“Over the years, I have bought two Christopher Ward watches... a C70 British GP 1926 Chronometer and more recently the C70 Belgium GP 1925 version, with the black leather strap. They are not only great timekeepers and comfortable on the wrist but aesthetically stunning and real conversation (time)pieces. I do own other big brand watches, that boast a far bigger price tags, but these two CWs are by far my favourites. Add to that an excellent after service care, with a swift and understanding response from their team, and starting a relationship with them is a 'no brainer'. The only problem I seem to have is a growing addiction to the brand. Don't tell the wife but my son's hooked too... but what a great habit to have! Keep up the great work CW.”

“Hi , I am from Singapore, my watch arrived after 10 days of waiting ( is not a long wait for the watch to fly from UK to S.E Asia). My new watch arrived in perfect condition! My comment on the watch : it looks much much more beautiful than in photo.Watch is very well made and have a solid feel that is on par with many branded watches! My regret was that i should have look into CW watches before going ahead with a new purchase on a Tudor Black Bay ( with the same ETA2824/2 movement as CW) which cost me thousand of dollars . i am very happy with CW watches and i fully recommend watch collector to take a closer look at them for their quality and reasonable prices. I am looking forward to purchase another CW watches soon.”

“CW offer a comprehensive range of watches at incredibly affordable prices. You deal directly with them and benefit significantly from not having to pay for the retailers' hefty markup. You could easily pay three or four times the price and still not get a watch as stylish and well-made as a CW. They are a great company to deal with and, speaking from personal experience, go the extra mile to be helpful.”

“My wife and I bought our first Christopher Ward watches around 18 months ago and from initial contact with the company everything aspect of their service has been excellent. The products, although real state of the art are, for this remarkable quality, very reasonably priced. Delivery and packaging of products is excellent and the friendly after sales service and customer care of the highest standard making the customer feel like really valued. “Christopher Ward customer service was excellent, far exceeding what anyone could expect, even of a luxury brand. Due to my error, the online order wasn't submitted. CH turned my order round within 24hrs and Sent the watch by DHL at no charge to me. The watch when it arrived was beautiful, my husband is very happy with it.”

“Sadly, my first Chris Ward was stolen during a robbery … –but– My second—a 38mm Trident GMT 600—has quickly become my daily-wear, travelling, and dive watch. It's beautiful, everything went very quickly and smoothly with the order and shipping, and everyone at the company is so kind … I mailed them to say how pleased I've been with the watch (æsthetics, build-quality, features, accuracy), and I had a reply from Chris Ward himself *within hours* … Can't recommend highly enough the watches or dealing with the company … Can't wait to see how things develop as they shift more and more of their production to their in-house calibre.”

“I have now purchased two Christopher Ward C60 Trident watches, and have been extremely pleased on both occasions. Not only is the build quality and value excellent, the CW customer service is top notch. Both times I received my watches in record time and the communication and follow up from their staff was the best. I am very happy with my C60 Tridents, and will probably be buying another CW timepiece very soon. I highly recommend Christopher Ward for their quality, affordable watches, and their first rate customer service!”

“I was able to purchase a magnificent CM11MSL which was already out of stock thanks to the due diligence and outstanding work of Christopher Ward´s head of Customer Services Wera. Not only she helped so much throughout the search of the watch and placing of the order, but showed an infinite patience as well. With regards to the watch, I just have to say it´s stunning. Just opening the box of a Christopher Ward watch is something special, but when you wear it it in your wrist it becomes the center of your eyesight at once. Definitely a great investement for the price paid! Summarizing: great company, impeccable customer service and fantastic products. Keep up the good work!”

“After contacting Christopher Ward to see if by chance I could purchase a C61 Trident Pro in 38mm I was delighted to be told that I was in luck! and after placing an order the C61 arrived the next day,now that is service for you.Everyone I spoke to was most helpful which after opening the sturdy package and seeing the beautiful C61 made the the whole experience very special.Thankyou one and all at Christopher Ward,I will be back! “Christopher Ward has one of the best customer service systems. I don't say this lightly. I just had one of my CW watches serviced and not only was the price right, I dealt with truly pleasant people at CW, each of whom has the customer at heart. The serviced watch even came back in a proper watch box. The difference is marked - take your Omega along for a service (if you can find anyone to service it) and you'll likely be charged the same as if you were taking your car in to a dealer. CW makes great watches at all price points, and looks after you forever after. Honestly.”

“I just received my limited edition Great Britain C70 and a C11 MAK. These are my first CW watches and I am extremely pleased. If anyone is debating a CW for their collection I must say that you will be pleased. The watch, packaging, and quality are all tops.”

“Faultless customer service, however difficult the request. I have far more well known and pricier watches in my collection but my C60 is my go to and probably receives the most compliments. Prices have risen in recent years but still great bang for buck. Recommended without reservation”
