for the inconvenience or reimbursement for the lost solar income. Currently I am still awaiting a reply from Chargemaster regarding a further query and am being ghosted.

People at call centre are very nice but are clearly overworked and cannot keep on top of all the customers needing their help. It is very difficult to get through on the phone and they do not respond to emails.

Installation was done without problems. It pays to be prepared. The analytical Software is very poor, I expected better, not worth the £100.00 extra. Overall I am happy.

Applying for the grant,ordering the charger and installation were simple with chargemaster. The only criticism I can tender was about supplying photos for pre installation I think they could have been a little more detailed in there requirements, but that may have been my fault. Great product and service.
