Dreadful customer experience. Belinda was abrupt in her questioning and spoke to me as though I should know everything about charging an electric vehicle (it is my first). She gave a list of things she needed which I sent on the same day. I sent an email asking if they had everything they needed. No response! Ten days later I got an email saying they needed more information. I phoned to say I emailed you the next day to ask if you had everything you needed. Belinda then went looking for the email and lo and behold found it! She could barely bring herself to apologise and then proceeded to say they couldn't connect to the fusebox in the garage. Shocking and appalling service, definitely would not recommend. I will be going elsewhere

The engineer was really efficient and friendly. I only wish there were someone from Chargemaster to explain the app to me. I can't seem to get it to work. Also, I would love more information about safety around the charging station.

Guided through the complex application process by Belinda. Great response when my Tesla arrived at short notice. Helped to get my house supply upgraded from 60A to 80A. And cheaper than the other installers. What’s not to like?! Oh and the install technician was really good and thorough.

I should have been given a quicker installation. It is not easy changing from a petrol driven car to an all electric. Also the charger should have a timer fitted in order to take advantage of off peak electricity.

Whole process was completed very quickly (i.e. 9 days from 1st call to installation). Technician completed the install and asked my preferences at all stages. Would recommend others to use the same service and product.

The installation itself was very smooth and efficient - very personable engineer! The lead-up steps (photos, communication with the office etc) were a bit laboured. I wondered whether an early site visit might have been as quick.

The EV charger installer was very professional and willing to go for the extra mile. Process from submitting the application till getting an installation appointment was very slow and not well organised. Chargemaster advisor was not proactive at all and I had to be giving her calls in order my paperwork to be checked and approved

First attempt to book installation went wrong. We sent photographs when requested but you denied receiving them, and nobody followed up. Despite finally getting detailed photographs to you, when your engineer came he decided our electrical panel needed changing by our electricity supplier. All this added up to nearly 8 weeks delay in getting a charging point set up for our new car, which we couldn't use as we have no other sources of electricity near our drive.
