Very good service. Electrician arrived on time, explained how he was going to fit the device, then completed the job in a timely and tidy manner, keeping to the social distancing rules in place.

5 stars for preparation and installation of BP Chargemaster point at my home. Sohail did a great job: sensible Covid precautions kept us both safe and comfortable. A relatively simple layout and a great job. All cleaned afterwards and working perfectly. I have to reduce my rating to 4 stars only because the management app is so bad as noted by most users (iPhone Smartcharge App) - I hope this can be made workable soon! The app is not essential to the use of the charger but is part of the Company's offering to optimise its use.

After a long wait, due to the Covid-19 lockdown, the actual installation was quick & efficient. The software to longer to activate - we had to wait several days, & the account setup procedure was a bit "clunky".

The process was very complicated and time consuming initially but once all the admin was complete we had excellent service with the electrician doing a very neat installation and in a very pleasant manner. The second visit, for additional work, went very smoothly and done to a high standard.

A very good product, which meets all my expectations. Easy to use, offers very useful features and enables the battery in my Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid to be fully charged in 2 hours.

Having ordered the unit in February it took until the end of May to be fitted! In that time I submitted private and confidential information via email only to be informed that they had not been received by one person (4 in total) to another stating that had everything and repeating again. The method and process is extremely unprofessional. Post this the installation was good although my property incurred damage and I'm having to submit the cost of the repair. For a company that is using this brand or has been bought out by them you need to drastically improve - have a secure portal for submission of documents, acknowledge receipt of information, keep everything digital, improve business phone interaction and make sure that quality control is achieved for the end product.

Very helpful in answering all questions I had regarding charging units and installation. Mohammed who installed the charger was fantastic and without us asking concealed the new cable in some existing conduit - a really neat job. I would recommend.
