My experience with BP Chargemaster has been very poor throughout: - Significant delays in getting a response to my initial application. Though it was submitted in early March, as no installation date was set before lockdown, I did not qualify for the £500 OLEV grant, only the lower rate of £350 - No communication whatsoever as to whether or when the unit might be installed between late March and late May. - Multiple different installation dates issued, with no communication as why these had changed. - Engineer arrived unexpectedly the day before our scheduled installation date. - Following installation, it has become clear that the installed 7kw unit charges my Jaguar I-Pace at less than half the advertised rate. I've logged a complaint and am waiting to hear back from BP Chargemaster on how to resolve this, but so far am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received. Unless the currently issues are swiftly resolved I will be advising all my friends and contacts to avoid your service.

Forms and photos of site are painful and kept asking for more and resends as staff kept leaving and had not saved. Some questions were to technical. Video survey was good and should have been done earlier. Fitter was excellent

Fitting was very quick and easy and maintained social distancing. A question I had on the app was quickly explained. Only suggestion is that there could be more details on how to use the app particularly how it relates to the cars Charging timer. Note: fitting was understandably delayed by Covid but organised very quickly once operations were restarted.

The going backwards and forward with emails and phonecalls to get the installation scheduled was a bit of a chore: quite a few misunderstandings, repeated conversations and times when the process seemed to stall and need kick-starting. I also had to have a component installed into my electrical system at considerable time and expense which turned out to be ultimately unnecessary. However, the installation itself was wonderfully efficient. All done in a couple of hours with no fuss and no mess. Very impressed by that part.

The handling of the request and the installation has been first class. I will not be taking ownership of the vehicle until August so will not be able to comment on its use until after then.

The information required before installation is extremely compliticated. Thes customers need far more assistance as to what is required, particularly as they are not familiar with the technical electrical details. Once the information was accepted the installation went very well.

I had a positive experience with BP Chargemaster. The electrician was quick, efficient and installed the charged exactly as we wanted it with no mess left for us to deal with.

Chargepoint came free with my Renault Zoe. Installer showed up early, worked quickly & neatly, and tidied up after himself. Overall rating - Excellent!

Great ordering service from a really helpful guy (Steve - thanks very much) who helped at every step; really easy installation process (Richard - thank you) with sensible, not over-fussy COVID precaustions and a very clean, very neat job. All I could ask for and thank you

We've been waiting since February for the system to be installed - many, many phone calls and emails; last one received two days ago at 7.47AM confirming that someone was definitely coming to install it, yet by 5PM no-one had tuned up. I called and was told that no-one was ever going to come as all installations were on hold and they didn't know when I could expect itl! Promised that they would get back to me by cop yesterday. Guess what. Nothing. Appalling customer service.

A really quick turnaround from order - an exceptionally nice and competent electrician who installed the polar system. I cannot speak too highyl of bpchargemaster

Installation great and the engineer was exceptioonal. Post install I'm quite disappointed in the after sales as I have connectivity issues and can't seem to get the help i need.
