Really impressed with BP Chargemaster. The installation guy was fab and did a really good job in difficult circumstances (my fusebox is terribly located high by ceiling nowhere near my front door) and I have metal lights near where I wanted the charger!

I reported a problem with the Chargevision app. There were several exchanges of e mails over several weeks. Eventually a techician came out to change the charge unit. He established there was nothing wrong with the unit which I'd already said was the case. After consultation over the telephone with colleagues he said that he believed it was the app at fault. A month has passed and we are no further forward and I haven't received a reply from my last E mail of 6th August.

Once the application process was completed the installation took place in a matter of days. The installation engineer was very efficient and carried out the work swiftly, without any mess or bother. Once installed the unit was demonstrated effectively with a very good explanation of the National charging system, how it works and how I can access it. Given this is my first electric car it was most helpful. The Chargemaster system itself sits neatly in the garage and has a charging lead which reaches comfortably to all parts of the car depending on how I’ve parked The vehicle. When not in use the Charging gun sits neatly in the Chargemaster unit out of the way. I monitor charging times and Charging costs through the Chargemaster App which is easy to Download and simple to use. So yes I am very pleased with my Chargemaster. The whole process was quick to organise from start to finish and I am extremely pleased with The Chargemaster Home charging system !!

Seemed totally disorganised with one hand not knowing what the other was doing. I tried to get an estimate and a copy of my survey report and it was a real struggle. Covid just made the situation worse. With hindsight I wonder whether there was a website I should have been using? After 50 or more emails I did get my charging unit installed at a decent price and the actual installation was very efficient and friendly. I still don't know what the Apps I was advised to install on my phone actually do or how to use them.

The Charger does what it says on the tin and charges my 330E hybrid BMW easily. The chap who fitted it did a great job and minimised the effect on the house. It is much quicker than a 13 amp plug - it makes a huge difference. I would give it 5 stars but the App is really annoying as it does not hold your password so you have to log in everytime you look at the costs. I also can't see a way to email the costs in a file.

The charging unit fitted was a very neat job And fits nicely onto the side of my house in an alcove , it’s easy to use and more to the point it charges the car !!

From the initial contact with the sales team I was a bit disappointed with their lack of knowledge of the product and back up services. The fitting engineer was very good. I initially started looking elsewhere but as thus was the preferred supplier of Mercedes I decided to stay with BP Chargemaster.
