The installation was excellent. It was however extremely difficult to fix the date for the installation due to unanswered calls or unfulfilled promised call backs.

If you are having poor service from the customer care team, hang on in there if easier to. The man who fitted my Chargemaster was fantastic and fitted it swiftly and with great service. Unfortunately, my engagement with the central customer service team was not as successful.

After 1 week of use, what a pleasure to have a very easy system to keep my car "tank" full. As a person in my 80's I wonder if there is sufficient left in my "tank" before I will change the term to FULL BATTERY CHARGE

A solid device which was installed with the minimum of fuss and no mess. The engineer was very careful and knowledgeable and explained how it worked in simple terms.

From start to finish I've been delighted with my experience with BP Chargemaster. Fantastic communication. Really professional. So easy to deal with. Amazingly neat installation, which overcame some difficulties associated with an older property. Could not be more pleased with standard of work. Would recommend BP Chargemaster to anyone considering the installation of home charging for their new (and in my case, first) EV.

Service from BP Chargemaster was good, however I feel the process could be simplified. As most domestic customers are one off and will not be too familiar with the process,surely BP Chargemaster should take the lead knowing that grant funding cannot be claimed without a PDF copy of the receipted invoice and this should be supplied upon receipt of payment rather than the customer having to chase for this. I still have not received this almost two weeks after installation of my home charge unit.

The final installation was good and the electrician did a nice neat job. After the first survey visit we had to update our fuse board (using Western Power Distribution and our own electrician) before the installation took place. The requirements were a little confusing so had to contact BP Chargemaster several times for clarification etc. Every time we tried to make contact either by email or telephone we could not speak to the person responsible. We left numerous messages for them to contact us which never happened. Finally we contacted our new electric car provider (Holdcroft, Renault) who then spoke to BP after which things moved on. The whole process took several weeks longer than it should have done

After some initial confusion with the order as BMW were paying for it as part of a deal the remainder of the process was efficient. Fitting on the day by the electrician was excellent.
