Chelsea, the CSR, went the distance. I was short on my purchase amount to receive the $30 e-coupon. I called for expiration date on coupon. My SS funds wouldn't arrive in time. We had a pleasant conversation, about me with 2 cats plus caring for my daughters 2 cats during her crisis, and laughing how I often missed out on good deals in general (in supermarket also etc.). Chewy sent me my package immediately WITH the e-coupon. I cried. It felt like I won the lottery. I'm not one to win things.. What she didn't know was how bad my year has been. My Mom passed, then my Son on Easter. I've had surgeries and procedures. I have become isolated with my grief. This month my vacuum broke, my heater and my fridge. And more negativity I won't go into. I sit in a chair all day. It is the cats that make me get out of bed. That Chewy delivery broke something in the air. The next day I fixed my vacuum myself and for a couple days deep cleaned my LR and kitchen. I feel like I lost 1000 lbs. of darkness. She didn't know that her actions would affect me this much. I guess I just needed 1 single nice thing to happen to me. This won't solve all my problems, but it was like an air hug and put me ahead a little with their food as I've been just getting by. Thank you Chelsea. Thank you Chewy. And anyone reading this, when you go out of your way to smile or chit chat or be kind to someone, it might be the only good that has come their way in a long time...

In a world where I’m convinced customer service is DEAD, Chewy renews my faith in the world. Very pleasant people on the phone. I needed to switch up my auto-ship orders so they didn’t come staggered anymore. Super accommodating, no hassle, easy transaction. She even asked how I was feeling and if I was having a nice day. Thank you. It’s really refreshing. It only took a few minutes to fix things. I love service with a smile. It used to be the norm. 🤷‍♀️

We had a bad experience. It has taken two weeks and 7 phone calls between the vet and chewy only to get the same message, it will be there in 1-3 days. It's been two weeks! Our family pet really needs this Medicine daily to save his life and I'm disappointed that they couldn't get their act together to make this crucial decision to get the Medicine to us when they said it was coming in the first place. We will be using a different pet pharmacy from now on.

I am so pleased with the compassionate response from Tammy. I had to put my dog down and asked to cancel my autoship and refund the last prescription order I received. They not only did that, but sent flowers with condolences to me. This is so above and beyond, and thoughtful, will always be remembered, and I will share this story with many people. So refreshing for amazing customer service! Thank you!

Not only did Chewy send me one dozen roses when our sweet golden passed away recently, they also sent me a scarf and ball for our new puppy that is coming soon. Thank you!!!!

I cancelled my Chewy account after short term business dealings because FedX wouldn't deliver directly to my front door. They left it wide open on the ground in front of my garage. I guess FedX hasn't heard of package stealing.On the first WRONG delivery, I called Chewy to lodge a complaint. They said they noted it on my account and there shouldn't be any more problems. The last delivery (two was ago) STILL at the front of my garage in the pouring rain (box was soaked, hard to handle a wet 30 lbs). SO, PROBLEM SOLVED.

I love Chewy. Their prices are great, always quick shipping and if you do have a problem you can talk to a real person. I wouldn’t shop with any other company for all my pet needs.

Today, January 25, 2024 I had the displeasure of speaking to Sarah, one of their pharmacist. Sarah was by far one of the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and condescending people I have ever spoken with. She refused to apologize for my autoship being removed and blamed me for their mistake. She spoke to me in such a mean and belittling manner I requested to speak to someone else. Susan, Customer Service Representative was extremely unfriendly and rude. She is definitely in the wrong field. Kaitlin, Pharmacist Lead was my third transfer. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Kaitlin apologized for the oversight and went above and beyond to assist me. She was exceptional and extended amazing customer service!

I have been purchasing my dog and cat special food and also the flea treatments, etc for years. My cat passed away yesterday, so someone told me that they will refund your case of cat food. I called and immediately they said no problem and to please donate the food and said they was sorry about my loss. Well today I am blown away as I received a nice card and flowers from Chewy! I will furever be a Chewy customer!

We were customers for 6 years. The service was always excellent. When I had questions or issues their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to out our dog Colt down yesterday. I called Chewy to cancel our automatic food delivery. They were so kind and understanding. Today I got home to a bouquet of flowers with a card from Chewy and the customer service. Thank you. It is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate 0 stars. Pharmacy Service is HORRIBLE! Customer Service Reps and Supervisors are very friendly and helpful but Pharmacy is totally incompetent. We have been calling Chewy every 2 or 3 days since January 8, 2024 trying to a get Symparica Trio prescription filled. It is now January 22 and we still do not have the prescription. We get promise after promise with no results. We have been told 4 - FOUR times it would be here tomorrow. After one of the "it will be here tomorrow" we received a phone call 3 days later asking if we want the prescription filled. If they hadn't even filled it 3 days after talking to Chewy, how was it going to be here 2 days BEFORE they started filling it? BTW - we were told again this evening that it will be here tomorrow I HEARD THAT BEFORE! I'm not sure how I can complete the info below - THE ORDER STILL IS NOT HERE!

I wanted to acknowledge an amazing surprise I received from Chewy. I have been a Chewy member for many years for products for my Mini Schnauzer. From insulin to dog food and dog products, Chewy is a wonderful company to deal with. Their customer service is excellent and I have never had any issue dealing with them. They are always polite and eager to help. My amazing surprise came last night - a beautiful floral arrangement from Chewy. I had contacted Chewy yesterday due to the passing of my dog. I wanted to find out if the prescription canned dog food and treats I had ordered for her prior to her passing could be returned as they were unopened. A very kind customer rep, Asia, advised they could not, a refund could be given to me, and the food donated. I was very thankful for the refund offered. The big surprise came last evening. A beautiful floral arrangement arrived at my home from Chewy. The message on the card was very kind and thoughtful regarding the passing of my dog and ended with "Warmly, Asia and your Chewy Family". I have never dealt with a company in all my years with that kind of compassion and care for their customers. I want to thank Chewy for that kind of customer support and care their show their customers. When I am ready for another dog, Chewy will certainly be the source for all that dogs needs. Again, THANK YOU CHEWY

I called Chewy one day when I was not feeling well and I received excellent service to return a product, and a week later I received a care package from Chewy with a card with get well wishes. The package had a cup that said Chewy with ta nd honey in it. What a wonderful surprise! Thank you Chewy for the wonderful kind words and gift of tea and honey. I'm much better! You guys ROCK!

Have been a customer for many years. Of lately the autoship processes have changed. No matter what you change the date to they are going to charge your account 2 days ahead of time and send you order two days ahead of time. They need to honor the date. I just called in to talk to customer service and it sounded like I was speaking to somebody on drugs.

What has happened with Chewy’s Customer Service? Our rescue was spending thousands of dollars a year with Chewy, for many years. Recently, had several order issues, missing item, damaged item, all caused by poor packing of orders. Apparently, that put our account on some sort of “these folks are criminals” watch. Most recently, we ordered two bottles of a liquid supplement. Chewy shipped the liquid on its side, no packing, rolling around in a box. By the time it arrived, it was leaking all over the inside of the box. I contacted what used to be Chewy’s great customer service, I had photos to send in case they wanted them, and I simply wanted to return the damaged, leaking bottles for new ones. Instead, I received a cut and paste type of response that Chewy would need to open an investigation with FedEx and to allow several weeks for that to be done. Then, as added insult, a cutesy ending about giving Custer a belly rub. We don’t have a Custer and never have. I replied, again explaining that it wasn’t a FedEx issue, the outside shipping box was in perfect condition. I again received a generic response, basically telling me too bad, an investigation was initiated and to allow several weeks. This left us without the dog’s supplemental, which I ended up needing to make a thirty minute drive to buy. It has now been over three months, still no response from Chewy on the “investigation.” Apparently, Chewy will not honor their return policy, so they basically stole $60 from our rescue with incompetent shipping and refusal to take any responsibility or willingness to exchange the damaged items. Our rescue finally sent a request to close our account and wow, within a few days, an email from Chewy’s it department that they had deleted our account as requested. Not one person at Chewy ever even asked why. So much for the “Chewy Cares,” in regard to “helping” rescues. I am so sad to see what Chewy has become. No choice but to go through our credit card company for a refund.

I had placed an order for cat food. Realizing I used the wrong payment method, had talked to somebody on the chat. Asked them to cancel my order because I didn't want to use the payment method I didn't want to use. Some idiot canceled my order and told me she can changed my payment method to what I want. Well, I checked and to my surprised they never changed the payment method to the one I wanted to use. How can they be that dumb and don't do it if you don't know how to reorder my stuff and use the wrong payment method. Somebody is a real idiot. Cause my charges go up because of the dumb ass.

They were trying to make up for another mistake by sending me some stuff but they sent it to the wrong address even though I went over my new address with the girl on the phone two to three times so now I have to wait an additional 2 to 3 days for my kitty litter mind you I'm in the hospital when all this was going down I just got home I can't even go to the store to get kitty litter it should have been here already these people don't have any clue the trouble and pain they cause people when they don't do things the right way my stuff should have been sent to the right address not to some old address and now it's going to be just thrown out
