I was charged £15 on the top of normal charge. When contacted customer service, I was informed that is deposit and it will be refunded. I contacted bank and confirmed that it was actually charged. Waiting two months for my refund-still nothing. Customer service terrible. I have been overcharged. I will avoid using it in future.

Works as described, fitted as Described all good apart from CS the app is failing to do a password reset call CS who will get the correct person to call me never happens

Awful Service, not managed properly at all. Would not use again, and have advised friends to use an alternative provider, due to poor service we and clearly many others have received.

From beginning I don't need double pole isolation switch but I been told by account to add on cost of £150 whiel all 3 installed engineer said no need for it but now installed so they use it. Form days of installed. Every single time day I have to reboot hoem charges unit to charge my car which is annoying and more frustrating is nobody care to resolve issue it's been over 2 weeks sicne raised issue.

Terrible customer service - tried to top up balance, funds did not appear on online account but money was transacted. contacted customer service who were rude and not helpful. They can see the correct balance and they were surprised that I couldn’t. Was told nothing more they can do other than registering a tackiest for someone else to look into it. Apparently that is too much hassle for the individual I spoke with because they just hung upon me.

Quite a wait for it to be installed. Was told to remove an RCD and fit a main switch, then the installer said it needed an RCD. An extra cost to get it changed. The app seems pretty useless. Can’t register or use BP account login. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand.

Appalling service Waited months to get the unit installed It’s not working since installation on 28th May When I ding to complain and resolve I just get cut off by your well trained stall A case was set up a week ago and should get a 48 hour response but nothing to date Your Trustpilot reviews prove that others have the same issues You are not fit for purpose Your customer service is none existent David Spencer

There was much confusion regarding the assessment and installation as many texts were sent after i had completed the form via text and this led me to believe I hadn't completed which I had. then there was much confusion over booking the installation in but we got there in the end. One of the things I didnt like at all was the guy who fitted it in who was lovely was rather loud and he was talking loudly outside my house about my Motability and I feel that it is confidential that I have Motability. I dont want my neighbours knowing things about me. I think that some staff awareness about confidentiality and discussing these things with doors open and on the street should be raised. he was a nice guy though and did a good job so I thank him for that

No BP charging points near me. Still waiting on home charger. no help from BP pulse. Advice to use another company's charging point. Rubbish service and motability reccomend them exclusively.

Installation was great. Applying for my free charger was another story. Constant application request from BP pulse even though my application had been accepted. 3 months wait.

Fitter was brilliant Company rubbish we waited over two months before they fitted the home charger So we had a brand new car with no charger Their admin is pathetic Their service is rubbish Don’t touch with a barge pole

My BP Pulse was free with the purchase of my new hybrid car. I collected the car on Jan 10th and waited almost 5 months to get the charger installed. It started with no communication from BP, then I sent the pictures they requested and waited weeks for a response, I was asked to send them again. I was then told they were installing a new 'fast track' system so I needed to send everything again. I then needed to pay £150 for some work on my electricity box (no problem with that) but a. delay whilst they sourced a company to do the work. Finally I have my charger in place, the fitter did a great job, it looks neat and tidy and charges really quickly but the wait for it was ridiculous.

Take a long hard look before signing up to BP Pulse. Monthly subscription on their website says £7.85, but I'm being charged £14.52 without any explanation. Tried contacting customer service by phone several times, but after being g put on hold for over an hour had to disconnect... absolutely diabolical!! Raised a case via email, which acknowledged 48 hour response time... well, I'm still waiting more that 72 hours later for a response. In the meantime, I'm being charged £14.52 monthly without any reason. I'm an beyond dissatisfied with BP Pulse.

Customer service diabolical, homecharge unit simply does not work scheduling is non existent so it’s basically a dumb charger. Take a wide berth from this company. I’ve spent nearly a year now with this piece of rubbish and it’s costing me a small fortune in excess electricity charges.

Very happy with my charger, the fitter was very friendly and polite and did a lovely job. I would recommend pulse charger and the fitting company.

Having to take so many photos was a bit of a pain but the engineer was very good and very polite and explained the entire installation as he fitted it and the workmanship was first class and a very neat and tidy job

This company is a total shambles. When you telephone the answering staff are very helpful and courteous but they receive no "Back-up" from a thoroughly incompetent management who seem unable to get charging points repaired when they break down. Charge points 51254, 24341,53557,52384 have been broken for weeks. So much for getting ev's charged. In addition when you telephone it takes at least 20 minutes to receive an answer. I would suggest that this company is avoided whenever possible. Chargeplace Scotland who are operated by BPpulse are no better - so avoid both whenever you can

BP Pulse were excellent. From booking in to arrival everything went smoothly. Then the lovely Tom turned up to fix the port to the house. Made it nice and clean and tidy. Wouldn’t know he had been other than a port on the wall. Much smaller than anticipated. Bonus he had a puppy with him. Not everyone will be so lucky 😍
