Efficient and organised customer service, who seamlessly worked around an electrical problem which caused a delay in my installation date. Excellent communications. Engineer very thorough in describing his installation procedure, and gave clear advice on whereabouts to position the charger in my garage, as well as how to keep it safe and in good working order. I couldn't be happier with the charger and service I have received. Using the charger is very straightforward, and driving the car a dream! Thankyou.

Pretty shambolic customer support and, as a partner to BMW for its electric vehicle customers, not anywhere near BMW's own standards.

I was annoyed that Chargemaster cancelled my first appointment and did not bother letting me know. When they did attend, the engineer did a very good job.

Installation confirmed between 8am and 12pm. I asked if i could have the 'first call' which was confirmed. I called the office at 8.30am as the engineer hadn't arrived. I was informed that 'first call' meant between 8am and 12pm as it depends when the engineer starts his/her day. Very unprofessional and misleading.

Keep finding charging points not working and not enough point to use also keep getting no translation available error then charger stops

Once the appointment had been made, everything went without a problem. The fitter was efficient and friendly, and the charging unit is easy to use. The only problems came in making the appointment which involved multiple calls and what appeared to be a great deal of confusion in the call centre. But now that’s behind us, all is well.

It took a while but the service was friendly, efficient and everything happened when BP Chargemaster said it would. The engineer was quick, tidy, polite and thorough. Am delighted

Convinient and installed well..... Like the online tracking but needs to tie up better with polar il charing as the link for this is not working as yet for me.

The installation was smooth once a suitable 32A slot on our fuseboard could be identified. This included running the cable under our floorboards and neatly to the wall under our windows where we asked. The charger has performed flawlessly so far, but then it is only a few weeks old!

All going well so far. Very happy with my Zoe and charging very simple. Renault ‘free install’ good package and Chargemaster installation technicians very quick and efficient. Only negative was a major confusion over installation dates.
