The Chewy team is unbelievably kind, generous, and understanding. I asked for a refund of 2x Herm Sprenger prong choke collar 2.25mm which amounted to over $60 and they just gave it to me, they asked that I keep the items to gift or donate. 11/10 best customer service, will buy much much more from them. -One Happy Customer

Chewy canceled my order just because they didn't like that I used the promotion code they sent me on email! I spent two days emailing them and finally bought the dog's food in another shop. I will never return to them, and will talk about these greedy people to all my friends. Choose another seller, these guys are just awful, don't trust them, your pets will never receive what they need. Customer service also didn't help. Just AWFUL.

Our beloved cat Little Boy passed away last week, and I went online to see what I could do to let them know or remove his profile. I chatted with a lovely agent named Monica M. She was so gracious and kind with her sympathy, but what really amazed me happened the next day. They sent a gorgeous bouquet of flowers with a darling note! How many businesses do that! I will be customer for life!! (I tried to upload a photo but I couldn't do it--I'm 68 yes old).

Chewy is an amazing company! They are so friendly to deal with on the phone , you actually get to talk to a person not a computer ! They also sent flowers when my mom died which I felt was so thoughtful. Then when I emailed them about my dad having to put his dog asleep also a customer of theirs they sent flowers which really made his day. I save almost 50%on my dog’s anxiety medication through them and I can go on and on. My family and I LOVE Chewy!

A HUGE thank you to my friends at Chewy for sending my cat, Susie a Birthday Card and a cat nip toy. She played with it for a long time today and loves it. Chewy is such a great company with lots of nice people who love animals. When you get a Card and a flower bouquet after your beloved Dog passes away, that really shows you the kind of Company that Chewy is. Now a Birthday Card for my new girl, Susie with a surprise inside. Thank you to my friends at Chewy. You have a customer for life.

I have been using chewy for several of my dogs for a couple years. They have always been very helpful and helping me determine the right type of dog food that I need. I have had two of my dogs that have passed away and the last year and a half and the support that I get from chewy is absolutely wonderful. Both times I have just received an order Within days of my dogs passing and they have refunded me each time and have asked me to donate the new food to my local Animal Shelter. This week I received in fresh flowers from chewy for the loss of my dog last week, I was completely surprised and shocked to know that there are companies out there who still do have a heart ❤️. When I have another fur baby again, I will continue to get everything from chewy as they have never disappointed me.

SHAME ON CHEWY! Don't say you care about pets or your customers! If you buy pet food from CHEWY read on on check out these photos. I just ordered 5 cases of prescription cat food for Noah to the tune of several hundred dollars even with autoship discount. They were delivered today. All 5 cases came in one box with no packing materials. When we opened the box every case had dented cans and 3 of the 5 cases had cans so badly damaged that the lids buckled leaving cat food gravy everywhere! I contacted Chewy and sent pictures. This is what I was told... "So sorry. We can send you 1 case replacement." When I replied that was not satisfactory and requested 3 cases be replaced, I was told they would only do that if I returned the damaged, leaking cases! Really? How am I supposed to package up and mail gravy-ladened cat food cans? The pictures don't tell the story?? As I write this my husband is sorting through the cases to determine how many cans we will actually be able to use. I don't use compromised cans of food for us and I won't risk my pet's health or life by giving him food from compromised cans! Needless to ssy, I will not be ordering from CHEWY again. SHAME ON YOU CHEWY!!

Chewy 💙 Can believe it!. You guys are the best, few weeks ago , when I was with a really bad cold, they sent me a nice cup with cough natural medicine and a week ago I lost my 17 year old baby Peluche (dog) on 06/05/2024, and I call then to cancel his autoships orders, and today I received this beautiful bouquet of roses, you guys do not how much this meants to me, to know that some cares is priceless. Thank you so much for been here for me in this hard time, I still have Frida 3 year old (Akita) and Billie 1 year old(cockatoo) thanks again Dailyn and the Chewy Family, for the beautiful roses and thank you for always sent me the orders right and on time . Love you. ❤️

I ordered medication for my dog for the first time. The price was substantially less than the vet. It shipped right away. Today I received a get well card with 2 squeaky toys. My dog was excited when he heard the package squeaking. That was such a nice thing for them to do. I get my dog food on auto ship, and they always send the shipping information to let me know it is coming. 6 stars for chewy!!!

There are no words for the kind, compaasinate description of Chewy. Aside from any orders we ordered, the immediate prompt shipping on both meds and food, Chewy went beyond and above all expectations. After placing a $over $200 order of meds, we had to euthanize our little pom, 4 days after they box came, which was immediate shipping. Since I never even opened the box from Chewy, containing 3 medications, I inquired if it was possible, since the shipping box was still sealed, never opened with the 3 bottles of meds, I could return them. Hoping for a shipping label, or would understand if no, this wonderful company, REFUNDED the $200 purchase, and I will give the meds, no longer needed, and our other dog does not require, to a shelter. There is not enough space to give enough praise to this company, it tops them all by heaps. Chewy will be our forever go to place.

Absolute worst customer service. My dog is going through a critical health issue and this company is the worst to deal with. The woman on the prescription diet line argued with me on the prescription my vet put in. In a time like this it’s unbelievable. In addition they took 2 weeks to get his meds out which caused me to have to go to another carrier to get the meds until this finally showed up. The vet approved the meds the day it went in so the delay was complete on them. I would NOT recommend Chewy to use for anyone with an aging pet that needs good care in a timely manner.

Due to a mistake on shipping, it went to the wrong address. They shipped it to me again free of charge.And offered a 10% coupon for my next word.

My fur babies and I absolutely LOVE Chewy!!!! They are always very understanding, polite and very patient with us whenever we call them. We can always count on them to come through for us!!!!!! I would recommend Chewy to everyone that has fur babies!!!!! They always go above and beyond. I can’t put into words how amazing they truly are!!!!!!

I have never before written a review but I have to say that my experience with Chewy has been amazing. The company is easy to reach and staff seems to be knowledgeable and friendly as well. I recently had complications with my dog and chewy went above and beyond to be flexible with my needed changes. I highly recommend this company and am grateful to have been a customer.

No more live representatives to help with customers orders. There is always an issue with orders duplicating and no one answers the phone so you can stop the delivery and get your money back. Also, when you don’t receive something you can’t talk to a person to get a refund or another shipment of the item. I’d give it a zero if I could. I’m waiting home all day just so I can refuse the order. Chewys gone downhill. It’s too bad, because I spend an astronomically amount of money with this company. Thousands! If this situation doesn’t clear up, I will never do business with them again. It’s not worth the stress! Chewy, GET LIVE REPS BACK. Also, You can’t even have a live chat. I hope they are email friendly. If chewy can go back to the way they used to be, I would consider becoming a customer again.
