Worst customer service ever. I placed an order with them and then sent them an email with my tax exempt. They canceled my order and canceled my account instead of just saying sorry we don't accept tax exempt. Is this how you deal with customers. This should be customer service 101. I hope to see you filing bankruptcy very soon. Customers are the main base for any business and you clearly don't deserve to have any customers or do any kind of business with. My order number that was canceled was 1164329486

Chewy packs boxes so heavy that the delivery services can't pick then up. I talked with them and was told the only solution was to place order in 2 orders and they would use two boxes. I left Chewy for a year and tried again.. One box had 2 40 can cases of cat food and 24 32oz cans of dog food. How much can an extra cardboard box cost? I'm finished with Chewy!

Over the years I've been using Chewy, the service has gone WAY down...They say 1-3 days shipping, I have recently been barely getting it on the last day, or God forbid there is a cloud in the sky, & it's delayed again. If they are out of stock, they will let you know the day it's to arrive. They really should reevaluate the customer service. My kitties are starving

Ordered prescription diet for my dog--then due to the long shipping lead times for prescription diet with no verification information on the Chewy website--I never uploaded the vet prescription. They shipped it anyway and charged me for it! Then it was lost in transit and NEVER received--they don't know where it is. This after they said I would receive it in a few days and could donate the food. The package went "poof" and disappeared. Called FedEx and they said that Chewy would have to call them and escalate. Called customer service again and they don't know where it the package is... I have 0 confidence in Chewy's customer service--they say they would make it right yet nothing was made right. I did get a credit back for the UNAUTHORIZED purchase at least. Would not depend on Chewy for critical prescription vet food and went with Petsmart who actually was able to complete the order.

Just had to put my 4 year old Bichon Frise Down and when I called Chewy to see if I could return my unopened food that I had purchased for her, I spoke with Ismael, who was very caring and understanding and was informed to simply donate whatever I had and that I would receive a full refund. To my surprise later that evening I received a delivery of flowers--thank you Ismael and Chewy--You were comforting in my time of sorrow. This is a great company to deal with. Chewy's customer service is second to none. We unfortunately lost my cat this week, and I had a lot of prescription food to return. The return process was so simple, the rep refunded my purchase and then told me to donate it all. To top it off they sent us sympathy flowers. For such a large company they really add nice personal touches.

I can’t say enough about how great Chewy’s is. I rarely write reviews, but will make an exception for Chewy’s customer service. We recently had to put our dear, sweet kitty to sleep. I can’t tell you how compassionate, kind, and generous Chewy’s was. Please use Chewy’s because they are an honorable company to work with, and we want to encourage that.

When our sweet Maggie passed from heart failure, my husband called Chewy to cancel Autoship for her special food. Chewy not only refunded us for unused food, we received a beautiful floral arrangement the next day. I cannot express how over the top my experience with Chewy is. They definitely went over the top. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you Chewy!!

I wish I had used another company. First order of medications, they entered the prescription wrong and sent the wrong medicine. HUGE HASSLE getting that fixed. Second order of refills, they had the prescription wrong again and said I had filled it twice. I canceled that refill but i was assured my other refill was ready to ship. Week later, the prescription is expired, I never go the medication. I called and they said it was mistake but there is nothing they can do now because they canceled my order. DO NOT ORDER HERE..... over 10 hours on the phone , over a $100 refund that has not show up yet (10 days later) and I still don't have the medication. WORST EXPERIENCE

Turned on autoship for my dog’s food, however they never contact me when they are out of something (which is every month, I am finding), I just never get the food even though I receive an email that says my autoship has been processed, so I end up having to contact customer service after almost running out. My online account just gets stuck at “preparing for shipment”. And they are not the most courteous. I REALLY wish Tylee’s was available anywhere else but here so that I never had to deal with this company again. Don’t have autoship if you can’t fulfill it!

The order took way too long on their end to fill it. I had to purchase the life saving medication from the vet while waiting for their shipment. They blamed me for all the issues down to the shipping delay. They refused to reimburse me for the medication purchased from my vet waiting for them to send out my chewy purchase. This is the second order that has had major issues and I've only made two orders total. I will never use chewy again for anything.

Worst company ever. tried ordering meds for my dogs. I had to make three calls to them( totaling over an hour!), plus my vet calling them at least twice for them to get the prescription right. Since I thought everything was finally right I put it on autoship. 6 months later I just got an email that it is ready to ship after my vet approves it. Guess what??? ITS WRONG AGAIN!!!!! I just got off the phone with them. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was too late. the pharmacy already released it as they received the script from my vet. Funny but I talked to my vet twice this week, the latest was yesterday. THEY HAVEN'T SIGNED THE SCRIPTS YET!!! The person on the phone said I could send back the order when I received it. Such a waste of time and money. I would have given them 0 stars if it was possible!!! The people that I have spoken to on the phone were nice but their service makes it the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Chewy always provides the best customer service and I’m so grateful for the special cards on my pet’s birthday! Hand written cards are such a special and unique touch that shows how much you care and appreciate your customers!

We received a cat condo recently that came with bed bugs that we saw come out of the box. Chewy is refused to fix the bed bug infestation even after sending multiple pictures. They caused the bed bug problem shouldnt they fix their problem. This just proves chewy doesn't take responsibility or care about their customers. Now they are taking down my reviews because they don't want to lose business

Really in a bind now. Not only did Chewy try to grab funds two days earlier than the scheduled auto-ship, but after pulling the funds they sent only a partial order, omitting the prescription. So now I have no funds and no prescription. Why are people giving this company five stars?

Chewy's pharmacy screws up constantly. They double charge you. And their customer service is horrific as they don't even understand plain English. They can charge your account same day you place your order. But if they overcharge and steal from you, it takes DAYS for you to receive the refund and they think that is just fine.

Order PERISHABLE food on 01 14, delivered 01 22. Open leaking box, open bag, stained defrosted carton after 3 delays. Get their act together or go broke.

I would like to thank Chewy for making my return easy. My pet bunny Baby Bugs passed on January 13, 2022. Thank you, Karina and the Chewy family for sending flowers and being sympathetic for my family in this time of our loss.

I really enjoy using Chewy for several years but I the shipping time is ridiculous cause they use FedEx. No way have I ever gotten a 2 business day delivery because FedEx always delays the packages for over a week to 2 weeks or longer. I nor my pets cant wait this long for food shipments so I have to use Amazon until Chewy wakes up and uses a reliable delivery courier or give us options to refuse shipping thru FedEx. Dont believe the shipping lies youll be waiting forever watching Fedex send your packages back and forth across the USA just passing right on by your state with no delivey date in site.
