“Avoid! I thought 28 days was a long time for a refund to be processed but gave them the benefit of the doubt. It has been beyond this time I've contacted them on multiple occasions and still haven't had a refund. £170+ that they have not returned. Read other reviews before purchasing, wish I did”

“They haven't refunded my money. I returned the dress since the 19th of July and today is the 8th of September. Please don't purchase anything from them.”

“If there was an option for a minus star I'd have given it to this poor and horrible company! It's the worst customer service experience I've ever had! Pre-ordered a dress months before my occasion and it was never received! They did not even bother to send a notification or an update email! The dress itself was not even showing when you look it up online ! Such a scam ! And when you contact their support team they take ages to respond and then they stop responding after that when they hear the word refund!! Avoid like a plague!!”

“I returned 2 dress which were scanned into Chi Chi’s warehouse on 29th June. Still waiting for my refund of £110 it’s now 7th September. I have E-mailed them 3 times and been fobbed off. Poor service do not use this company!”

“I returned items over 3 months ago. I did receive an email that said it would be soon as they were taking longer to process but again that email was over a month ago. Now my emails and messages are going ignored”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting since July for my refund. It is now September. I have sent numerous emails & messaged on social media to no avail. £80 not refunded. Avoid at all costs. No customer service whatsoever. Feel scammed!!!!!”

“I ordered a dress for my 40th Birthday. It never arrived and so when I enquired they had said it had been returned to their warehouse even though I had not received it. That was over a month ago now and I still have not received a refund. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging of various sites and I am completely ignored. They took the €105 from me, I never got the dress and now no refund!! I never write reviews but this has infuriated me!”

“I would give zero stars if I could. I have returned my 2 orders for over £200 47 days ago. Since then I have send them many email asking for refund for which they have replied with automatic email. Customer service phone line does not work. I am considering making claim under Dispute resolution and reporting them for breaking consumer right. They are scammers and thievs.”

“I wouldn’t even give Chi Chi one star if I didn’t need to. No sign of my refund even though they’ve emailed to confirm receipt of my return. I’ve emailed them and had no response! It’s been well over the 28 days they quote.”

“Haven't returned money back I bought 5 dresses. Only one fit well, the rest were two big. I returned them to the store and received their confirmation of the receipt on 14th July 2023. They say in their policy that they refund returned goods as quickly as rthey can. It can take up to 28 days for thereturn to be processed, and a further 2-5 working days for the refund to either enter your account. It has been 52 days since they confirmed the receipt of the goods and I still haven't received my money back despite two emails I sent them. In case a Chi Chi London customer team member reads this, the number of my order is 571576.”

“Unfortunately I have to agree. If I could score less I would. The sizing was totally wrong. The fabric was cheap. I returned the dress and after 4 weeks and explaining what the current retail laws are regarding refunds I eventually got my money back.”

“Spent £70 on a dress which returned within their returns period. They have confirmed they have received the dress, 2 months on and still no refund. They replied to one email confirming the refund has not been issued yet but will no longer respond to email and don't pick up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I returned two items and still no refund. Theu confirmed they have it. They ignore emails and don’t answer the phones. Replied to me on TikTok telling me to email but then ignore you when you do. I am so tired of it. I’m exhausted with fighting. They now owe me £111. I have cancer and on chemo. Ordered the dresses for a charity event I was going to. Have to order something else and spend more money. I don’t know how they get away with it. The should be ashamed”

“Awful, awful service. Needed to return 2 dresses. It's now been 45 days since they received the dresses, worth £150. They don't answer the phone nor reply to emails. Pathetic. Going to take legal action!”
