Felt that some of the agents were very unprofessional when trying to figure out an issue that I was having with my flights. I was not informed until the following morning that my card was declined. I called back twice to speak with someone, because the first agent hung up on me. The second agent was very unprofessional, and was yelling at me, and told me that he hoped that I got on an overbooked flight that he would confirm it. After hearing this information I immediately called the airline to find out that that flight was not overbooked and that they were trying to get me to switch to another flight that would cost me $600 as opposed to my whole flight being $158.round-trip. After finding out from the airlines, why I did not have a confirm seat on these two flights, it was told to be that my card was declined, due to being expired, and they also informed me again that that flight home was not overbooked. So after being frustrated, I called back and asked for a manager who politely and professionally help me through this crisis, got me on flights, and gave me the flights for the same price that I originally thought I had purchased. When I talk to the airlines, they said that this is a travel agency was unaware of that in the future I believe that I will try somewhere else first.

This company is a total scam. Be very cautious to ever use them. Let me share my experience, I purchased a flight using cheapflightfares on eva airlines and never received a confirmation for multiple days. Finally after 3 days or so I received a confirmation. However, a day later the scammers at cheapflightfares went into further action. They contacted me and said they made a mistake and my flight was not available, and that i need to change flights. They proceeded to tell me they had the exact flight and times on another airline, which i reluctantly agreed to over the phone. However, when i received the new flight, the hours and dates were different. Following this, i looked online and found the original flight is still available online. This company is a scam, please proceed with caution. I was conned by them and share my story so you do not have the same experience. I implore you to never use them and use the airline to book flights directly.

You are either incompetent or uncaring. I have called at least 5 times to correct the ticket purchased, by me as a present for my son. Your “executives” are polite and very apologetic, however, when directed to customer service the also polite representatives, put me on hold and the call drops, or worse yet I’m told that someone “will call me back in an hour” and after 4 hours I have to call back and go through the examination again. Finally, the initial booking, with my son’s name correct, had no carry on bag. The old ticket was cancelled and a new one issued with a $35 each way charge. The latest ticket now has my sons name correct AND no carry on bag! I have been patient and have not asked for anything other than getting this correct and the the communication with regard to the flight be correct so there will be NO problems for him boarding his flight. I expect a return CALL from someone TODAY Oct 6, 2023, from Cheap Flights. If not this will be escalated and will expect more than an apology. Kenneth T. Bait and switch, brought me in with a low fare, bought via credit card, received a message saying there was a problem with the credit card, called them provided the same credit card and was ensured it was ok, received another message the next day to call them again, was on the phone with them for 30 minutes were I was told that prices had raised by 60%, had to provide a credit card again to secure the flight at the higher price. To top it off they charged me a flight insurance fee that was never asked for by me and I had specifically denied in my original request. What state are you licensed under?

I booked for the wrong day and immediately discovered my mistake. So I called the number on my confirmation and requested the change. They said it would cost me the difference of the day, but in looking at the website, the cost was the same. I paid for the free cancellation so I said I would just cancel and then rebook, but the rep said I could only cancel for medical-related reasons. I asked him if it was okay to cancel because I had literally just booked the ticket, and he said that discount airlines aren't required to refund within 24 hours like the big airlines and he wouldn't work with me. He told me it would be $40 extra (on a $100 ticket) but when I pushed him he said he it would only be $14. He had a thick accent so I couldn't tell if he was saying $14 the whole time or not, but when I got the reciept, the cost was the same, but there was an "additional money collected" line item that included the $14 charge. I came away feeling fleeced and like the ticket was a bait and switch. It was a horrible experience.

I had a booking from San Francisco to Singapore that this company messed up. They sent me a confirmation and I selected the seat on United Airlines and thought it was done. Two days later, when I checked on United, my reservation showed as canceled. There was no notice from Cheap Flight Fares of this cancellation. The only reason I found out was because I double-checked with the United website. When I called them, a woman called Hazel started showing attitude and would not accept me wanting to cancel due to their incompetence. She asked for another chance to book the fare which I refused. She then said it could not be canceled since she had already put in for a rebooking. Then she said she was going to hang up on me - which she did! 10 minutes later she called me back to ask me what I wanted and this time said she had put through the cancellation but it would take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up on the card. Abysmal behavior, incompetent service and a total time sucker since our afternoon went into sorting this out. This was an expensive business class ticket - over $3800 - now I am keeping my fingers crossed that they refund me my money. I will never book with Cheap Flight Fares again.

Couple of days after completing my reservation I was told the total price went up by $1000 so I had to resechdule for less. convinient flights. I understand this has to do with the carrier. I was contacted by Cheap Flight with a full explanation and offered a good-will refund.
